Derek was outstanding to work with; I would highly recommend him to others. We are/were in the midst of selling our home and after receiving the list of repairs back from the inspection, there was a good bit to do on the back deck and front porch. After getting a couple of different quotes, we found that Derek offered the fairest price and the quickest time frame. He was extremely responsive, prompt, and thorough. Knowing we were on a time constraint, he worked diligently to get the job done and the finished product was great! It was truly a joy to work with him and we could not be more satisfied with the job he completed. We will definitely be using him for future projects!!

Chaz and Sheila were wonderful. Chaz is honest and doesn't take on a job that he cannot safely perform to a high quality. After reviewing my list of requests, Chaz and Sheila performed research to find the best options for my situation. Chaz could not do the garage header as it was a 2 man job, but he was so helpful providing other options. I completely appreciate Chaz for not taking a job he couldn't complete well. Chaz and Sheila were always responsive and punctual. Chaz hung 3 sets of new shutters for me, he removed an old squirrel baffle and installed a new replacement, and he repaired wood rot on an exterior door. Chaz and Sheila also gave me estimates on replacing my front porch columns and rails due to wood rot. I didn't have that job done at this time but will look at those options in the future. I love that Chaz prays with his clients before he starts work. Chaz and Sheila deliver high quality handyman work at a great price. I will definitely be calling on Chaz again.

From the very 1st call I made until the last conversation I had with Nancy, building this porch was the best experience ever! The Porch Co is the most professional, creative, easy to work with company I've ever come in contact with on any level, and if I ever build anything else, I will call them 1st. And our porch is our favorite spot in the house. In fact, I'm writing this from the porch now. It's just beautiful, and not like anyone else's porch. They let you know each step of the way what to expect, they are never late, they are never dirty, their people are super nice and wonderful craftspeople. Nancy came up with a charming design for our little cottage that I never would have thought of in a million years, and the porch looks like it's always been there. (The house is 75+years old and pretty "rustic".) I am so glad they built our porch!

Recent Review: This project began with a home meeting with Mr. Allin, discussing our wants. He met back with us once he had completed his design. He included multiple price points of each phase which I found quite helpful. We made our selections and agreed to begin. Prior to any groundbreaking, I made some design changes. (This was a learning process for us and the more we learned, the more we wanted to learn before committing to the final product.) I have to say that George Allin was as excited about our new ideas as we were. He was not offended in the least about the changes and he made sure that he understood exactly what we wanted. Throughout the entire project George maintained an easygoing and helpful manner with us. He is obviously well-respected by his subcontractors (who were also easy to work with). He was patient throughout the process and encouraged us to ask questions. He wanted us involved intimately from beginning to end. We truly felt that his main concern was that we were happy with the project. We already plan to work with George on our next project.
