When he came back he replaced the parts. The repair on the oven went well. The repair on the dishwasher didn't fix the problem, so they had to order another part which took several days. I now have my appliances back thanks to Mid State

I had difficulity in getting a repair company to respond in a timely manner until I called Corlew .He was here the following day and checked out the problem. He gave us a written estimate and the date when he could return with the necessary part ,to which we agreed . He was right on time on the promised date and did a quick job of installing the part and checking out the operation of the umit . I would call Corlew over any other appliance repair sevice when I need any other work on my appliiances

On their first visit, the techs were able to open the door to get the model number for the oven. They then ordered the part they needed. I did have trouble getting the second visit scheduled because they didn't answer their phone for a day, but they were very friendly and we did get it worked out. On the second visit, they had to remove the oven from the wall to fix it. I used it later that day and it's working perfectly. They were professional, patient (I have a 4, 2, and 1 year old who wandered in and out of the kitchen while they were working), and polite. I would recommend them and will use them again if I have any other appliance repair issues

THE GENTLEMAN WHO CAME TO WORK ON OUR OVEN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE FIXED WHAT THE MANUAL TOLD HIM HE SHOULD, BUT THE OVEN STILL DID NOT WORK. SO HE KEPT AT IT. FINALLY, HE FOUND A SMALL PART AT THE BACK OF THE OVEN (BY THIS TIME, MY OVEN IS IN PIECES), REPLACED IT, AND PUT THE OVEN BACK TOGETHER CORRECTLY. IT WORKS PERFECTLY! HE EVEN DID A LITTLE WORK ON OUR STORM DOOR ON THE WAY OUT

As expected, everything went perfect! Everything from setting up the appointment to completing the work, it was done with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. This is the second time we have used Chaz and Shelia's Multitask Handyman and Space Solutions services and continue to be impressed with the quality of work done, along with the level of courtesy and consideration they present. They are organized, precise, respectful, and reasonably priced. Sheila remembered us from our first project and was able to provide us with a time-slot that worked for our situation. Chaz arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time and called to let us know he was coming up to the door. This was extremely considerate of him as we have pets, and it allowed us to herd them into another room until he could get in the door with his equipment. After that, he was fine with two dogs running all around him as he worked. He spoke briefly with my father (81-years old, who was heading out the door for a doctor's appoint) to ensure he had everything covered on our "to-do list." Chaz offered to go purchase the additional supplies we would need in order to complete the task, so that I would not have to stop my work. We gave him the money, he left to purchase the items, my dad went on to his appointment, and me, well I went right back to work. I could not have asked for a better situation. I had a very heavy work-load that particular day (when I made the appointment that was not the case), but never skipped a beat. As a matter of fact, it went so well that I finished my work early and was able to get a jump start on a couple of other projects I was working on. As a freelance writer/editor having work done in my home usually means I won't get much of anything done on my own work...it would be a lost day. But not with "Multitask Handyman and Space Solutions," even the dogs are comfortable enough to lay down and be quiet. They trust him to come in and out of the house. I worked without any disturbances. He was in and out in no time at all. We discussed our future projects before Chaz left...we would never consider using anyone else for our work. At this rate, I suppose we may just have to give him a key to the house, as we trust he and Sheila like family

I have a Thermador Oven that needed repair. This team of people were responsive to my inquiries, and actually took the time to diagnose preliminarily over the phone before burdening me with a house call fee. They were courteous, persistent in trying to figure out the problem, did research on part availability, due to the fact that the company that produced the item, had changed hands, prior to actually making an in home service call. I asked them to do this, so that I might not have to pay for a service call if parts were priced too high or unavailable. The oven being 10 years old and the main control panel was shot, lead them to a sight unseen estimate, at my request. They said once they looked at the item a more precise estimate could be provided. However, due to age of the item, and high expense of the control panel, I elected not to replace the item. The folks at this repair company handled my inquiry with great care. I would call on them again in the future

After our initial telephone contact, he researched the problem I was having with my oven, determined that I needed a new part, ordered the part, and set a time just one day after the part arrived to come and replace it. I appreciated that he realized the part was needed and that he didn't charge me for two trips and two labor charges to remove the oven from the wall. He made sure all other parts were working well in the oven and worked diligently to ensure the error did not occur again after replacing the part. Mr. Henderson was very personable and professional. He changed the igniter (a lower-cost part and common culprit of an oven not heating when turned on) but that didn't fix it. He had to order the panel and returned a few days later to replace it. Overall it was a great experience. I definitely recommend Mr. Henderson and will call him again for future appliance repair
They are wonderful. I have never had a problem with them at all. I have never paid more than my $75 service fee, and always can get things repaired in a timely fashion. They have fixed my refrigerator twice, my a/c twice, garage door opener, 2 new water heaters, my pool and spa. If they have to reimburse you, you are paid back within a week. Their customer service is outstanding

I thought the heating element went out. After the technician diagnosed everything, he discovered it was not the element but the thermostat. Not as expensive as an element would have been. I just did not want this expense at Christmas, but thankful they could repair it. He was only here maybe 30 minutes and had it repaired. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have used this company before for a refrigerator, and now a dryer. I will definitely use them again

You can expect for him to answer his phone, but you will have to call back again - which he will tell you he won't answer - to leave messages such as issue and address. It works fine, but it took me a little by surprise the first time
