Exceeded my expectations! The room addition was very well built and looks amazing. I have gotten many compliments on both the bathroom and new room addition. The work was very professional. I highly recommend and would use again if I have any more projects in the future.

We are very happy with the work and service G&B Carpentry did on our home. They were able to bring our ideas for the addition to the garage and a custom bookshelf to life.

I can't say enough great things about Goddard construction. From our first contact with Lisa Parker things were Great! Mike and Barbie took all our thoughts and put them on paper and designed the Kitchen and bonus room of our dreams! Paul Goddard and his crew took amazing care of our home and answered every question we had. If we wanted a change they made it happen! Our Job site was well managed and always safe for our kids dogs and the neighbors! They took great pride in their work and did everything as if they were building their own home. Lisa Parker kept us well informed of things each step of the way. No matter what the question or concern was she was ready with an answer, Goddard Construction made this process the most amazing experience from start to finish. We truly felt like part of the Goddard Construction Family, Even with our project done they have checked up on us to make sure we were happy with our home. He came and talked with us. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. He took measurements and said he would be back with us in about a week. Over two weeks went by and no word from him. I contacted him and then he then said he would come out and give us the estimate. Was not impressed with his return visit and was so over priced we could build a new room addition for what he wanted to charge. Response - Jay gave us a written estimate - maybe you should check with him.

I had contacted several contractors to solicite bids for the work. I had a written description of everything I wanted done and gave it to each contractor. For me this was a way to insure that each contractor was bidding on the same requirements. Mike not only submitted a very detailed estimate, item by item, but had no problem discussing each and every item on the bid with me and some of them several times to be sure I clearly understood what I was getting for my money. As with all such jobs certain things changed as the job progressed. Mike and his team were receptive, responsive, and helpful with suggestions as to how the change might be done in a better way. Even on the rare occasion when Mike was not available his team was responsive and helpful with any ideas or suggestions that my wife or I might have. In fact the only holdup to the project we had was generated not by Premier Maintenance but by the manufacturer of the kitchen cabinets. The entire experience was less stressful and more professional then I had expected especially considering I was a 1000 miles away in New Jersey .
