We've been very pleased with the work he's done. He came up with some ideas that saved us money. He was creative in coming up with the solutions to the gaps in the screen porch that were allowing the bugs in. When he came out to repair the screens after the storms this past winter, we thought he would have to replace the screening, but he was able to remove the molding and restretch the existing screens. He is professional, polite and personable. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, in fact I've got some things in mind as soon as the budget allows. His estimates are realistic. He is honest to a fault about his time and charges. I would highly recommend his services

He did the job when he said he would and it's been 8 months now and I'm still very happy with the work. I would definitely use him again

I requested a quote to replace a patio door and screens for most of my windows. He gave me a quote on the door that was much higher than other quotes I got. He also quoted $10 to $15 per screen so I asked him to go ahead and do the screens. After he looked at the screens, he said he could just re-screen 3 of them and would need to replace 4 of them. His quote then doubled from what he first told me, probably because I hired someone else to replace the door, but I went ahead and had him do the screens anyway. One of the 4 screens he made was too small. There was about a 1/4" gap on both sides of the screen. When I called him after I noticed it, he said it probably just needed to be slid over. I told him I could slide it over but then there would be a 1/2" gap on one side. He said he would come out & look at it, but he never did. My screens are spring loaded but the ones he made are not and he caulked them in. A friend of mine noticed that and said it was very unprofessional for a contractor to do this. At this point, I am quite ok that he never came back! August, 2014 - I just read the provider response and if I hadn't already dealt with him, I would be stunned at his rudeness and how he is making stuff up as he goes. His response says more about his business than I ever could. I'll let those who read it decide for themselves. Buyer Beware is the word on this one

Initially, I got a quick response from Ray. I contacted him and met with him on August 28. We moved to the area a little over a year ago, and our windows have no screens, so I was looking for someone to get screens from. Ray came out, discussed his product with me, and gave me an estimate. I asked if he could leave a sample screen with me to show my husband. On September 9th, he brought us a screen. The following week I called Ray and told him we would like for him to do our screens. On September 26th I texted Ray to check on the status of our screens. Ray texted me the next day and told me that the screens were shipped that day and should be in on Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week. October 5 Ray texted me to say the screens were in and could he install them Thursday or Friday of the following week. I told him that would be fine. Ray didn't show up on Thursday or Friday so I texted him on Monday, October 14, asking when he was planning to install the screens. He responded saying he was sick with the flu. A week went by, and I didn't hear from Ray. He texted me on October 21 saying he was going to the doctor, he was feeling a little better, but still had the flu. He also said he would install the screens very soon. This is the last I heard from Ray. I haven't gotten the screens and I don't expect that I will be getting them. The only good news is he didn't ask for any deposit or money up front

I had priced getting the material and doing the work myself. So glad I didn't. His price wasn't that much more and I was glad to let him take care it it all for me

The repair went great. Chaz & Sheila run a very organized and professional business. We scheduled my repair, and Chaz provided me with instruction for what exactly I would need to have on-site when he arrives. They followed up to confirm the date, repair, and time. Best of all....Chaz showed up exactly when he said he would, and took care of our problem exactly as he said he would! So refreshing to be able to count on a person, and know the "who/what/when" for things to be taken care of! I strongly recommend them for any of the wide-variety of services they offer. Even though Chaz is there to work for you, he is a very pleasant, and you will actually enjoy the time he spends with you while working on your home

Quantum Clarity Window Cleaning
I hired Jonathan and Quantum Clarity Window Cleaning approximately 2-3 weeks ago to clean 20 windows and to re-screen them. While he did a good job on the cleaning (except for the 2 windows he missed on the interior), he took all 20 of my screens to re-screen with the promise they would be returned in a week. After waiting 3 weeks, leaving 4 messages (which were never returned), and sending several emails, I can only assume I will never see those screens again. He refuses to answer the phone or return my emails. I now have no window screens as a result of hiring Quantum Clarity

Sheila and Chaz are priceless gems. In my screened-in patio, I had a door whose screen had become detached. A squirrel decided that my patio would make a great place to visit, and kept coming through the loose screen. Additionally, there was a hole in one of the screens, which I discovered one morning when there were three (!) birds in the patio. Sheila and Chaz came by (at the time they said they would) and looked at what needed to be done. Chaz also suggested that I let him install a couple of L-brackets on one of the screen doors, as the door was not closing properly (it was a handmade wood door, and not the best quality of construction). Chaz and Sheila also offered to use a piece of 2x4 to cover up a drill hole in one of the patio walls (made by the prior owner of the home), as well as reinforce the screen on the screen door to keep squirrels from getting back in. They provided me with a list of materials that was clear and precise, so I was able to get in and out of Lowes with exactly what I needed in <5 minutes. Chaz arrived on time to make the repairs, and was finished in less time than he'd estimated. The work was done perfectly, and I would definitely work with them again. Aside from the fact that the work was done correctly, on time, and under budget, Sheila and Chaz are super nice people

I contacted 5 people in as many weeks who never showed up before finding Matt Mauch and PunchList Plus. Arrived on time despite my not having his phone number and him not having mine. No phone communication prior to arrival, he said he would have called to confirm, but didn't have the number. I tried to look up his number the day before to be sure he was coming when we previously scheduled via Angie's List many weeks prior. Fortunately, he showed up on time. Windows are sparkling clean and he even pointed out some defects that have to be taken care of by another vendor. Good job
