Surprisingly smoothly. Todd and Chris were patient in explaining options and costs. They came as scheduled and got the job done in a half day, including reworking defective plumbing and installing wiring for the new unit. They were sympathetic to our being without hot water, and they stayed until they finished (after dark). They pointed out the value of a whole-house surge protector, since we have computers, tv and an electric car all susceptible to surges and lightning. That job was also reasonable and painless. The power was off 20 minutes, as predicted, and I don't have to run around unplugging susceptible appliances when lightning storms come through. I have lost a computer due to surges, and it costs many times the cost of protection. They are smart, friendly, reliable and reasonable. I'm glad I found them...here on Angie's list!

There was an issue with the inspection not passing the first time the inspector looked at the work but the problem was quickly rectified w/o my involvement. They performed some additional work done that was not provided in the overall estimate which they did not charge me for. These guys were real pros and I was VERY pleased with the work.

I really like them. The only thing I don’t like is they are very expensive, but I like their service a lot. They were the most expensive estimate of all the people I had for a house project. They are mostly very good about being responsible, but sometimes they leave trash. I had an experience with the plumbing for the air conditioning and all that coming from outdoors to the inside of the house. They left a lot of leftover behind them. They did not clean, but that was the only time. They were not very good behind cleaning the work and some other times they were good.

We had lightning strike our home a week ago and still no one has been out to inspect the system. You have to stay on hold with them for at least 30 minutes. They are not willing to help you in any way. They are the most frustrating company to work with and I would not recommend them.

I ended up firing them because I was pretty dissatisfied with the service. They were supposed to be representing me as a general contractor and working as a conduit with the insurance company to get things done and to me it seemed like they were working for the insurance company. They were supposed to bring in the other subcontractors to get the actual work done. They kept telling us we couldn't do things under insurance and we had big delays so we released them from their service. I will not hire them again in the future.

Recent Review: William Burden and his crew were awesome! They were efficient and professional and completed the job in a minimal amount of time. I think his schedule was pretty full although he didn't say that. He recommended 2 companies in my area and I ended up hiring one of them to do the work.
