Anthony kept us informed of the the teams progress and they stayed very late one night trying to get the basement completed in a timely manner before the next rain. The basement has now been professionally waterproofed complete with two sump pumps and a large dehumidifier and now I will not have to shutter each time I hear the word rain. Jarrod was extremely knowledgeable about waterproofing. He put sumps and drains and a dehumidifier in our crawl space. Not only that but he was fair and honest. We hired him as he seemed willing to take responsibility for his work and he has. He came on his own accord and re-inspected our crawlspace to make sure things were working as they should after a heavy rain. This was after we had handed over the Cheque. Our basement was very damp, and had visible water seeping when it rained. Absolute Waterproofing & Drainage came out to give an estimate. They were punctual, thorough, and offered solutions we hadn't thought of before. They had a very detailed package of references, accreditations, and Angie's List reviews. Several days after the estimate, they emailed detailed design plans with an itemized expense sheet. The job was more expensive than I could afford at the time, but the plans seemed reasonable, the staff friendly and helpful, and they seemed honest and sincere. I would recommend them to other users

They waterproofed my basement and my crawlspace. They sealed off my crawlspace completely and they came back each year to check up on the work. When they came out they were able to beat or match other estimates I had already received. They went under the house for at least an hour and took pictures of the crawlspace, which I had never seen. He showed me my water line which was very high!!! I had mold, standing water, and all types of problems. These guys came out and did a great job, and definitely helped me save money

I really did not want to have this work done as it was so expensive but it was necessary as our crawlspace was "a mud pit"- I gave an A in price because they were less than a quote from a top competitor. Johnny was one of three companies to give me an estimate, his was lower by a few grand, which as a contractor myself raises questions, but once he explained his methods they are right in line with a more well marketed company. He could also get to our project within three weeks vice two months. My foundation needed to be completely waterproofed on the rear side of my home, which entailed digging 9-12' down to the slab. They also used carbon fiber supports on the inside which are a fantastic product. The whole project went very seamlessly and I have not one complaint. After the project finished about a month later our yard had sunk some where they had moved dirt, they returned to fill the holes and the basement has not leaked once in this monsoon of a summer

After working through two salesmen (first would not respond to calls). I thought we finally were good to go. Install date comes and I get a call they could not make it due to another project running long. Irritating because I had prepped my house already for them, things like that happen I just wish I would have gotten a call a little sooner. They ended up coming a day late and finishing in one day instead of two. Install crew was polite and courteous. They were the positive side of the process. if I could give a higher review than A I would. Not even knowing if I would hire them they came out and looked at the problem and did a temporary fix, so more water wouldn't come into the basement before I was home to meet with them. They were the only company that came that was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. They came two days after I met with them and other companies had several week lead times. This is the first company in Nashville that I've had a good experience with, but I'm not reviewing them in comparison to others, they are independently deserving of a great review. They are prompt, reliable, courteous, available if you have questions and do great work

We have negative slope from our front yard towards the house. Late last year, we found a spot of mold in the corner of the basement and remediated it with microban and kilz. That corner was moist on the floor, so we had 3 foundation companies out to look at the situation. Since we didn't have any actual water flow into the basement, we went with Drainage Pros to divert water from the negative slope away from the house to see if we could prevent foundation leaks into the basement. Drainage Pros put in two curtain drains and tied in our downspouts to move water away from the front porch and the foundation. One curtain drain was just beyond the sidewalk leading to the front door. The other curtain drain was back close to the front porch as a fail safe. We liked the design and really wanted to try diverting water away from the foundation first before anything else. The construction process was 4 stars. There was what I call a bump in the process. Bob owned the issue and was a big part of resolving the problem. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. The curtain drains look nice and really blend in nicely with the landscape. Honestly, it will take time to determine if this solution is going to work long term. We feel good about the chances and didn't have to tear into the foundation, install sump pumps etc. The result was 5 Star

A pest control company tech advised me the craw space was wet and moldy. Pest control offered to repair it for a very high fee. Olshan rep came, thoroughly inspected the craw space and informed me all he found was dust in a space that had no sign of moisture or mold. Olshan is a company with high standards and integrity. I highly recommend them

We knew this enormous repair was coming for a long time. When we decided it was time to get it done, we called all the major foundation repair people in the area. About half of those showed up to give us an estimate - the rest gave us the run around. One national company came out three times and still didn't give us an estimate. This is a common repair in our neighborhood, so we started asking around and Jack Goodrum's name kept coming up. After we called him, he showed up promptly, told us what he needed to do and got us an estimate quickly. We were very impressed by Jack's crew through the whole process. They showed up when they said they would, did the job well and didn't leave a mess. Jack was around daily to supervise the work. They completed the job in the originally estimated time frame (!!!). Not only did Jack and his crew do an excellent job, on time and on budget, but he has consistently gone above and beyond. When the front yard settled some after some heavy rains (leaving a negative slope to the house which could cause more foundation damage), Jack came back and regraded the yard. After many repairs and several large remodeling projects, Jack is the first contractor that we have worked with with whom we have really been satisfied. He gave us a reasonable price, finished the work on time, was very professional and did excellent work. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing general construction work done

Purchased a home drainage inspection through the 'Big Deal' and got a very thorough and experienced opinion on the basement water issues I was having. Recommended new gutters/downspouts as well as some topo alterations (install swath, build up soil, install river rock, etc). Had the new gutter/downspouts done (paid for by insurance from hail damage) but problem still remained, although probably a little better now. Haven't done the other work yet because of the price, although it does seem like it would be probably be worth it. This company is top notch and is unparalleled in terms of customer service and quality of work

We had a wonderful experience with Sammons Waterproofing. We had moisture problem under our house, & called 5-6 companies to come out and give us recommendations for a resolution. Chip was wonderful to work with - he took pictures & throughly explained his recommendations and our options. We felt like he honestly wanted to help us & not just sell us his services. Ultimately we chose to encapsulate our crawl space & have had no water issues since. Also, the work was completed in the time frame promised! Can't recommend them enough

Prior to any of the work being performed, Atlantis brought their commercial-grade fans and dehumidifiers to my home and dried out my crawl space. I got several bids from other waterproofing companies and Atlantis was the only company who offered to do this! I felt this company did not try to oversell me on things I did not need. Dwayne Spencer, owner of the company, addressed all of my concerns and explained the guarantee and lifetime warranty associated with the work. Once my crawl space was dry, the crew started the work. They were on time and very tidy. The foreman kept me updated on the progress of the work and answered my multiple questions. They did the job in a timely manner, but never seemed rushed. I am very happy with the work performed by Atlantis Waterproofing. I have not had any water or humidity issues in my crawl space since the job was completed
