When calling to make the appointment, the receptionist was friendly and warm. I needed the service ASAP but had to wait a few days before next available appointment. Electrician came before appointment time. That was good but if he could have called me first before showing up at the door would have been better. He did a quick and excellent job. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable with him. He was a good guy! The only regret I had was I later found out I could have hired another company that cost less than $125.00 for the first hour and $85.00 an hour after that hour. Fortunately, the technician was done within the hour. Overall, what I appreciated the most was the professionalism of the electrician and his thorough explanation of the short in the outlets

Needed one electrical outlet installed. They came out and bid three times the price of any other bids we had and then tried to charge the full service fee instead of the angies list deal price. Easy way to make a quick buck- come out, quote something outrageous and leave with $50. To top it off they couldn’t even have done the work today after the person making the appointment assured me that the work could be done same day. Should have known better as they did set our house on fire several years ago with the HVAC system. Was trying to give them another chance. Big waste of time and money

Again Eloy and team to the rescue. We almost had a company come in and not do an estimate visit. They would not apply the inspection cost to the job if we decided to go with them. WHAT!!! We remembered TempControl does more than HVAC. OMGosh. Thank goodness! Eloy came in and for FREE inspected what needed to be done. This is a very old house and no crawl space to speak of. It would have taken the other company several hours to determine where to put the new outlet (@$90.00/hour). Eloy's team came in and put it in in a short amount of time. The electrician was very knowledgeable and was able to better assess the job once he got into the space to install it. This was not a simple install. This was a new line from the "box" which is across the house. They did it in the crawl space and so NO WIRES SHOWING!!] He and another man installed it and it is perrrrfect! We also needed a new water heater and Eloy recommended someone he works with and he did the job very reasonably. The electrician and the plumber worked together to make sure everything was in the right place and at the right height if the basement should get water in it again. We did quote the water heater with several other companies, but this plumber was less and recommended by Eloy. We have grown to depend on TempControl, Eloy and his team. Small family owned company... big on service, getting the job done right and for a fair/reasonable price
