Our house is old, built around 1930, and in the 20 years we’ve lived here we have had many plumbing problems and many different plumbers. Daniel Stark is the best we’ve had. This time again he responded quickly, came the next day, and completed the work in a short time, fixing a few other problems as well. I definitely recommend him

I had the toilets already. I found him in a emergency and I'm glad I did. He was the best plumber. I've been a contractor so I'm not just saying. They are really good. I know these guys they are good. I will use them anytime I need plumbing.

Went well. Quick response. Called in morning and got appointment that afternoon.Jason was professional, polite, easygoing, and answered questions clearly. He was focused and worked efficiently. Pricing was competitive. Bellevue 1st offers senior discount, which is appreciated because it shows that this company recognizes and values senior customers. Will call again if needed, and recommend to anyone

Great plumber. Showed up on time, friendly plumber, did very good job. Did what they say they would do and did it right. Had a small misunderstanding on price with answering service, owner honored that price which took integrity. Would use them again, for sure.

They are very quick. They communicate very well. They call the day of service. They also call thirty minutes prior to arrival for the job. They make follow-up calls after the work has been completed. They have all been exceptionally nice and efficient.

The plumber was professional, knew his business, was clean, respected my house and floors and, so far, no additional issues. The catch was that in order to get the price down, I had to agree to join their "club" which is about $9/month ($108/year). You are supposed to get a plumbing inspection and water heater drained every year. OK, that might be worth $108, but you know that, once they get into your house to inspect etc, that they will find other things that "need to be done" and pressure you to have them do it. After I get my water heater drained and inspected, I will probably cancel my membership and go back to the plumber I've used for years, Cox Plumbing (who were just too busy to fit me in on the day my toilet had backed up!

They were very good, I had two other companies come out and told me it couldn't be fixed. But when franklin came out and told me that we needed a new toilet and it fixed the problem.

We had never had decent water pressure in our house, and our toilet had developed a leak that meant, combined with the lack of water pressure, that we had to cut off water to the toilet to use water anywhere in the house. Benjamin Franklin replaced our old, too-small house water line and replaced the old toilet completely as well as a few other smaller repairs. I was a little confused about the bill at first, but it was my own oversight. They did forget to attach the outside spigot back, but they came out and fixed it better than it was before at no cost. They also honored the Angie's List deal they had and actually helped me choose the best deal for the service I ended up using. Their representatives were all professional and courteous. It wasn't cheap, but I didn't expect it to be and our water is great now

They had a little issue and had to come back. It was a call back on one of them, they installed four toilets. I've used them for three or four years.
I was nervous about this as I had never had to install a gas line. I thought it was going to be intensive, expensive and might mean my having to paint the laundry room that I had just completed because we'd moved in only days prior. He was to the point, didn't try to upsale, and never stopped working. I really appreciated having the ability to dry a couple of loads of clothing (the weather wasn't cooperating, though I tried hanging the clothing outside) in just a few hours. Highly recommend
Buzz was extremely helpful and professional. He arrived early(!) and did a great job during the entire process. Toilet replacement was quick. The cartridge replacement was a challenge (the cartridge was stuck in the valve) and Buzz did a great job persevering, getting all the pieces of the cartridge out and also putting the new cartridge in. Total time for the project was about 2.5 hrs. I'm looking forward to working with Buzz again
Tech (???) arrived 1 hour late to work on a sewer odor in my bedroom. He inspected and found nothing obvious and then suggested the best way was to smoke test the plumbing system. This had to be done from a vent in the roof. The tech did not have a ladder to get to the roof. I lent him my ladder. One small wisp of smoke found in the master bath. Tech removed commode and found slight crack in the flange. He did the repairs after he had to go to Home Depot and buy parts. So far so good. Plumber with no ladder and no parts... Now he suggests I take advantage of the special deal for air purification system installed on my blower vents. Since I was not convinced the fix on my toilet would work, I decided to go ahead so I would at least be experiencing purified air, supposedly. The unit seems to be good, but I was suckered on the price paid. total cost of the plumbing was $400. and the new device was $1700. I got this price after negotiateing down from 2700. How lame was I ? 3 weeks later I hear the manager, on his Saturday morning radio show, explaining that Home Depot has been running a special for the whole month of November for the same unit at $699 installed. Why did they hide this from me on the service call? I feel this company is deceptive in their business with the ordinary consumer and out to gouge. To top it off, the tech and his helper left my ladder laying in the front yard for me to put away. Stay away from this company
The bottom posts at the bottom of the hand rails on our front porch had rotted after 24 years of being in the elements. Both hand rails were unstable and unsafe. The top posts had come loose after we had a company lift up a portion of our brick and aggregate front porch. Rick replaced the bottom and top posts and reattached the hand rails. He also repaired two rotten spindles on a portion of the front railing of the porch. Prior to beginning the project, Rick reviewed with me the steps he would take to make the repairs and the time it would take him to do each portion of the job, taking into consideration drying time for the concrete for the bottom posts which were sunk into the ground, and the drying time of the paint. He arrived each day at the agreed upon time, and the job was finished on schedule. Rick went above and beyond the scope of the job by repairing the two rotten spindles that he discovered after inspecting the porch, as they were in another area of the porch railing that was not in the original plan of repair. This is the front porch project is the second job Rick has done for me. The first was painting my kitchen cabinets, which are made up of 35 doors and 14 drawers. For that job, he reviewed the steps he would take, and the number of days it would take. At the end of each day, he told me what he had accomplished during that day, and what he would do the next day. The job was finished on schedule. He is very meticulous and thorough, neat and tidy. As noted above, he was very methodical about his approach to each job. I have now hired him to repair an area in my family room where a plumber had to cut a hole in the ceiling to repair a leak in the upstairs master shower. He is also going to paint the entire ceiling from the family room, through the eating area and into the kitchen. He is also going to put a coat of paint on the crown molding
Joe did a great job. He communicated beforehand to ensure we had the right materials. He replied promptly and arrived on time. He explained what he was doing and what he was looking for when installing the new component. I'm hoping to hire him to work on a tankless water heater for us in the future.
Jeremy could not have been better! He was up til midnight the night before due to burst pipes at his church, yet at 5pm he came immediately to our house, where a pipe had burst, flooding our garage! He was extremely polite, prompt, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently! Price was lower than I expected, considering it was an emergency! He was a consummate professional! Would definitely call again
Wonderful. He is very polite and professional. Made me feel like as a customer I was important. Did the job well and quickly. Will call him again with any plumbing issues!
My Toto Bidet seat was leaking. I checked Angie's List and found Arvins to be the highest rated plumbing company with good reviews. I called Ron, the owner to set a time. He showed up on time as scheduled. He checked the hoses on the bidet seat, etc. It could not be repaired onsite. He removed it so I could return it to the manufactory for repair. Also, another bathroom had a wobbly toilet. Ron placed a coin under the rim instead of charging to remove and reset the toilet. I had never even thought of doing this trick...but it worked. This was the first time to use Arvin's Plumbing and will use again. I found Ron and his helper to be very professional and competent. Since the repair, I have called Ron for his advise on purchasing a new toilet for another bathroom

What do customers in Nashville say about Toilet Installation?
Denis was great. Determined shower leak was coming from around the door, which we are planning to replace. Went in crawl space and found toilet has been leaking. Also tracked source of the leak. Pulled the toilet, replaced seat, tightened a loose bolt in toilet tank, and re-installed toilet. He also cleaned the drain in master bath shower and the drain in spare bathroom tub/shower. We will definitely use him for future plumbing work!
