We scheduled a date for the mosquito treatment about a week in advance, and the tech showed up right on time. We have quite a bit of hedges/shrubs along the edge of the property, and he was great about making sure everything got the treatment. We definitely saw a reduction in the number of mosquitos for about a month, but after that the mosquitos pretty much all came back. Unfortunately it has been a very wet summer, and I think this contributed to the mosquito recurrence.

My main concern at that time was for mosquitoes and I wanted it sprayed for that. When he came out he said it wasn’t for mosquitoes, it for spiders and stuff. So he ran around and did that. He was going to come back but he never did to do the mosquitoes. I was a bit disappointed. He came out right away.

I gave Black Diamond an A for everything I am able to rate today. They contacted me immediately, answered all my questions patiently, and did not try to up-sell. Very professional and punctual. I think the dog picked up good vibes from the technician because he didn't try to break down the door to attack him. I count that as a big plus. I rated Quality as N/A because I need 30 days to determine whether the product is working. That's how long the treatment is supposed to last.

Mosquito service is performed monthly during the appropriate season. Pest service is quarterly. The tech treats the outside perimeter of the yard to prevent pests from entering the home. Inside service is available on request. They use environmentally friendly products. We've been using them for 3 years and will continue.

Recent Review: Arrow sprays our yard monthly for mosquitos and helps deal with winter mice indoors. We are happy with the results. The only complaint we have had is that when they spray, they don't always leave a service note on the door, so we only know they came when we see the charge on the bill. For a service that is not outwardly evident (mosquito spraying), we really need a service slip. Other than that, the results are very good.
