The remodel went as smoothly as it could have. We loved the results. Unipro was able to give us a little more room in our shower and has made it a pleasure to be in, again.

I had trouble finding someone to install a frameless shower door. Three plumbers and two local glass places wouldn't touch the job. Even Home Depot's contractors wouldn't do it...even though we bought the door from their store! I was at wits-end when I called Worley and Son. They said it wouldn't be a problem and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. Allen showed up at our agreed upon time. He was very respectful of our home (took off shoes, used dropcloth on bathroom floor, cleaned up after the job - - including removing the shipping box the door came in). The job was done in a timely manner and was professional. Amazing job! As a side note, after the job was done, we found out there was a family emergency and he was headed to the hospital after our job. You never would have known that was the case - - that's how professional he was. We are from out of state and before today's experience, we didn't care much for the contractors that have been doing work for us. We have found our handyman/contractor for future jobs. If you are looking for someone, look no further

Chad had a very prompt and professional response to my inquiry. After we spoke he made plans to call me the following day and schedule a tech to come by and do the work. He was overwhelmed with work and had forgotten to call me back. I waited a week before calling to remind him. He felt so bad for letting my job fall through the cracks that he personally came to my house and did the job the same day free of charge. Excellent, quality, work and he cares about the customers experience. Very refreshing!! I highly recommend UNIPR

Mr. Falk is a class act. He returned my calls promptly and completed the work when he promised. He is on task and professional the entire time he was in my home. Everything I needed done was done right. When he left, he had cleaned up after himself and it was as if he was never there.

I will call Matt again for any future needs! He was friendly, professional, meticulous in his work, and wanted to make sure I was happy with all work performed. While I usually stay away from paying hourly rates, I wouldn't hesitate with Matt as he wastes no time and his rates are very reasonable.

It went well overall. The service person was very professional and strived to offer quality service. Although most of the work was done correctly, the window leak was not repaired (to his credit it was not raining so it was difficult to determine exactly where the leak was - we noticed it the during the next rain), the shower leak was repaired but we could not close the door all of the way so we had to remove the sealer (so we are back to the leak), and the rod in the closet fell again. Although everything was not fixed correctly we would use the company again. It may have been experience but the service person was very willing to try different things and was very knowledgable when it came to purchasing the items needed to complete the projects

I am absolutely thrilled with the work done by this provider. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was quick, thorough, and very professional. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work and he used high quality materials, which makes a huge difference in the end result and how well the work holds up over time. I've owned my house almost 30 years and I have experienced poor results and subsequent deterioration caused by other contractors/companies. The work Geary did on the door was much more than I expected. I had only expected the trim on the bottom to be replaced but he went much further than that and fixed the door so that it now shuts easily ( I had always had to slam it, many times more than once, in order to be able to lock it). He was also able to accommodate my request for some additional work I hadn't thought about at the time of the of the original estimate. I am so glad now that I joined Angie's List and found Kriste Maintenance service which I will definitely be using again

We had a toilet leak and destroy our bathroom floor and part of our hallway floor as well. The bathroom was really dated anyway so we decided to tear the whole thing out and have it redone. Geary and one of his employees did the demo and he did all of the remodel by himself essentially. He tore out the damaged subfloor, light, the old shower, vanity, toilet and one of those annoying divider walls they put in bathrooms in the 70s (which made our bathroom look so much bigger). Before he started putting the bathroom back together he sealed the floor and shower walls with some sort of liquid rubber that he said wouldn't allow it to leak again. He repaired drywall, put in bead board, a daylight tube in the ceiling, had one of his employees tile the floor and shower (with really tiny floor tile I picked out that most people would complain about but they didn't), put in a new vanity, toilet, tub/shower, faucets, shower head-facuet-sprayer system, glass shower door, vent fan/light combo and rewired the light fixture for two on each side of the mirror instead of the one above the mirror that I had before. Also, since the leak went into the hall, the hall floor and footboard had to be torn out and the subfloor repaired, and the new flooring put down and trim redone. He had good suggestions about how to make our shower kid friendly (like putting in a low horizontal grab bar and where to put the sprayer so they could reach). We also had a weird light switch in hallway that controlled part of the bathroom lights. He rewired the bathroom so all the lights were on one switch (yay!) and turned the old light switch outlet into an electrical outlet in the hall. When I asked for a sunlight tube to be put in the ceiling he said "no problem" and did it. He also put up with my little kids bugging him all the time trying to see what he was doing and always brought them stickers each day. When the remodel took longer than the two weeks he had planned, he showed up on nights and weekends until it was done. The job cost exactly what he said it would at the beginning (which was about $6000 less than the other estimate we got). I would definitely call him again

My husband and I just purchased a home, and had several projects we wanted to get estimates for that would be done in stages. Those included: kitchen and master bath remodel, guest shower remodel, crown installed in 2 bdr, siding on sun porch changed to stone, a pergola built off sun porch with access from sun porch, a closet built in our basement, as well as a few items are inspector noted, such as door jamb shimming, pressure reducer valve. As you can see several projects, but again, to be completed in stages with the MB and the items the home inspection revealed, and Cross Driven was the first company we contacted. Prior to our estimator arriving, the company called to confirm the appointment, which was awesome! That indicated to me that I was dealing with a company that valued our time, as well as theirs. They also accommodated my need to change the date, which I was appreciative. The estimator, Scott, arrived to our home on time, actually a few minutes early. Initially, I thought he was the guy from the real estate company coming to remove the lock box, lol. We've had major work done in the past at a previous residence, and sometimes you get people who don't take a lot of pride in the way they present themselves or their business, but not Scott. He introduced himself, had a brochure and biz card in hand, and was clean and dressed appropriately. He walked through with a pen and pad and noted all of the items we were looking to get an estimate for, and provided feedback. When completed, we were given a 72 hour window for when we would receive an estimate, which was awesome! We had a great feeling about Scott and the company, and this was definitely the bright side to an unsettling week and day. Unfortunately, I received an email the following day from Scott stating "I have had time to reflect upon and evaluate the work you need completed, our time frame and abilities and I am sorry to say that I do not feel that we would be the best match for the projects you need to have completed. Therefore we will forfeit any estimating of your projects. I was totally bummed... He didn't even want to bid/perform the smaller items from the inspection. Nonetheless, since many contractors know of others in the business, I asked for a referral, but he simply directed me back to Angie's. I do see that his company has a couple of specials running on Angie's currently. So, I can't help but to think that maybe he didn't want to work with us, which is his prerogative. With that said, I can't speak for his work, but we were impressed with the interaction we did have, and would have liked to have had the opportunity to get some things completed on our "to do" list. Unfortunately, Cross Driven was not the best match
We had recently purchased a home in Nashville. The former owners had never installed a shower door on the shower stall in the master bathroom, using a curtain shower. Joe arrived promptly on the day we had agreed, efficiently installed the shower door - cleaning up afterwards - and for the agreed price. He is professional, nice, and a gentlemen. I have asked for a quote for additional work that needs to be done, based on the inspection of the home

Pete and his assistant were on time each day, stayed within my budget, and did a great job! He cleaned up at the end of each day and told me what to expect the next day. Honest, friendly, and trustworthy. I will use him again in the future, absolutely!
