keith arrived on time and was professional and courteous. he took the time to explain the issue with the fridge so we woukd know how to address the issue in the future.

He came out the same day I called. This is very important when your refrigerator is not working. Everyone else I called was going to take 1 or 2 days to come out. I am so glad I called Action Appliance Repair. Tony was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The price was very reasonable. The repair was finished the next morning when the part arrived. I was very glad I called them. They will be my first choice next time I need appliance repair.

We have used Scott for over 15 years on various home appliances and he has always beebread prompt, courteous, knowledgable and fair in pricing. When our refrigerator started acting up......not cooling properly we called Scott. He came out in a timely manner and told my husband that it was the freezer defrost unit gone bad and this was a common problem ith make and model. For $350.00 he could fix it right then and there. My husband was a bit taken back by Scott's demeanor and use of language but....we trusted him from our previous experiences so we allowed him to fix it. Refrigerator worked great for about 5- 7 days. I called Scott back to come out again to see what was going on with it. At first, he denied that he had come out and fixed it! After I explained to him and verified that he indeed cashed my check he remembered and offered o come back out. He was very hostile and we did not pursue this as we were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately our refrigerator is stll not working properly and we are out $350.00. Not sure what is going on with Scott but will not use him again and cannot recommend his services.

Bobby, the owner, came out as scheduled and checked out two refrigerators and one stove. The stove needed a new heating unit for the oven, which he replaced on the second call. One refrigerator needed minor repairs, which he also made on the second visit. The other refrigerator, as we suspected, will need to be replaced. Phone service was excellent with the service man coming out as promised.

Matt was very personable and professional. He obviously knows what he's doing and does it well! Will definitely recommend him to others and use his service again if needed.

From noise and my own internet surfing, I thought that the filter mechanism needed a valve replacement. Matt checkef everything our thoroughly and determined that the filter I had purchased just really wasn’t the correct fit. He showed me 3 or 4 things to confirm it. The great thing was that he told me that if buying a different filter cartridge didn’t work that he would come back with the parts and not charge me another service charge. The more expensive cartridge did solve the problem! Will definitely use this company again for his knowledge, honesty, and integrity.

Excellent service. Two prior companies referred by retailer failed to show up. Called Mid State Appliance Repair in the morning and they were there by the afternoon, on time, and with a 30 minute call-ahead. Very professional, very knowledgeable.

Matt showed up on time and made sure the appliances worked after the repair was done. He also works very neat no trash we’re left behind.

I am extremely pleased with the prompt, professional service that I received from Mid State Appliance Repair for the repair of my side-by-side refrigerator/freezer recently. Floyd, the service technician (ower's first name is Floyd also), arrived promptly and explained what needed to be done concisely and thoroughly to me. He also quoted a price before beginning work. The charge was reasonable and I didn't feel as if I was begining price gouged or told to have something repaired or replaced that wasn't absolutely necessary has been my experience with some other repair service companies in the past. I will definitely won't hesitate using Mid State Appliance Repair again in the future as needed.

I got an appointment scheduled quickly. Very friendly on the phone. They fixed a couple things and replaced a fan that was causing noise. The next day I realized it was still making the noise so I called and they came right out and replaced another fan free of charge that did fix it because they guarantee their work. It’s not always going to be perfect every time but the response can be which it was. I would definitely hire them again.
