It went ok. My main grief is what you pay to have the system, it should be done with excellence which I feel did not happen. I will post a photo of an area that is still exposed. It is also not very convenient if you need to have the colars adjusted. I would definitely check out similar fences before going with an invisible fence again

Went great! Fence is working perfectly! Everyone I worked with was helpful and polite. I bought a groupon then paid extra to get the fence just where I wanted it. Don't ever pay full price! Ask for a discount/special. Do not pay for extra wire (i.e., fence length) until the installer comes.

It was great. It works very well. Our cat was easily trained and once we had her trained, she never left the yard. I was disappointed in the way they left the yard. When they dug the trench with the wiring, they didn't come back and tap the ground back over the wire and I didn't like that. It took care of itself and after several rains, it kinda closed over itself but until then, it was a bump and things like that. They were really good about showing us how to train our cat. They had good materials to leave with us if we needed to remember what they told us. They had really good telephone support for help. We thought that the wires have been cut because the light wasn't coming on the collar and we did troubleshooting over the phone with them and it turned out that our battery is dead. They do good troubleshooting on the phone. They have a lifetime warranty. If it ever does get cut or stop functioning, they'd fix it with no charge which is great. On the other side of it, the batteries in the dog's collar, they highly recommend that you buy from them because it has an extra seal for moisture or something. It's kind of annoying to me. They were the most expensive but they worked with us

He knew what all the options were for over coming what ever obstacle they were. we got his company information from Angie's List. We called and he came out fairly quickly. He gave an estimate, discussed how he would install the system, discussed how we should train the dogs for maximum effectiveness, and seemed to genuinely care about selling us the right thing for our dogs and our yard. He installed the system and began the training that day. He checked back with us a few days later. When one of the dogs had a problem, we called and he immediately came out and spend quite a bit of time further training the dog. He went over and beyond, in my estimation. He has called a couple of more times since just to check and see if the additional training worked. It has. I definitely recommend him and his company

Adam did a great job of communicating what would be best for our dog Sebastian. He provided excellent training tutorials; video, manual, and on-site demonstration. He was on time and completed the job without disturbing the landscaping. Also, pricing was very good compared to his competitors and his system is nearly identical because it is made by the same distributor. But, with his system you do not need a "battery plan", he offers rechargeable collar batteries. I would highly recommend Adam and Outdoor Pet Solutions

I highly recommend Adam and Outdoor Pet Solutions. Not only does he have the best pricing on the underground fence but he is amazing to work with. My Mom was very unsure if this would work for her and we had a ton of questions. The training made her very nervous but he did not leave until she knew exactly what she needed to do and he has even followed up several times to see how it was going. He really put her mind at ease. He is so friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Even her dog, Skittles was totally confrontable with Adam. Dogs are usually really good judges of character. This was definitely a great choice and we are very satisfied

As the consumer, the project went exceptionally well. I believe that Tyler encountered some deep concrete post foundations that he had to dig up. Then he had to use even more concrete than expected to secure the new posts. He also had to work around a small wire that was buried for the Invisible Fence. With at least 5 posts replacements, he did not damage the wire. The deck repair could not have gone smoother despite the inconsistent sizing of the screw heads. Tyler was very tolerant of my mother's dog that seems very aggressive but actually has an anxiety disorder. He also was very thoughtful and considerate in regard to my mother's particular requests. We have discussed future projects with Tyler

We had an invisible fence for years and it could not keep our dog in. Ken is wonderful to work with, his customer service is outstanding. We did have a few issues of dog still getting out and Ken came back multiple times to work with our dog and tweek the system. I even trust Ken enough that he came by when I was not home and left the garage open for him to be able to let the dog out and work with him, which he did for about 15 minutes. Ken's caring nature and customer service really set him apart from other providers. I would highly recommend him and will continue to use him

I can’t say enough good things about Outdoor Pet Solutions. Working with Adam was nothing short of an amazing experience. If you’re needing an invisible fence solution or any of his services - look no further! I found him online just by searching, saw he had good reviews and I decided to send him an inquiry via his website late one night. He called me by 8:30am the next morning (was ultra responsive) and spent 45 minutes listening to my needs and consulting with me. He had a ton of options, different brands, talking about the pro’s and con’s of each and wasn’t really trying to sell me on anything, more just educating me. Then left the decision up to me, not biased or pushy at all. After a few more conversations I decided to move forward with him. He was able to give me a quote very easily and was very reasonable. He came out and installed my system that took about half a day and then spent the next 2 hours taking us through his “training” program for and with our dog. It was crazy how detailed, how professional, and how knowledgeable he is. He’s been doing this for forever and it shows. He is not about selling you a system and walking away, but he’s a dog trainer and helped train our dog hands on with the system. I’m in sales myself and I was just blown away at the level of service this guy provides. You can tell he is passionate and cares, and I got far more than I paid for.
