Company presents a wonderful image of family business that cares about customers. That lasted until the installer showed up. He showed total disregard for my property and appeared interested only in getting his paycheck as quickly as possible so he could get gone. I told him where one irrigation line was so he knew exactly----he broke it, poured it full of cement and kept going////no chance he didn't see it----it was too big and too obvious!!!! Worse thing was that he hid what he did by covering it up and pretending that nothing happened. Later he repeatedly hit another irrigation line that I had not shown him and did not know about. Still the same scenario that he kept going, covering up the damage until I walked up and caught him, upon which he still attempted to deny it. Stupidly, I paid the bill in full. Then trying to get the owner to deal with me about the damage took months and all I ever got was defense of his son, the installer!!!! They sell excellence but deliver far less. I finally spent about $1800 repairing the damage they did!!!! Their only defense was that they were here only to put up a fence and had to finish that job and couldn't stop when they hit my irrigation line-----if it was damaged the first time, why stop to tell me was their reasoning......nothing could be done.......I have done lots of work around many houses that I have owned and I would rate this experience as one of the worse, specifically because of the disregard shown to a problem that could easily have been minimized if they had come clean when they hit the line the first time. What should have been a small repair problem became a huge one because their philosophy apparently is "just keep going, this is not my problem." I found the whole thing pretty unbelievable, not because they hit the pipe but because they just kept hitting it over and over and covering it up. Stay away!!!!
