I had never met Trent before this job. I selected him because he came off as honest, he was local and seemed to be raised right and promised he would not stop until I was happy. He did not disappoint Trent was awesome to work with and his pricing was fair. He excavated for a llarge pool and stayed within level range throughout . Will call him for landscaping around the pool and and hillside excavation in a month. Highly recommende

F&H Lawncare

I have been using F&H Lawncare for 3 years now. F & H Lawncare does excellent work and are very detailed with the work they do. They are polite and care about their customers needs. When they are finished with the job, they clean up any debris and always asks if the work meets expectations. I would recommend F&H Lawncare to any homeowner or business who need such services

Honest, Professional and Integrity are the way to describe this company. We met with both of the owners before the job in our backyard. Jerry excavated 5 dump truck loads of nice top soil into our backyard and took pride in his work to make it look great. We appreciated working with a company that has this type of work ethics. Would use again and recommend

Rob responded to my text regarding a rough quote on the requested job (excavation for a patio project, around 22x28) and confirmed he could do it after I sent him a picture of the space. We set a time and Rob arrived as expected with his equipment. He took the time to let me explain what we were hoping to do and confirmed it back to me showing me he understood and respected our plan. Rob also provided a lot of great general tips and advice along the way for our project regarding drainage, etc. Midway through the excavation a thick cloud of rain came by and threatened to muddy up the work. Rob was willing to wait it out because the radar made it seem like it would pass over and allow another window of time to work, as opposed to calling it quits until the next day. All in all, I was very thankful and impressed with Rob's work. He's a master on his excavator, much better than I would have been if I'd rented

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
5.0
My sewer line was corroded and collapsed under all the weight after the recent heavy rains. Roto-Rooter was the third plumber to try to get the lines unplugged but they found it was not possible and the line had to be replaced. They do not offer financing so you have to pay in full; half before the job and the remainder when the job is complete. They gave me the best possible price and a fife year guarantee. Richard was an excellent help and was very kind. I highly recommend this plumber

Elite Grading and Excavation
5.0
They are a great company and I am very satisfied with the results. They answered any time I called and arrived on time to give me a quote and on time on the day of the project. Nolan is the one I met and he is really professional and cares about doing the job right at a fair price. It is hard to find someone who is reliable and does a professional job on time but this company does just that. I will be sure to recommend Elite Grading and Excavation to anyone that needs this type of work done and I will be sure to call them whenever I need more work done in the future

ROBERT'S SEPTIC TANK SVC
5.0
The septic tank at the new house we just purchased was overflowing, and was located under the deck in a hard to reach place. Hire Robert's Septic to find out what the issue was and repair it. The guys showed up promptly and were very professional, courteous and informative. They excavated my tank and the main line leading out of it, which had been crushed and would not pass water through. They replaced the main line and built a riser on top of my tank to make future septic service easier. They finished in one day and did a great job at a reasonable price

Rob ran into quite a few issues. Original pipe was buried under drive and several feet deep. We disconnected original and ran new pex line. He had to get the torch to loosen the connections at the water box. Ran the new line under footer in a very cramped space. Laid straw and grass seed over excavation. Once he cut the original water line he promised we would have water that night. Took until dark but he kept his promise. I dig it, indeed

Pioneer Home Services
3.0
The service was not performed well. The actual plumbing service seemed fine. They had to run a new pipe under my drive-way. They dug up my driveway and yard and they were not responsive after the work in getting that repaired. I had to call a separate company to do the clean-up and repair of those items. I felt like the plumbing was good and they were fine to deal with. The follow-up was not good at all

Overall I was very pleased with both the results and the whole process, from start to finish. I first contacted Jason Licsko through Angie's List on 5/1/2012, and he promptly replied the next day. We made arrangements for him to come out and look at the job on 5/5. He emailed back with his estimate of $2500 and 3 days on 5/8. He was ready to start earlier, but my wife and I wanted to be home when the work was being done, so we arranged for a start date of 5/29 right after Memorial Day. Jason had another complicated job that ran long, and he promptly let us know that he would have to reschedule our job because of it. We rescheduled the start date for 6/14 at 8:00 am. About 8:00 am on 6/14 Jason called ahead to let us know that they were running behind due to a flat tire on the loader and would be there at 9:00 am. Jason and his crew arrived at our house promptly on 6/14 at 9:00 am. They were very professional and friendly. The started with demolition of the deck, which went very smoothly, in spite of having to remove a bee's nest. The second day started with the demolition of the pool. Jason figured out a way to break up the concrete with the loader that did not involve bringing in a bunch of noisy jackhammers and was very efficient. They completed work on the pool demo the following morning. The excavation and grading was completed by the end of the 3rd day. Jason noticed that we had Bermuda grass, and made sure that the rhisomes from the Bermuda grass that had been dug up were distributed throughout the top layer of soil and that these would grow and fill in once they received water. They completed their work for the day by cleaning up and removing the debris that we had asked them to haul away. Initially, Jason was unable to complete the tree limb removal portion of the work as we had some poison ivy growing on the tree's trunk. When he was preparing to leave, we discussed this and he also mentioned that there was more debris to haul away from the pool and deck demo than he originally thought, although he was going to leave the price at $2,500. I offered to pay another $250 up front to offset the extra expense and to have him come back and do the tree limb removal. He agreed to this, and he came back on 6/23 to spray the Poison Ivy with Roundup, and then we waited for the poison ivy to die. I let him know when that had happened, and he came back on 7/25 to do the tree limb removal. We were very impressed with the results of the work that he did for us and the attention to detail. The Bermuda grass is filling in nicely just as he said it would, and the yard looks great. Jason was very easy to work with, was responsive and punctual, and always let us know what was going on and when there might be delays or potential problems. We also had looked at some pictures of his work on other jobs and discussed potential future work that we might have done. We were impressed with the aesthetics of the work that he showed us in the pictures. We would definitely consider having him come back to do other work for us in the future

Robert was prompt, fair and professional. He provided me with an estimate that was very competitively priced, investigated what needed to be done and ended up not only repairing the issue at hand, but pointing out potential future hazards that could be addressed for just a little more money at the same time. I very much appreciate the professional advice. We ended up replacing both waterlines to the duplex, replaced older unprofessional fixes and upgraded the installation by adding shut off valves that were not there before. He included seed and straw into his bid from the beginning to make the part where he dug through the front yard look good again. He came back the following day and added fresh gravel / crushed stone in the driveway and compacted it, which was an add on, but needed as the dirt did not compact well immediately. I am a landlord of 10 years and liked his insight, easy going, yet professional attitude and he got the job done the same day as it was an emergency. I hired him again the following day on another project, where the contractor I had hired before failed to respond. I highly recommend Robert for any excavation and gravel work
Work was completed in a very timely and professional manner. They even came back out and resolved some minor issues that came up very quickly and without additional cost. I would definitely use this company again for any foundation work I needed done.
perfect! After I saw the job he did at m neighbors house, i knew i wanted him to do the same work for me. Mr. Zabkar arrived early, surveyed the area and decided where he needed to start there were some tight spaces, but he handled it completely professionally Mr. Zabkar had all of the necessary materials and tools to lay the pipe and get the water back on line with a minimum of disruption. when he had the pipe in and water back on, he insured there were no leaks and back filled the trench
I called Kevin for an estimate and advise. He met me at the site after work. Kevin and his son's experience helped improve on my plan. He told me what materials were needed and told me to call when I was ready. Everything turned out better then my origional plan. The final cost were less then estimated
Johnny Spies came to my home, the first few times and he provided the bid. He promised his brother Travis would be on the scene to supervise the work and he was indeed on site everyday. The work was suppose to start on a Monday but they got an early start on Friday, two days earlier than promised. Johnny estimated it would take a week, but he underestimated by 3 days, It turned out to be only a small inconvenience. Travis and his crew cared for my basement wall and my yard like it was there own. They did extra little things, like build a small wall with stones to protect my AC unit from the eroding hill behind it. He and his crew were hard working, courteous and professional at all times. Travis kept me in the loop with text, phone calls, and face to face discussions. He dealt with each of my concerns along the way with good solutions. Example of a concern: grass seed he planned to spread and cover with hay, washing off my sloped yard during winter rains before it had a chance to sprout. Travis Solution: erosion control blankets now cover my yard and the seed. Caution the tons of soil, and gravel combined with the movement of wheeled and tracked equipment will destroy your lawn, but I feel good about the efforts they put into trying to restore it. I might have to supplement with more seed, come spring, but I can live with that. The job was just finished today, but I was so pleased I signed on Angie's List to complete this review. In the beginning I didn't understand why it cost so much money, but it did involve a several men, machines and material, so I feel much better
