They came out quickly which was good. First off the tech didn't have all the tools he needed so he had to go back to the shop wasting a hour before he was done so I could go to work. Next when the initial repair didn't work he was going to try a work around and he would be back first thing Monday after the shower dried over the weekend. I took Monday morning off work but he didn't show. When I called I was told he was scheduled to come later in the day and the tech has no control over the schedule and should not have told me he was coming fist thing. Next, he needed to cut a hole in the dry wall to fix the problem and told me he would be back to fix it after the repair dried. When I called back to schedule this I was told "we don't do drywall" from the office staff. Don't trust a word these people tell you

When calling, receptionist was polite. Got a same day window of 12-4. Asked for Gary because of amazing previous experience with him. Love that they call when they are on their way. Gary looks around, sees what the issue is. Listens to my non-professional explanation - "when I have a shower, the toilet bubbles", and is able to understand! Gives us possibilities about how to fix, short term band-aid solution, however advises us on what's actually causing the issues, and what we will have to do to fix it and explains what will happen if we don't get the real issue fixed. He gives us a price range, and gives a reason for the range. (not just some random number.) Please use these guys and ask for Gary! He won't lead you the wrong way, and will be honest about what's going on and what you can expect

Once the price was agreed on they fixed the leak right away. Originally they thought they would have to cut a hole in the sheet rock to get the part in but Kenny went out of his way to replace it from the bottom even though it was more complicated for him which will save me money in the end

Denis was great. Determined shower leak was coming from around the door, which we are planning to replace. Went in crawl space and found toilet has been leaking. Also tracked source of the leak. Pulled the toilet, replaced seat, tightened a loose bolt in toilet tank, and re-installed toilet. He also cleaned the drain in master bath shower and the drain in spare bathroom tub/shower. We will definitely use him for future plumbing work

The team fixed my problems and the only thing that wasn't perfect was the clump of debris left in my kitchen sink. Had water back flowing through the laundry drain, I snaked out the main line to the tank myself, felt it was time to pump the tank regardless, left a mssg w them on sunday, got a call back in 1 hr, set a time, Brandon showed up, located the tank pumped it and advised me on its condition, and gave me some tips to keep it working properly. These folks were great to deal with, friendly and didnt try to upsell me on anything. Brandon snaked the line from the tank back to the house and cleared the blockage, job well done

It went very well from calling and talking to Jessica to Hank completing the work. I had a water leak and had been talking with the water department. Hank found the leak and told me what to do and did not charge me. I did what I was told but it didn’t work. I called Jessica back the next day and Hank came back and completed the repair. Both Jessica and Hank were very friendly, personable and professional. I highly recommend them. I will use them again if necessary

Aaron and his assistant arrived promptly on schedule and did their work efficiently. I was having two large water heaters removed and a tankless hot water heater installed under the house--so a big, hours-long job involving plumbing, wiring, and creating new systems to replace an old one. Aaron's a pleasant guy who gave me alternative estimates based on what I was saying I wanted and what he thought the house needed. I interviewed a couple other plumbers who could as easily have done the job but I went with him because of this capacity to be responsive and direct. At my request, Aaron and his assistant wore masks while in the house and kept a social distance while outside They cleaned up well. His prices seemed reasonable compared to other vendors. I'd recommend him enthusiastically and will call him again if I need other plumbing work done

After having three other HVAC installers bid, thank the Lord, I found P&G. This company is OUTSANDING! Let me say, I had not heard of them nor are they reviewed on Angies List, but extremely positive Google reviews and Yelp reviews and my own internet search showed they install quality equipment (American Standard being my choice). but The real attraction to go with P&G was after receiving multiple bids from other HVAC installers, P&G was THOUSANDS less than the competition . . AND . . on a better quality unit! (vs. low end Goodman units others were suggesting). The bid from them was timely, professional, and all of my detailed questions were answered professionally and clearly, P&G seemed to look after my financial and personal interests, rather than attempt to leverage you toward a product and cost that was not necessary. The work was done timely, the clean up including removal of old equipment and installation, completed within a few hours time, and finally, IF, I simply had wanted P&G to perform a service call only, they charge $69 rather than $89 which I had previously been paying through my previous HVAC company. Want to save an ENORMOUS amount of money? (thousands? Yes; thousands) on highly rated units? You need to consider P&G

Electrician found and corrected loose wire from garbage disposal; submitted color photos to document. Found power going to ceiling light OK, but could not determine if bulbs or ballast needed replacement without first replacing bulbs with new ones, which I did not have. Quoted price for replacing ballast and bulbs later was $233. Seemed costly, so declined and had a handyman do the job for less than $100. Hiller is usually more expensive. Charge for correcting garbage disposal circuit was $99 which I found reasonable. Electrician also recommended other items for replacement or installation, but did not pressure to have done. These recommendations for consideration were an appreciated service

We are getting my in-laws condo ready to put on the market and while cleaning under the sink the rusty old drain disintegrated. I haven't used a lot of plumbers because my husband is very handy. He is however too busy with his real job to get to things quickly. Based on the reviews here I called Bellevue First. He arrived promptly. I left to get gas about 5 minutes away and returned less than 30 minutes later and found him filling the sink with water to check for leaks. There being none so job was done. Totally painless and no sales pitch for some membership to get discounts in the future

Morton plumbing was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I called and they were able to find time to get to my house within two hours; they also called before they arrived so that I knew someone was on their way. The plumber who came out (Tim) was friendly, respectful, and patient--he even cleaned out the sink after he was done fixing our drain. They say that they will come back out if the issue persists, but as of right now, it appears to be taken care of. We were very pleased with the promptness and quality of service, and the friendly and accommodating attitude

WOW!!! I truly cannot day enough good things about this company. I called for a clogged pipe upstairs in my kitchen. Tanner came out and worked his magic. He had the best manners and always referred to me as “ma’am”. Extremely polite and respectful. It was $150 + the $50 visit fee. He left, then later that day I noticed that the clog was still present in the pipes because it made it down to my downstairs shower and backed up into there. I called them back and another guy, Denton, came out not even a few hours after my call. He fixed the downstairs shower drain, then called Ron (owner) who told then not to charge me anything for the second visit. Both Tanner and Denton could not have been more professional and had great manners and amazing customer service. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will absolutely be calling them every time from now on for any and all plumbing needs
