The vertical wood siding on the house had cupped and split and was letting air in. I'm looking forward to lower heat bills

I contacted him about siding repair and he visited and priced the job the same day. He repaired the siding and it blends with the original better than I had hoped. He did a nice, neat job with the trim work.

Golden Rule Carpentry
This is a great guy with a wonderful since of responsibility for getting the job done correctly! The area around the house looked like no one had been there! The siding and the rotted material were replace and this guy went a little further into the wall to make sure everything was solid and secure before attaching the siding. It was calked and painted very professional and we are very happy in the outcome of this project. I'm definitely having him come back and do some more work on the inside later this winter

He knew all about the weatherstripping - as opposed to the other contractor who came out - and said that he would let us know when the contractor could do the work. Quality Exteriors
Glenn (the owner) responded to my request for an estimate the same day I called. Within 2 days he came and gave me a bid for the work. The price was excellent. Within 2 weeks I was scheduled for the work, at the earliest "warmer" weather, since it was late January. The work started yesterday Feb 4 2013 and was finished today Feb 5 2013. Gary did the work in one and a half days! I like the fact that Gary has over 30 years experience installing siding so he is efficient and does the job right. He gave some ideas to improve the appearance of the siding on one corner of the house which cost him more time but made it look so much better (at no extra cost to me). He also cleaned everything up so well. I am so pleased with the work he did! The cost was VERY reasonable for the work done. I will definitely use their services again

Worley & Son
Randy Worley was responsive from the first call I placed. He made an appointment on a Saturday afternoon to come look at the work we needed to have done, which was perfect for our schedule. He was very good at communicating when he would be working, which was challenging for him, since there was a lot of rain this fall. He and his crew were very easy to have around. He even stained the siding under the porch when he had extra stain, because he knew it would look better that way and didn't charge any extra, even though we hadn't thought to ask him to do so. I'm delighted with the work he did and will definitely hire him again to do any future work we need

Ken Patterson Construction Solutions
This was by far the worst decision I've made in a long time. 1) The most horrible part of this is that one of his workers (his son) stole our debit card out of my husbands wallet that was laying on a table in our house and also stole several pieces of heirloom jewelry from my jewelry box. He has been positively identified on several surveillance videos selling the jewelry and using our debit card, and we are pressing charges. 2) They walked off the job, incomplete. The work they did the last day is ruined by the weather. We had not paid them the full amount but they were paid more than what was left. It will take me 4 times as much (as what was left on the contract) to complete the job with another company. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! 3) Our yard is littered with nails and cigarettes and we found OUR tools lying in the yard. 4) A condensing unit was pulled out from under our house and pulled to the side of the property as if someone was going to come back and get it at the end of the day. 4) We no longer have faith in people who do work for us and are so disappointed that Ken Patterson has not tried to make this right. Please contact me for more information as I am happy to provide police reports and other information to get him completely removed from this site, or at least my review posted so others may know about this situation

David goes very good work, but has the tendency to spread himself too thin. It sometimes takes a longer (longer than I am expecting) for him to complete a job, because he is working another project at the same time. He usually comes when he says he will. He always cleans up after himself. I really like that

The entire project went extremely well, which I was very surprised at. I got over 5 different estimates from other contractors first. From day one Steven Carver was fantastic. He came up with some great ideas and talked me out of what I didn't need. He was honest and straightforward the whole way. His crew was professional and worked incredibly fast and efficiently. There was no lack of quality either. Steven didn't even take any money until he was halfway done, which rarely happens. John Carver was more of the same. He made some great suggestions and gave me a great deal for superb work. That's why I had him come back 2 months later and work on my fence. Overall, the Carvers, and Millenium as a whole, were everything you could hope for when dealing with contractors. I highly recommend them to anyone for price, quality and true customer satisfaction

Feb 21, 2015 I had an ice d*** at my home in Nashville, TN. I called my insurance company to see what I should do. They sent thier preferred provider out to my house that day. They came in and gutted the front part of my house. I was told that all work would be done in about 3 weeks. I had a feeling the roof was in need of work but I could never get them to go up there and look. They didn't keep me informed as to what was happening. So 2 months later I rarely heard from them and I was thinking that my house would never get put back together, not to mention everytime it rained outside it also rained in my home. I was at a very low point. I decided to take matters into my own hands and I got a reccomendation from my realtor to use Music City Exteriors, owner Jeffe Thorne. Jeff Thorne came to my house on a Thursday and after meeting him I called my insurance company and told them that I never wanted to do business with company "X" again and that I was using Music City Exteriors to complete all repairs. I had a new roof that Saturday! He told me that the roofing crew would be at my house at 0700 on April 18, 2015. Jeff and the crew were there at 06:59! Jeff came through out the day to ensure everything was being done accordingly. The crew was efficient, professional, and tidy. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Jeff even did a complete walk around my home to make sure no roofing nails were left behind. Jeff has handled everything with my insurance company and has done everything and more he said he would do. It so refreshing to meet someone who does what they say they will do. Smooth as silk. I saw ad, I called. Left message. They called back in 20 minutes. I asked they answered, set appt. They showed up 5 minutes early, we talked, they gave me an estimate. I paid half. 2.5 weeks later, they did the work, showed up within 30 minutes of expected time. They did work. Tolde some of the existing rot could be an issue, but the good wood would never rot in my lifetime. I did ask that they come back to correct 1 thing. They did. 9 months later, job is still perfect. Very very very, pleased!!

We couldn't be more pleased with the work that Second Edition did for us. The owner, Ben was very professional, punctual and courteous. He installed two beautiful custom entry doors which he helped us choose based on the style of our home. The entire facade has an updated look. Having an older home that has settled makes for a bit of unevenness in our brick work around the entry. Ben worked on this until the doors fit perfectly. I am so happy to find a reliable company like Second Edition and will use them for all future renovations
