Chis was up front about when he would be able to come out since we had rain in the forecast. He was in constant communications with us. He repaired our damaged roofing and put up secondary shielding. Very polite and honest. Would hire him again for any roofing projects.

I called Premier Roofing Monday, 2/10/14. The owner called me back immediately. He arranged for his Field Representative, Jason Bass, to come to my house the same day. He got on the roof of both my rental house and my house, diagnosed the problem, suggested how they would fix it and gave me an estimate. Later that evening he emailed me an exact amount which was the same as he quoted me. On 2/14/14, Jason Bass called and asked if it was convenient for them to work on my houses today. I said yes. The owner and his worker came out, repaired the roof on my rental house, and repaired the sunlights on my sunroom at my house. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. If I have any future roofing problems, I will call Premier Roofing again

They started off the project well. They work with insurance companies primarily. Our project manager was very polite and professional. The job was scheduled to be completed in a week. For a variety of reasons the project took three weeks to complete. It was very disruptive to our home life. There was a day or so when crews didnt show up which slowed the process. Overall, they did a good job2c but I had to stay after them to complete the job

The company did shoddy work, requiring us to remove both skylights (south side) due to leaks AFTER company re-shingled roof. The company did not replace the roofing on our back porch which is attached to our house and is a part of the roof system. Leaks also occurred there after work commenced on roof. We tried to communicate this to non-English speaking laborers - that the porch had to be roofed prior to re-shingling the roof on the main structure. I would have gladly paid for this rather than experience leaks after the job was "complete". I will still pay them to properly re-cover the low-pitched porch roof at a reasonable charge

I was looking for a highly rated roofing company to come give me a second opinion on my roof that another company had just installed since I had some concerns whether it was installed correctly, and I found that Tim Leeper Roofing was highly rated and gave them a call. They patiently listened to all of my concerns & sent someone to thoroughly check it over for me, and it helped ease my fears about a couple of concerns I had, but he found a couple of issues that needed to be addressed that could've developed into a leak had I not had someone check it. He told me I needed to have a few damaged shingles replaced by the roofing company who installed it, which I was glad to find out before I paid them the balance I owed them. I also learned that my roofing company didn't do some of the extra steps that Tim Leeper Roofing does for their customers, such as routinely request from insurance companies and install new counter-flashing and ice guards around pipes, etc. Made me wish that I'd found Tim Leeper Roofing before I had my roof installed, because they really pay attention to ALL of the details from start to finish. Next time I will be using Tim Leeper Roofing to install my new roof and I'm recommending them to all of my friends and neighbors

Years ago I used Langley roofing and was taken advantage of, in contacted Southeastern roofing for a major roofing job I was nervous, I worried I would have similar problems I had with Langley Roofing. Southeastern Roofing tore off and re-roofed my home, a pole barn and another building on my property. They did it all in two day. They provided professional, honest, and excellent quality and experts in roofing. I have a fireplace with a large rock chimney they took measures to ensure I would have no leaking around my chimney. They answer the phone and when I left a message, I was contacted back by the next business day. I can not say enough about this company. I highly recommend Southeastern Roofing. He did such a good job that three of our neighbors have asked for his card and his info to get new roofs too. They were great. We've had roofs put on the house before, twice. We have been here since 1976.The rood wasn't bad we just wanted to get it replaced while we had the money. They gave us a 25 or 20 year warranty on this. We though the price was really good. We got five bids from five companies that came out and walked all over the roof. This bid was not only the most sincere but it was the actual owner of the place that came out here. Within the price ranged I'd say he was more on the low end. We got the color we wanted. We had originally talked about putting a metal roof on but he said that the new asbestos shingling that they put up that is made with silicon in it will last longer then a metal roof would. We were just very happy he showed us all the differences and everything
