It was a great experience. The crew became part of our family. The work is amazing and so beautiful. I wouldn’t use anyone else. We really loved how easy and smooth they made the remodel. We definitely recommend them to everyone!

Excellent experience. Work was performed on time and within estimate. David and his crew were considerate of our condo neighbors and of our daily living conditions. Since all the cabinetry work was done off-site, appliances and countertops were pre-ordered, the entire remodel was completed within 3 weeks. We will use Hudson Home Improvements again

These guys were Awesome! Chad was very on top of things throughout the process. He had great design ideas and was very patient with my indecisiveness! We had a few unforeseen issues after demo, Chad had someone out immediately to resolve the problem so the project stayed on track. We really appreciate this company and plan to use them for other projects this year! Thanks Chad

Overall, it went very well. As with any remodel, there were some minor problems but David and his crew managed them very well. David provided a schedule so we would know what to expect and he and his ream was very punctual. Very happy with the result.

LOWE'S

They would give me a very low figure to try and get me as a customer and then when things started flushing out the price would change. After the cabinets went in the floor people came in threw the cabinets out of line. They gave me a partial refund so that I would keep the crooked cabinet.

Project had some issues. Despite my request for remeasuring for the cabinets, it was never done resulting in me having to purchase new cabinets and pay additional for installation. He refused to do anything else unless I paid the extra installation cost. His contractors seldom arrived before afternoon, left a mess everyday, and didn't work in consecutive days. Several days nobody ever came by to do anything and they don't work at all on Saturday. In the end, the finishing work was less than stellar. If I had not held payment until the end the half inch gap in the doorway to the first tile would have just been left there. I insisted it at least get filled in with caulk which he reluctantly did

Garrett Painting and Renovations, LLC
2.0
We hired Chuck Garrett of Garrett Painting & Renovations, LLC in October 2015 to build custom cabinets for our kitchen and master bath in our Gulf Shores condo. During the renovation we had the opportunity to speak to him only twice, once when he initially came to the condo and another only by chance as we happen to stop by his shop and he was there. We were not aware that all contact goes thru his assistant, Gina. This should have been the first signs of poor communication. In addition, we should have asked for a spec/drawing of how our cabinets were to be laid out. In his bid he charged us for custom cabinets, due to a picture that I provided him requesting a built in trash container. The trash container was suppose to be on the side of the island and when the cabinets were installed in was a pullout in the front. We emailed him our specs to our appliances in December. Our cabinets were suppose to be finished and installed by mid February for March rentals. Our cabinets were installed, however, there were several issues with the cabinets. The refrigerator did not fit. The cabinet above the fridge came down too low. The opening to the stove was for a normal stove, and not for a slide in stove, the drawers in bottom cabinet were not pull outs. He had to practically take out the majority of the cabinets in order for the appliances to fit. Once again, we sent him the specs to all appliances in mid December, therefore, this should not have been an issue. The granite on the island/bar had to be reworked in order to accommodate for the slide in stove. He choose to take the easy and least expensive way out for him in making things right, by not having to reorder the granite. Our sink that was in the island ended up being installed backwards with the rinsing sink first and the washing sink on the opposite side. In addition, we choose to remove the existing base cabinets in our kitchen to save money and he would not discount this in our final bill. We lost out on all of March rentals, and never once did he call to apologize. As mentioned above he always had his assistant call. POOR COMMUNICATION

Good quality for the money but didn't come when he said he would and didn't call us back. We were on a deadline so we ended up doing alot of the finishing work ourselves. He also told us he would give us some paint for touch up and after 5 calls and him not showing up when he said he would we just went to Home Depot and had them match the paint

3 Day Kitchen & Bath - Nashville
5.0
I hope I can find the words to fully express how overjoyed I am with my new kitchen and floor plan that 3 Day Kitchen and Bath - Nashville designed and built. My objective was to open up a cave-like kitchen lacking natural light and allow flow into the adjacent rooms by removing and/or lowering walls. I just had no idea how. Within days of my initial consultation with architect Greg Mayo, the owner of 3 Day - Nashville, I was provided with a detailed floor plan and renderings of the finished kitchen. What he presented exceeded my expectations of what I thought possible, it was not anything I could have thought of myself. The job was scheduled for just over a month out, then Greg and I had a second consultation to choose countertops, cabinets (style and color), cabinet hardware, sink style, and faucet. I was given an allotment to select backsplash tile. The project started as first calendared and five days later it was completed! The organization and coordination that Greg must have done and to get the reliable, hardworking and trustworthy (not to mention genuinely nice) crew he did is truly remarkable. If you have ever done a project before, you know you cannot complete “C” before “A” and “B” are done and “B” is an electrician job while “A” is a plumbing job. The coordination of professionals was a feat in of itself. Greg was on site every day checking on progress and chipping in with the work. I’d like to add that I asked quite a lot of Greg during the lead up. I was a pest. I asked him many times about different countertops which resulted in him making calls to suppliers and fabricators. He also did some detective work tracking down a tile that wanted to incorporate into the kitchen. He never failed to promptly and professionally respond to my inquiries. I am very grateful for Greg’s vision, experience, and professionalism. I am so happy with my kitchen and open floor plan! Note: This job was five days given the amount of actual construction (e.g., removing walls, adding support beams to attic, adding drywall to ceiling in kitchen and the adjacent and now connected rooms) was achieved in that short period is incredible

SKILL SUPPLY

Skill Supply did give me a quote. It seems reasonable. He was knowledgeable. But, we have not used him yet. He was here the next day. He was very thorough. It is in the ball park, it is a little on the high side. He is a stand up guy. When we decide to get the work done, we will probably use him.

Brandy took me through the process from design to install. It took longer than I would have liked but the delay was waiting for the contractor to have an open date. Once a time was scheduled for install everything was done when promised. All the contractors were respectful of myself and my property. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen

Will was a pleasure to work with. You can tell he is passionate about his trade. Prompt to return any calls/emails, he is professional and does fine craftsmanship. With increasing prices in the construction world today, he is always transparent and honest. Hiring again for our kitchen remodel.
Amanda did an amazing job in decorating our home. Amanda worked closely with us to determine exactly what we wanted, and she carefully coordinated the color schemes, furniture and accents to transform our home into an absolute showcase, while staying within our budget. Amanda's work impressed the sales staff for the builder in our development, and our home was actually shown as a model home to potential buyers. I would highly recommend Amanda as an expert in her field. Based on the results of her finished project in our home, she is the consummate professional in Interior Design and Decorating
Mr. Walker was very easy to reach by phone and email. His quote was accurate and reasonable for the work that we were needing. If there were any questions, I could rely on Mr. Walkers fast an accurate response. He also updated me regularly on the materials order, arrival and install dates. I couldn't have been more happy with a contractor
.Corey and Amy made the appointment to fit my time schedule, which unfortunately for them was 9:30 pm on a Wednesday night. They both came over and I went over different finishes and door styles with Amy, while Corey took measurements. Every time Corey finished measuring I would think of something different that I wanted, and he would have to start over re measuring. For instance I wanted the new doors to be larger than the previous doors so you would see less of the actual cabinet box. Not a problem just re-measure. I wanted molding along the bottom of the cabinets so I could install lights at a later time. Not a problem just re-measure We decided to eliminate a two small drawers and make one larger drawer Not a problem. just re measure. Amy showed me several different styles of doors, that were available. She pointed out the pros and cons of each one, and which ones were the most popular at the time. She has the patience of a saint. Once I had chosen a style and a color I became concerned because I thought maybe the thermo foil (?) doors would look cheap once it was all installed. Amy never missed a beat. She went out to her car and came back in with 5 more doors exactly the same color I had picked and lined them up along the counter top to give me a idea how they would look. They looked great, so I signed the contract right then and there. 2145.00 was all they needed at contract signing, with a balance of 5000 upon completion. Corey assured me that it would take 2 days maybe 3 at the most. On January 10 Corey showed up with his helper and the first thing they did was move the appliances and hang plastic over the doorways to keep the dust from going all over the house. Corey and his helper worked quickly, and neatly. I swear I heard the shop vac run as much as I heard the power tools. Two and a half days later Corey was done with the install, and everything came out like they said it would. The cabinets look beautiful, the doors operate smoothly and the pullouts are the greates things since sliced bread. When it was all done and over, Amy stopped by and asked how I liked them, I joked they were beautiful but now I need to repaint the kitchen but didnt know what color. I'll be right back, she said. Walked out to her car and came back in with a color wheel. We went through and she actually picked out the colors for my kitchen for me. I love service like this, and would use them again, and reccomend them to anyone that even is thinking of refacing there kitchen cabinets
we changed our minds about the color they said no problems they were very under standing the estimate was the price I$4756.00 That was installed very good work some adjustments were made at the house. I will use them in the future I Will tell friends and neighbors and we would recommend them to other contractors. this is a 5 star operations and I would give them 6 stars. Grate to work wit
Kitchen Tune-Up has great employees, but their quality is very low. The wood they used to build the cabinets was very cheap. I wouldn't hire them to do work in places where people could see it.
