Very knowledgeable and explained how our initial thought of moving an outlet from the bedroom would not work, but determined another line could be installed. Needed assistant to crawl under house who was not available until Tuesday. Arrived at promised time the next day and had the work done within an hour. Also provided lots of helpful tips regarding other issues with the house, including pointing out water under the house and explaining how to cap a gas line that powered the former gas stove if we wanted to do it ourselves. Also provided good information regarding safe usage of the new stove and fire prevention methods. Technicians were very friendly, very experienced, and very professional. Kept everything very clean.

We were referred to Advance by Floyd Naughton at Mid-State, another excellent service. The gas-line was not installed with plastic conduit, but with cast iron tubing that he could not remove. He recommended Advance Appliance. Thomas was more familiar with the Kitchenaid brand and was able to remove the front of the cook-top and repair the burner that way. He also discovered a severely corroded ignitor in another burner and repaired that, as well.

Goddard Construction Co LLC
Goddard construction was very professional in all areas from estimate to completion. They had no problem when I wanted to purchase my own appliances instead of the ones they had chosen. Their subcontractors (gas and plumber) did excellent work in their respective fields. They originally thought they would have to redesign my kitchen space to fit the appliances but in the end did not need to. They were able to match the paint color in my kitchen seamlessly that one can't tell that one wall was repainted. When they left, the kitchen was cleaned and all appliances are working beautifully. I thought the price was a little steep for labor cost being that there were no structural changes made to the layout of the kitchen. But in the end I decided to go with Goddard because I saw good reviews and I felt they would do quality work. And in the end, you get what you pay for...

Floyd Naughton was wonderful - he spent well over an hour trying to sort out the problem before admitting that he could not undo the incorrect gas-line installation. He gave us the number of a competitor who had more experience with top end cooktops, Advance Appliance, and that technician finished the job very well. He also addressed and repaired a different burner that was so corroded that replacement was imminent while at our house.

Needed to get gas lines installed for new stove, dryer, and water heater. They ran all the new gas lines, upgraded the pipes and got the permits for gas meter replacement. They also replaced my 80gal electric water heater with a tankless system. This took about 2 days, but each day they restored all services so that we were not without. Great job.
