The generator installation went well. Brandon quoted a turn key job including pouring the concrete pad, updating the current electrical panel, running the gas line, and delivering and installing the new generator. He asked for half payment up front which i was concerned about but he delivered as promised. I had a generator installed at another home in the past and i was much happier with this finished product. It looks very professional. Always get two quotes but I definitely recommend Brandon

This work was beyond my expectations in every category. The owner, Brandon, is a really nice guy that gave us a fair and competitive quote and supervised all the work, which was done by a number of specially qualified teams: a concrete pad team, a custom built aluminum welded stand fabrication team, an electrical team, a gas team, and a generator operation and maintenance team. All of the teams were professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Come to find out we live in a historical tree protection zone, so, in addition to lining up gas and electrical permits, Brandon had to hire a licensed tree arborist to conduct a survey and obtain a tree permit, all of which Brandon did for no additional charge. If you ever want an automatic full home generator to keep the lights on during the next hurricane outage, these are definitely the guys to call

I would not recommend this company. We ordered a generator in August 2021 and was told it would be installed October 2021. We financed the generator all but 1713.50 which we paid to the company. They never showed up or called in Oct so by Dec we called them. The owner told us the generator was in but he didn't have anyone to install it. We waited until Jan 2022 before we canceled the entire order. It was clear they weren't going to give us the product. We asked for a refund several times for the 1713.50. The owner said I have to sell the generator before I can refund your money. The issue had never been resolved . Horrible Horrible people to work with. They should have installed the generator or refunded us what we gave the

The whole team at Custom Power Solutions is very professional. Detailed estimate was given before install and all fees were included. Only complaint was delay in the generator arriving from the manufacturer which was do to COVID (not the installer). I would highly recommend Custom Power Solutions and urge you to strongly consider using them for backup generator placement

Bernard quoted $520 for the job. He did it in about 3.5 hours total. Approximately. Unfortunately we had the wrong ceiling fan and that slowed things up a bit but wasn't his fault. Bernard is very conscientious in how he does things and I felt good about the quality and seriousness of his work. He ended up charging us $425 for the work. This is the first time I have ever had a contractor fairly charge me when the job came in early or under budget

Our son had Saia Plumbing replace a sewer line a few months ago that was between his house and the street. The job went well so I called Saia to replace a broken sewer line under our house. I like that Mike Saia gave me a very detailed, broken down price quote. The guys who did the work (and this is incredibly hard work) arrived right on schedule, dug very carefully, tunneled under our house, replaced the pipe, and restored the area so well that it doesn't even look like anything was done there. Mike is very easy to work with, and quickly responded to texts and calls. I absolutely would hire them again

(This is homeowner Steve Kelt submitting this review)....Aging equipment placed out in the elements of our region’s brutal heat and humidity conditions, programmed to perform at any moment is not easy to keep running at peak performance. Such is the case with my 10yr old 17kw Generac generator. This hurricane season, it began to show signs of expected component wear-and-eventual failure. When Scott came out for the first call some 6 weeks ago, he was able to get the unit running well, but still discussed with me in detail what problems could now be arising with the unit’s age, and cautioned that we need not jump into what may not be a necessary expense at that time. He recommended a worn battery cable be replaced, at which a follow-up visit with technician (Kaleb) performed a couple of weeks later. Again my generator performed well on testing. 2 days later, the unit failed to crank up and run on its weekly programmed test. Messaging Pan American back in great frustration about my continued problem, they arranged for technician Scott to come back out and continue the trouble-shooting of this repeated unit failure. Even though it was after “shop” hours when Scott called me around 6:00; I offered a re-scheduled visit the next day since it was already so late. But Scott insisted he come look at it while we were still in daylight. He and assistant tech-in-training Justin arrived and went into the most thorough of testing/diagnosing for well over an hour until he found my unit needed a replacement control board (which they had available on the repair van.) Along with some other thorough, vigilant and professional diagnoses (like testing and adjusting my incoming natural gas pressure valve) Scott persevered well into twilight that evening until my generator was back running in reliable, peak performance. I feel this level of dedication and expertise could not go unrecognized…. Thank you Scott (to courteous and efficient service coordinator Cheri) and all the team of Pan American Power

He was really really good with follow through and quote. He gave me a number of different options in case on Maytag IQ system was too expensive. He gave me a second option and then an alternate type of air conditioning so obviously he did want to do the work so he was very thorough in offering options as well as what I would request to quote on and I like that. He got back to me relatively quickly

I have had a lot of different work done on my past and current residence. Some of the work was electrical from an from an initial bid. It was great to have one company do both A/C Heat and Electrical. When I found out about their maintenance contracts I was more than happy to sign up. I have two 5 ton A/C units and a large home generator. After Hurricane Isaac, my generator had a fan belt issue and I did not hear back from the installing company until 5 days later I called Doug's and they came that day. I highly recommend Doug's for their timely response, quality work and reasonable pricing

Mike is an exceptional electrician, courteous, and knowledgable, he works efficiently and at the best price I found for this service. His payment system is online and easy to do. Moreso, he is VERY responsive to calls and kept me updated. He pulled permits for the work in an expedient manner. When City Hall failed to close the permit so electrical service could be started, Mike assisted immediately and facilitated the correction, even though he was not responsible for the mistake. We'll be using him for all our electrical needs from now on

I had several companies come out to check to see why my generator stopped working. And every technician that came out couldn't figure out the problem. It was like a guessing game. Craig'sTechnician came out to check why it stopped running. This was the first time someone came out and checked everything from the valves, pressure in the gas line, battery, carburetor, computer board and some module attached to the caburetor. Technician was very experienced. Also added the cellular service and the soft start to the A/C unit. My generator was running like the first day it was installed

They are fabulous for plumbing. We also have an external generator because we are in hurricane valley here and they are so prompt with their services if we have any problems at all. They come and inspect every six months and so I had them in this morning. My father had it set up for like ten months for maintenance which was $2495 and what it does is it comes into our account to renew. When he replaced his generator whatever he had in his account went to the price of the generator. I have the monthly thing so I don't know how much a typical service call would cost. In fact I'm having them replace some bathroom fixtures next week
