Precision Painting
Precision Painting proprietor Drew Southard, who performed the work in my condo, was responsive, professional, conscientious, and skilled. He came to my home to quote the job several days in advance, purchased the paint using the color numbers I had given him, and showed up promptly to do the work (the Monday after the flood!) after calling to confirm. The wallpaper turned out to be very difficult to remove, but Drew was meticulous and persistent. The first day, he removed all the wallpaper, repaired the drywall, and began painting. It quickly became apparent to us both that the paint was much darker than it was supposed to be. He stopped painting to resolve this problem, which was not his error but still required him to make a second trip to the paint store. The second day, he completed the dining room painting and did a terrific job - it looks absolutely wonderful. He was also planning to do the ceiling repair work that day, but he couldn't because the man I'd hired to replace the fixtures had postponed due to the flood. Drew was very accommodating and offered to come back to fix the ceilings whenever it was convenient for me - which, as it turned out, was almost a month later. The ceiling repair and painting around the two light fixtures look great, too. Next on my wish list are my bathroom and kitchen, and Precision Painting is already working on those quotes

I needed drywall repair in a hurry due to the pending sale on my property and AC Drywall was the one company that was available to do the job . I needed their services after a leak in my 2nd floor bathroom. The plumber came in and had to open up 2 holes upstairs in addition to where the residual water had damaged the ceiling in my kitchen downstairs. AC came in dried the area, replaced the drywall ( all rooms), textured, and painted it all. I was able to meet my deadline for the walk through with the buyer thanks to AC

Ron puts a lot of care and attention into his craftsmanship, and it shows in the work he produces. He is very detail-oriented and treats your home as if it were his own. One thing to note for future clients, Ron only charges you for the labor, so you have to buy the materials for the job yourself. He does, though, give you an itemized listing of each supply he needs so that you can easily put in an order for those things yourself. We didn't realize ahead of time that we had to buy the materials, so we were not prepared on day one of the work, but he was understanding and brought in some of his own supplies to get started on the job. We recommend Ron, and would not hesitate to hire him again
