Generally it went well. The job was completed a little late because they did not pay attention to the days I told them I had to be out of town. I am happy with the result, though. I decided to write this report to alert you to one problem. We had the job estimated and contracted. During the job, we

Paul Webster did an excellent job and was very patient considering the problems that developed which were not of his doing. He also installed a steam room cabinet in the bath area. The steam cabinet was delivered damaged and new parts had to be ordered. This delayed his progress for week or more.

They responded and came fairly quickly. The repair appeared to be ok to me; however, on closer inspection; and after I had paid, there was an area that was not completed. The brick was loose and there was exposed wire. When I called, I was told that they had to get additional matching brick and

What do customers in Nashville say about Stucco Repair?

The entire project was accomplished in approximately five days and was finished as promised. Grillo Stucco Company had plenty of scaffolding to do this job. They also had adequate crewing (3 to 6 workers) to do the work as scheduled. With more than five years of experience as a company, they had worked many larger and smaller jobs and understood the work requirements. After erecting the scaffolding and finishing taping and protecting windows, vegetation, etc, they began the repairs and base coat systematically working around the house. They took a little more than two days to complete the base coat. After it cured about a day they started the top coat and finished it in about two days. Once the top coat had cured they caulked all of the openings with polyurethane. Stuccoing is a rather messy job and they did a good job of protecting areas where they were working. Additionally they were efficient in cleanup and removal of trash and debris from the site as well as restoring things they had removed -- house numbers, stair rails, etc.
