Bowers Septic Pumping
5.0
Amazing! I had my tanks pumped 3 weeks before by ANOTHER company and was told them the system was OK and the pump was good. But actually the pump had failed so I am not sure if that guy actually tested it. Bowers came out the afternoon of the day I called because my alarm had gone off. They pumped the primary tank, came out on saturday morning to replace the pump and pump out the secondary tank. I couldn't be happier with these guys. They actually explained everything, tested everything and did all the work they said they did. I'll be using Bowers from now on and recommending them to everyone

Andrew was the service technician. He arrived on time and was very polite, friendly and professional. He checked to make sure my triple safe sump pump system was operating correctly and determined that a new battery was required to power the backup pump in case of power failure.

Lee Company
5.0
I was having my crawlspace remediated for mold from a hot water leak and all the rain we got in Alabama caused my crawlspace to flood. I called Lee Company early in the afternoon and the next morning 2 plumbers came to the house and installed the sump pump. The job had them on the clock from 8am until 3pm and there was a lot of standing water in the crawlspace they had to deal with. The price for me was reasonable, but it was not cheap. Then again I found myself in a situation where I didn't have the luxury of getting quotes, I needed the job done that day and Lee Company delivered. It is never pleasant having to deal with emergency plumbing repairs, but if you do find yourself in an emergency situation like this give Lee Company a call. They saved my bacon and I only lost one day of the mold company drying out my basement

Did a fine job. nothing notable to say. Guy was friendly, when telephoning to company they were easy to get in touch with. Seemed to do a good job, showed me how the tank is supposed to work and what to watch for. Prices were comparable.

ARVINS PLUMBING
5.0
Ron responded immediately by altering his schedule as my wife was home alone when our water pump began leaking severely. Ron not only made the repair, but reconfigured the bypass plumbing and set up the pump to run only on demand vs. continuously as set up (incorrectly) by the previous owner. We are new to town and can't be happier with Arvin's service and will use them for all future plumbing project

They were kind, communicated well, and took the extra time necessary to finish the work same day. There was an issue that arose after they left and they were quick to call me back, didn't leave me hanging, and came back and make it right. I couldn't be happier with their care, responsiveness, and quality of work. I'll definitely call them again

Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair

Excellent; however, there was a mismatch between the details of the installation as defined by the salesperson and the installer. All was worked out --- but you have to pay attention as to what you purchased and what was actually installed. We had no disputes -- only clarifications were necessary.

Drain Monkey Plumbing
5.0
Amazing service. With the storms, our basement flooded, telling us our sump had failed (thankfully, the alarm system woke my 7 year old daughter who grabbed us). We ran buckets of water up the stairs while calling the usual service providers in the area, some of whom didn't pick up and the rest of whom said there would be at least a 2 hour wait. Mr. Williams picked up on the second ring at 6 am and, without hesitation, said he'd rearrange the day and be right over - and he was. He brought a backup pump to work on draining the water (much more efficient than our buckets) and then worked through the crowds at Home Depot also looking for pumps to grab one and was back and reinstalled it along with the alarm system and a vent line which was there, as well. We'll definitely reach out to him for more elective jobs, but we can't thank him enough for helping us when others weren't able - or willing - to do so

Had water back flowing through the laundry drain, I snaked out the main line to the tank myself, felt it was time to pump the tank regardless, left a mssg w them on sunday, got a call back in 1 hr, set a time, Brandon showed up, located the tank pumped it and advised me on its condition, and gave me some tips to keep it working properly. These folks were great to deal with, friendly and didnt try to upsell me on anything. Brandon snaked the line from the tank back to the house and cleared the blockage, job well done

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
5.0
I have a sump pump in the garage that kicks on if the sewer drainage stops up and the water level rises to certain level. If it's not draining properly, a buzzer goes off. The buzzer kept going off so I called to see if Benjamin Franklin Plumbing would send a technician to fix the issue. The technician came out and clearly explained how the system worked and what the issue was causing it not to drain properly. He replaced the faulty part in the pump and noticed a tank above the water heater that was not working correctly also. He replaced both and did so quickly. He was very professional and did quality work
The service tech was a bit late but the office called me and let me know that he was caught in traffic. Took nearly 2 hours to complete the service and I got a very complete report of the system status. The tech did put on booties to make sure not to track any dirt into the house. Asked me to sign up for the annual package and showed the price breaks on the potential fixes but I declined. Overall it was a good first experience with Mid-State and I will keep their number on file for any future issues
Murphey was the technician that performed the work and was personable and very pleasant! Such a nice young man. The service was performed the day I called and the company was good at letting me know when he would arrive. I would highly recommend this company.
I called and scheduled an appointment to inspect my 35 year old house. I recently noticed some small cracks in the the brick. I also noticed some minor issues inside the house, one door has issues closing depending on the weather. I also knew that there was a minor water issue under the house from the home inspection when I purchased the house. An inexpensive temporary DIY fix had been done at the time of purchase. It was time to address the home issues to maintain the home. TFS arrived on time and we walked around the house and through the interior. I pointed out issues I had seen and they took their time to inspect and see if there were any other issues. Then they suited up and crawled under the house to inspect and take pictures. They then made a drawing of my house and with the drawing and pictures explained the issues and proposed solutions to fix the issues. The issues are not in dire need of immediate repair but they need to be done to maintain the home. I was given a list of all proposed repairs, explanation and cost. They were one of three companies I contacted about the issues. Their inspection took longer and addressed one or more issues that the other companies dismissed, and, of course, was more expensive. However, they addressed the issues and proposed, in the case of the drainage issue, a more comprehensive, long term solution. An installation date was chosen and I was called by the crew leader the day before to discuss the installation. On the day of the work, they were on time and, again, a quick discussion of what was going to happen. It took most of the day. One of the salesmen also stopped by during installation to speak with me and the crew. I then had an electrician come and install electrical hookup for the pump. The crew leader then returned to verify system was working and show me where it drained away from the house. He also explained the pump, it's alarm system and to call if I had any issues. From the day of installation to electrical work to final verification of the system working took less than one week. First issue successfully dealt with and I know the other issues and the cost, so that I can plan and budget for TFS to return for those issues. I give them an A on everything. It was a good price, and is a long term solution. It is not bargain price, but it is a reasonable price, from a reputable local company that stands behind their work with a guarantee. The other companies that looked at the house did not address the drainage issue or propose an acceptable solution
Excellent. They were very professional and did exactly the job they were hired to do. They arrived on time and left everything cleaned up when they finished.
Got a reconmendation to solve water problem in one area of basement. Got estimates from other companies and decided to hire Case Fundation Systems. Their representative explained the possible solutions and cost of each. The work crew arrived on time and went to work, complementing work very quickly. The job is a messy one just by the very nature of the work. However, the crew put up plastic to contain the dust as much as possible. They also cleaned up after themselves. The crew leader kept me informed on the progress as the they worked. The only problem they didn't have all the parts need to complete the job and will have to come back when the equipment is available
perfect! After I saw the job he did at m neighbors house, i knew i wanted him to do the same work for me. Mr. Zabkar arrived early, surveyed the area and decided where he needed to start there were some tight spaces, but he handled it completely professionally Mr. Zabkar had all of the necessary materials and tools to lay the pipe and get the water back on line with a minimum of disruption. when he had the pipe in and water back on, he insured there were no leaks and back filled the trench
Mr. and Mrs. Drury of Homeworks are professional, personable, experienced, and trustworthy. They worked with us to get our kitchen reconnected and functioning when it was ready a day earlier than the countertop company said it would be. They did not charge for adjusting the height of the dishwasher when a full reconnect was not needed. They spent quite a bit of extra time reconfiguring the pipes under the kitchen sink, which was not expected, because the countertop company mistakenly installed a sink that had the disposal on the right side of the double sink instead of on the left side as the original sink had been. A few weeks afterward, the pipe under the sink leaked. Mr. Drury came out and fixed it without charge. We would and, in fact, have used them for other jobs
It went great as Brad called me right back and we agreed he would be at my house early the following morning. He was running about 10 minutes late and called me to tell me so. I don't write many reviews but was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and felt others needed to know. I recommend this company
They came a long way to check my pump. They did an excellent job. they were very friendly and polite. They were excellent at communication. They explained all the details behind the job. Everything was excellent.

What do customers in Nashville say about Sewage Ejector Pump Installation?
We have used Goodman Plumbing 4 different times (in a span of approx. 10 years). Charles is always on time, polite, and thorough. He does a great job and has always been fair in what he charges. I remember years ago when we were getting estimates on having a pipe leak repaired underground alongside our driveway and others wanted us to pay to have them bring in heavy machinery to dig it up. He came over with a little tool that beeped and told him where the leak was and he dug a hole with a shovel and fixed it, no problem. That really saved us time and money! My wife feels very comfortable having him over and has nothing but great things to say about him.
