On a early saterday morning I had an urgent situation with the hot water faucet in the kitchen, it wouldn't shut off and i needed someone asap. I called 3 other plumbers before calling American Marine, I got no answer n only one called back but couldn't help me. When I called Brian he answered, I told him my situation and he said he would be right on over. They were at my house promptly and fixed my problem in no time. I didn't have a plumber that I was familiar with so I was skeptical about blindly choosing someone. Brian and Brandy were very nice, courteous and trustworthy people and i will recommend them to all my friends and family with plumbing and HVAC needs. I'm excited that I found good people I can rely on when the need arises. I highly recommend American Marine Plumbing n HVAC, give them a try, you won't be disappointed

They are prompt and responsive, they got the job done. However, their pricing is high. They also would only acknowledge my husband on the account, even though I always made the appointments, met the repair people, and paid them. Whenever I called for another service, they had my husband's name on the account, tied to my phone number. Apparently they do not understand that women can be "primary" on the account. I even complained to their office about this, yet they only would contact my husband to schedule service repair. I guess they only want men as their customer. I will not use them again

Denis came out within a couple days of my calling (was not an emergency) and replaced the faucet just as needed. He even had to make a run to Lowes to pick up a different part after he saw the one he had wouldn't work due to a different threading I had. And all this part of the regular trip charge. Denis is an extremely nice and professional person and is very reasonable rate-wise. This is the 2nd time I've used him and he will continue to be the 1st person I call for any future plumbing issues. Would recommend him to everyone

They may not be the cheapest, but they respond quickly and are A+ with their work

They said the shower faucet repair was more work than anticipated but did not increase the price. No hassle, nice service

My kitchen sink was leaking: a small & slow leak. First Scott the plumber diagnosed the OBVIOUS problem, but then he was thorough and found a second leak. He gave me the option of replacing my faucet fixture with a fixture he had on the truck or I could go look at them. Scott brought the faucet for me to look at, I approved & he replaced. The plumber even tolerated my very nosy cat who wanted to "help". Overall, I was very pleased. I thought that their pricing might be a tad higher than others, but the woman who answered the phone was eminently clear about their pricing structure, so I knew what I was getting into. I called to make an appointment around 9 AM and my leak was fixed and the plumber was gone by 11:15 -- no wasted time for me and I appreciate that. (I understand that is probably not how it goes every day, but I will definitely use them again as they were incredibly professional, prompt etc.

Water heater went out 2 days before Christmas. Called and they came out same day. I was last stop and guy worked until night to finish. Water heater was out of mfg warranty. However, was still covered under Hiller warranty. Was replaced at no charge. I was shocked! Great service and warranty. Will use them again

They promised they were going to come out on a specific day. Had to reschedule for several days later. Nashville had quite a bit of cold weather therefore they were busy but felt like they could come out earlier. I feel like they overcharged for their services. I was expecting, for the price, a replacement faucet in addition to fixing the leak.
