I emailed Roto Sunday night requesting service for Monday. I received an email response with scheduled service between 8a-12p Monday. I received a phone call about 1/2 hour prior to scheduled arrival. The technician arrived 800 am, diagnosed the problem, went to get the needed parts, and fixed the leak. Technician called me when worked completed and handled the payment via credit card over the phone.
