We would absolutely use Forsythe Painting again! They were prompt in getting back with us when we called and in getting us the proposal. They arrived on time and finished a day early. John and his partner did an amazing job from the prep work to painting all the shutters, repairing and painting the fascias, replacing/painting boards on the side of the garage that had molded, painting doors, front porch furniture. They did a very thorough clean up as well. Our house is brick and was built in 1972 - we've lived here 24 years - when they completed their job the house looked brand new! Very friendly/polite gentlemen

Estimate process was smooth; Mr. Nash came out as promised and all other negotiations were handled quickly by e-mail. Crew came out exactly when promised. Some of the nicest workers we have ever had in our home. All were very courteous and took extra care to keep everything clean. Pressure washed deck and stained deck; they were in no hurry! Best deck sealing I have ever had. Took care of sheetrock problems from water damage from ice dam this winter in garage ceiling and walls; fully painted garage. Stains on kitchen ceiling from second floor leak were covered prior to painting. There were several nail heads that would come through the ceiling in time; each one was repaired prior to painting. After the final coat of paint went on, the painter saw two more nail heads that were not easy to see prior to painting. Both were repaired and the area repainted. I would have never seen these problems, and the painter could have totally ignored them, but he didn't. This reflects the quality of Mr. Nash's workmen and his business

Martin's Quality Painting
Celing in garage started peeling in less than 24 hours from job completed. They had to come back and repair and patch where celing peeled. I do not believe the repair of celing was done correctly; I believe that is what caused the paint to peel and crack. Repair was done and I sold the house so all is well

Not only were they able to do just that but they made my kitchen walls and the windows they painted look brand new. We usually paint rooms in our home but we have a large kitchen and large windows and felt like it would be best to have a professional do the job. It was a lot of work and we are so happy we had professionals to do the job. The price was not inexpensive but for the amount of work done, it seemed fair. We will definitely work with them again for the bigger jobs around our home

I met Jim Fessler after being referred by a realtor friend of mine. I called his office to set up an appointment for an assessment of my leaking roof. When I called, Brenda, who I later learned is Mr. Fessler?s daughter, answered and made a warm first impression of the company. She was friendly and professional. She assured me Jim would be at my home that morning. He arrived within a couple of hours and quickly identified the problem areas on my roof. I filed an insurance claim, and he met with the adjusters to provide additional storm information as well as show the damage to the roof. He was truly an advocate for me throughout the claims process. As soon as the claim was processed, he and his crew readily arrived to install the roof. They had to remove two roofs and two satellite dishes before the roof could be installed. He made sure every requirement of the manufacturer?s warranty was met to maximize the life of the warranty. He stayed to supervise the work and remained very involved in the project. Due to my leaking roof, there was damage to the interior of my home. The siding on the house also needed some repairs and staining. Santos and the painting crew did a great job. They were courteous and helpful. They made a major difference in the appearance of the house. Robert worked his magic making repairs to my hardwood floor. In all phases of the project, Mr. Fessler and/or project manager Matt Comparin inspected the work and addressed any questions or concerns I had. They gave me their cell phone numbers for quick access to them if needed. My existing tin roof over the porch had some rust. Mr. Fessler had his crew seal and protect it with a hardy, top-of-the-line product that not only makes it look like new, but also prevents leaking. After all of the repairs and improvements, my house looks new again. I highly recommend Jim Fessler and Fessler Home Improvement & Construction Co., LLC to anyone needing an honest, knowledgeable and professional contractor. He is a man of integrity. I rest assured that he will stand behind his work. Mr. Fessler is responsive, reasonable and reliable. I will not hesitate to call him again if I need additional work in the future

They did a pretty good job. He asked me what my budget was and what I wanted to spend, which I liked about him. He also gave me some pricing for other things and suggested that I do it all together. I told me that wouldn't be good for me because I would have to take out a loan and that wasn't good for me. He was very understanding and was willing to give me a deal. I dealt with his wife to make the appointments and she was very nice too. They were very nice people. He was here when he said and he was very professional. I would use him again

Kenneth was my second estimate. His estimate was $275 and my first one was $2200 to paint a den and small kitchen! I could tell he knew what he was talking about, as he has been painting for over 20 years. He uses Porter Paint. Not only did he and his son do a wonderful job painting, but everything was moved back in place and the pictures were hung back on the walls. I subsequently brought him back to paint more rooms, and will continue until our whole house is painted! I also have referred him to several friends who have used him and have been equally satisfied with both the quality and extremely reasonable prices!! I cannot say enough good things about him! You will not be disappointed

This job involved major work, such as pulling out old hardwood floors and carpet, installing new laminate flooring throughout downstairs, and new carpet on stairs and throughout upstairs. It also included painting of walls and popcorn ceilings as well as trim and kitchen cabinets. It alsoThe included wall repairs in the living room, dining room, and laundry room, a baseboard repair in living room, installation of two new faucets, re-glazing of bathroom tile floors and grout, and painting of front and back doors. Scott and his team were on time and completed the job in the time-frame promised. They were pleasant and responsive to our questions. We are giving them a B rather than an A because they failed to do some work that had been agreed upon, particularly plumbing repairs under kitchen sink and in upstairs bathroom, and they did not clean up after themselves, leaving paint in the kitchen sink and paint residue on stairway hand rails. We had to call them back to have the bathroom re-glazing completed and to have the bathroom doors re-hung.The doors were stacked against newly painted wall in the master-bedroom, requiring touch-up paint later. We had to hire another workman to come in and make the kitchen and upstairs bath plumbing repairs, remove the garbage disposal and install a new one, and re-paint the front door (because the door had been closed before the paint had dried). With a bit more attention to detail and a final inspection process, including a follow-up conversation to be sure everything was completed to satisfaction, we believe Installer Direct could be a top-notch team. We would consider using Installer Direct in the future for carpet or flooring installation but probably not for other work

Todd finished the job before the estimated deadline, and came in at $400 under the original $5,000 estimate for all of the interior and exterior painting combined. Kevin did most of the prep work and painting during the week they were here. They were prompt, courteous and addressed any concerns or questions immediately. They hung everything back on the walls and moved all the furniture back to where it was moved from. They cleaned everything up each day and at the end took away all of the empty paint cans to be disposed of properly. II would highly recommend Todd Boren Painting & Remodeling for your next painting project

This is the second time i have used Blue Diamond and once again they didn't disappoint. Ernest showed up on time and worked all day.Not only did he do the jobs we agreed on, he went the extra mile by nailing baseboards that the previous handyman did a poor job on.He scrapped the ceiling primed and painted the ceiling and put two coats of paint on the bedroom walls.It previously had wallpaper that took two days to remove. i would recommend this company for any painting or handyman projects.They do an excellant, professional job at a reasonable cost.
