Chris and Kristi are great! They are very professional, always on time, very responsive and do a great job! We had an emergency electrical issue with our dishwasher and Chris came out 1st thing and determined the problem and repair needed. Chris will be installing a pool pump for us next. He is a jack of all trades! We plan on using them a lot more in the future

Randy and his son removed our old water heater which we thought was leaking and causing mold to grow on the nearby drywall. It was a very old water heater and needed replaced anyway. Randy diagnosed that the water leakage was coming from the adjacent shower and not the water heater. That will be another project at a later date. They installed the new water heater. They removed all of the moldy drywall and replaced it with new drywall without any seams showing at all. They painted the trim around the baseboards and doorway. We are very happy with how it turned out and with the workman ship. We will use Randy and his son again

Precision Pools & Spas
It is beautiful and fabulous when it works, but it has had its issues. The pool pump was replaced twice in the first year. The heater was replaced at least twice in the first 3 years and needs maintenance/control board again. The salt cell has failed once and just did it again so I need to replace it come spring. During the first 3 years, the remote in the house was replaced and the board down by the pool was also replaced. We were having so many issues that they recommended adding a surge protector on the breaker box by the pool but I can't tell that it has kept anything else from breaking. We continue to have issues. I don't know if it was just the equipment that they installed or what. This is our first pool so maybe all pool owners have this many issues? As long as we were using Precision for all our maintenance of our pool (approx. $230/mo) they responded fairly quickly and tried to fix all our various problems under warranty if possible. This year we switched to someone else for pool maintenance b/c of cost. In the fall, we had some equipment fail again and we needed copies of invoices on previous equipment replacement so the service person could have a clear pictures of issues we have had. I called to ask for the copies. I kept a file of everything they gave me, but they did not provide copies of equipment replaced under warranty. They charged me an hour labor ($148) to print out 11 pages of invoices for me and it does not include everything that has been replaced on the system. After all the money we spent with them from 2007-2012, it left a really bad taste in my mouth..

I contacted Colt Evans of Superior Outdoor Solutions when our water heater stopped working because he has become our #1 go-to man when we have a 'handyman required' project! Colt does landscaping and lawn care for us and has helped us out on several projects around the house. He has the qualities you always hope to find in a home services provider. We trust his recommendations, as well as the work he does & know that he wouldn't/doesn't do any work that falls outside his range of professional expertise. He clearly values us as customers and always tries to meet our needs. Even though he's very busy with his other lawn care clients right now, he rearranged his schedule & worked more than he intended this weekend to help with our water heater. It occurs to me that my review may sound "too good", but it is true. Anyone responsible for a house knows that it seems every time you turn around something goes awry. It's reassuring to know who to call when I have house troubles

My water heater had broken and needed replaced asap. I had called & gotten a quote from Lee Company & they could install a 50 gal tank in two days, so I decided to get another one in the meantime. I called these guys and not only did they come out the same day, they also replaced the water heater with a 40 gal tank later that night! They had to leave to do another scheduled job, but came back afterwords to replace the water heater for a FRACTION of the cost quoted to me by Lee Company. Also, they do not over charge, despite working well past normal working hours. - The job before they came out for the quote and before they came back to do the actual work both ran over, so they didn't end up leaving my house until 1a. - They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely good guys. They even looked at other items in the house (no charge) when I asked. I will go to them first for my household needs and only if they can't do it will I find some one else

He seemed to not really know what needed to be done. The pricing they said would be $2800. I had a coupon for $500 from being an Angie's List subscriber. When I talked to her, she said since I was a veteran, they would take of $200. The total price was going to be $3000 she said. She didn't have anything written down

When we think about having just about anything done structurally, electrically or with our plumbing, we look nowhere else!!! Mr. Sharp is by far the most meticulous craftsman and a stickler for doing a perfect job. He has done a number of electrical jobs for us around the house from removing old fixtures and installing new ones around the house, to wall mounting our flat panel TV and routing our cable and plugs to the back of the TV and making the wiring invisible. He installed fans with lighting in three rooms, wired the lights to work with a dimmer, installed the wall plates and ensured everything worked as it should. His work is perfection from the smallest of details to the pleasing visual results. He completely remodeled our master bath and we could not have been happier with the results! His work on the bathroom completely transformed the look and the feel from dull and uninteresting, to a high end master bath the looked like it could be featured in a home remodeling magazine! Mr. Sharp also removed our 50 gallon tank water heater, rerouted and installed the plumbing from our crawl space to our laundry room where he installed a tankless water heater. This required him to update our electrical breaker panel to accommodate the power requirements of the new tankless water heater. We just love it so much more than the tank we had previously. There is nothing we would do without first consulting Mr. Sharp. From his expert opinion to his commitment to perfection, he is the first and last stop in getting our home projects off the ground to completion!!

The two man team arrived, as promised, at 7am. It was necessary to begin early because of the very hot attic that they would be working in. The installation of the attic fan required a hole in the roof, a thermostat installed, and a power switch. It was completed in a little more than half a day and works perfectly. The recent heavy rain was proof of the quality of their work ... not a drop of water leaked through. The installation of the recessed lighting required holes in the ceiling, wiring carefully placed and pulled through to the attic, and wiring to wall switches. The same can be said of the installation of the bathroom exhaust fan/light. I anticipated a huge mess of dust and wallboard and plaster. That was not the case. They arrived with all of the necessary tools and equipment including scaffolding. They were fast and they were neat/clean. They worked closely with my husband and me to insure that everything was placed exactly where it was wanted and needed. The location of each recessed light was critical to give us the right amount of light in the right place for reading and working. We couldn't be happier. Their skill, competence, and pride in work was evident in each aspect of the job. We are already planning our next project and the Handyman Hit Squad will be the company we call to do it !!

Geary did an excellent job. He came up with a good idea on how to replace the basement floor that worked very well. He was careful when moving the appliances around while replacing the floor. It looks great and I really appreciate the care and attention he gave to this project. The steps are in much better condition and safer-he noticed they were not completely level and fixed them. He did a great job on the smaller projects. Geary is very hard working, with no personal interruptions. He is VERY PROFESSIONAL and will show up on time and do a very good job for you! Would hire him again
