Geary was wonderful. Very personable and knowledgeable regarding window installation, insulation and heating and cooling efficiency. He came out the first time to provide me with an estimate free of charge and explained exactly what repairs were needed and why. He was honest enough to tell me that several of the windows that I had planned to replace were still in good shape and only needed minor repairs. He scheduled my job and provided me with the estimated cost of the job and called me the night before he arrived to confirm. He arrive on time and worked non stop the entire day. He did such an efficient job of taking the old windows out and putting the new ones in that another contractor that I also had at the house (for another project) commented on how nice of a job Geary did. The contractor quoted "Wow, he really knows his way around windows." A neighbor even asked me for his contact information. I am very pleased with the work that was done and have already scheduled some additional work to be completed in a November and in 2015. Trust me, you cannot ask for a better contractor for windows

Very professional and honest person to deal with. I had gotten a previous quote and was told the board that the gutter was attached to was rotten and needing replacing. I was also told the gutter had to be replaced. This company wanted $550 for the repairs. Chaz came out and told me the wood was fine and all he needed to do was reattach the old gutter using new screws. He also replaced my old wood weather stripping around the garage door. He had estimated the repair would be a 2 hour job. It did not take the full 2 hours, but he was willing to help with something else to use up his time and the price he quoted. Could not be happier that I contacted him and will continue to use him in the future

Geary is awesome. He was scheduled to be here at 9 am to do the weather stripping on my front door. He arrived on time and by 9:02 was removing the existing threshold. I've lived in my house for about 2 years, and the front door has bugged me since the first day I moved in. There was always visible light coming in around the edges of the door. In the summer it let in hot air, and in the winter it let in cold air. It drove me nuts! I told Geary about it when he was out fixing something else for me and he said he could fix this, too. He ordered special weather stripping from California. Now the door has no visible light around it. The threshold looks great with polished brass that matches the other door hardware. I'm so pleased! I can honestly recommend Geary if you need a handyman. He can do just about anything you want done

He has a lot of experience so is fast and knows the best way to accomplish the task. When he first arrived, we went through all the different projects and he offered different ways to solve many of the things on my list. When he was working on the outside door, he noticed that the weather stripping was hanging in shreds so I ran out and got new weatherstripping for him to install on all three outside doors, which he installed quickly. The doors were leaking a lot of air so that will save us $. Matt is professional and is pleasant to have around

MID SOUTH INSULATION
I had a TVA energy audit conducted and was looking for a company to blow in insulation in my attic. They came out and gave me a great estimate for the work. About a week and a half afterwards they came out to do the work. Total it took about 3-4 hours for the attic access to be rebuilt and the insulation to be put in. The access opening is tiny, so I was really impressed by how quickly the work was done. I had a great experience with the company and will certainly be using them to replace some gutters when I get the chance
