Terrible experience. While tech was punctual and a persuasive communicator, we really felt pressured with unprofessional, perhaps even unethical, scare tactics surrounding the water heater replacement (i.e. t/p valve damaged...your water heater is going to explode; extremely dangerous situation, unsafe situation). FYI, we were not experiencing scalding water issues at any faucets which might indicate an overheating issue and water was not pooling from tank or t/p release valve. It just so happened the building manager where one of us works heard the conversation and prompted us to get a second opinion; especially when he heard the prices we were quoted to replace the tank heater or install a tankless system. We asked the tech to only repair the sagging pipe. The tech insisted on turning off our pilot light when we said we were going to get a second opinion on the heater claiming he'd lose his license if he didn't. A family owned company, in business since 1988, came out first thing the next morning. They demonstrated that the T/P valve was in fact not damaged. They did agree it was getting close to the life span of tank but there was no reason it was going to explode. That company replaced tank heater with a top of the line tank at almost half the price quoted by BFP. Make us wonder if BFP techs work on commission

I can't say enough great things about this company. After getting the run around from another, more local company, I called Elitte. Felicia was extremely professional and knowledgeable from our first conversation about an estimate. She provided clear instructions and set expectations as to what would be required, the costs, and the actual inspection/pumping. When I called her back to schedule, she provided the agreement and costs (which did not change from our initial conversation) in the same day. We scheduled the service for a week from when I called to confirm we would like to use their services. She called me 2 days in advance to confirm. The driver arrived a few minutes ahead of the appointment time and he called me about 2 hours in advance to let me know he was coming. He did an excellent job with digging to the tank and minimizing the disruption to the yard. He even endured a monsoon to finish the job! Well done and my expectations were exceeded

Had water back flowing through the laundry drain, I snaked out the main line to the tank myself, felt it was time to pump the tank regardless, left a mssg w them on sunday, got a call back in 1 hr, set a time, Brandon showed up, located the tank pumped it and advised me on its condition, and gave me some tips to keep it working properly. These folks were great to deal with, friendly and didnt try to upsell me on anything. Brandon snaked the line from the tank back to the house and cleared the blockage, job well done

My hot water stopped working on the first day of the new year. WIth it being New Year's I didn't know who would be available, so I called around and Lee Company was the only one where a live person answered. A representative came out to the house that same day. It didn't take him long to determine the cause and explained it to me along with the options to fix it. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The current tank was on something like year 12 so I opted to have it replaced. They came back out to the house that evening after supper and replaced it. Their install was very tidy, they followed the current building codes, were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely do business with them again (though hopefully not anytime soon if you know what I mean)

Tim was very nice and trustworthy. Our water pressure system wasn't working properly and he was quickly able to diagnose the problem (not the pump, just the tank). He also noticed two other problems while he was looking at the tank - someone who had installed the pipes and fittings used two incompatible metals and it was causing corrosion (which I could clearly see was happening). He also found that the direction of flow in our pipes from the tank to the filters and then to the house were flowing in the wrong direction. Simple fix, but I never would have noticed it. He had the new tank installed, new fittings on the pipes around it, and everything fixed that day

We woke to find water all over the bathroom floor, and the cut-off valve would not close completely, so it continued to soak the room. Called Dand S at 7:30 am and Tom was here before 8:30 -- suggested we replace flushing mechanism and ring, since they were badly worn and would soon wear out also. He had everything finished within 30 minutes. Polite, honest, professional...you definitely want to call Dand S for plumbing needs. I know I will keep their number handy

fter several less than helpful videos on youtube, I decided just to get a professional. I was able to get AAA Randpro to come out during a two hour time frame on a Memorial Day weekend. They called 30 minutes before the start of the two hour mark. I changed my mind since their prices were so reasonable just to get both toilet insides fully replaced. It took Paul an extra 15 minutes to stop off along the way and pick up the extra parts. He was very professional, helpful, cheerful and efficient. The cost was even more reasonable than I thought it would be. These guys are going to be my plumber of choice from now on. It was about the best service call I had from anyone in at least two or three years

I needed to replace my old heat pump. I had special concerns because the old system was not originally installed correctly, did not de-humidify during the summer, and the air handler was located in the garage causing heat lost in the winter and sweating in the summer. Michael Northcutt listened to my concerns. A Ruud/Rheem product was selected that could address the humidity problems. As to the air handler being in the garage where there would be a lost of energy through the R-4 insulation made into the unit, Michael wrapped the outside of the unit with additional insulation to give it an R-8 value. While installing the new system, Michael allowed me to ?supervise? so I would be satisfied with the end results, which I am. Michael and his crew worked tirelessly in freezing weather to tear out the old system and get the system installed in one day. He returned the next day to check out the system and make adjustments. As to price, his price was a good one--not the lowest nor the high end

Arrived on the scheduled day, late in the afternoon. They had had a flat tire on the truck earlier that day and were running behind. I was impressed that they at least made the effort to show up as late as 5:30. Since it was too late to start, they returned the following day. Both workers were very nice as well as professional. They had to cut the trailor into sections which was hard work. Once completed, I paid them and they left. I was happy with both service and price
