Phil responded with promptness in his initial return email as well as coming out to give an estimate on repairs for the hot tub. The repair was going to be very expensive due to the part needed, so we opted out of the repair. He still gave us alternatives, which were still pricey strictly due to the age of the tub. He was honest and thorough. I would use him again if ever the need. He was professional, prompt and courteous. I believe he was fairly priced, it's just that our repairs were extensive and beyond what was reasonably financially savvy for us at this time. He even offered ideas on how to remove and get rid of the tub

We have used Billy Stallings, aka The Spa Guy, for our hot tub maintenance several times. Over the years, he has replaced a motor, replaced the cover, and even moved our hot tub from sitting atop our deck to sitting below it for us. Most recently, he repaired a leak for us. We have been pleased with the service, efficiency, and rates charged each time. Since he is familiar with our setup, we don?t even have to be present for the work to be done. He usually comes while we?re at work and it?s very convenient for us to not need a specific appointment that will cause us to miss work. We also trust him to be at our property when we?re not there, which is a quality that can be hard to find. Would recommend to anyone

We were told that we were fully warranteed and that someone would be at the house to teach us how to manage the water chemistry. They dropped off the hot tub before we had moved into the house. There was no water-chemistry session to speak of. We spent months trying to get the bromine levels right and made regular trips to the new store in Cool Springs. After a month or two of struggling, they remembered that our hot tub had an ozonator and maybe this was the reason we were having trouble. Turns out the ozonator was NOT WORKING either! They refused to come and check it since the manufacturer would not reimburse them for the visit. Needless to say, we would never make another purchase from this store. Follow through is lousy. We've moved on to Leslie's for our supplies (they're very knowledgeable as well) and worked directly with the manufacturer to get the equipment back to being use-able

I called on a saturday with a hot tub crisis. my son had friends coming over that night and planned on using the hot tub. saturday morning when I checked the hot tub it had an error message and a temperature of 86...not good. I called and was given concrete steps to take to clear the error message and get the tub in working order. I followed the directions and was able to have the hot tub operational for my son's friends that night. the following monday I got a followup call checking to see if I needed any other assistance and an offer to bring a filter to my house

March 23rd we received a call from ***** at Family Leisure at about 3pm from his cell phone, and he talked to myself and my girlfriend on speakerphone. He told us that he was aware of what happened and that he was so sorry for the incident that was caused by Family Leisure, that they were completely responsible, and that Family Leisure would take care of any and all damages that were caused by the fire. He assured us that our pavers would be replaced/repaired. He completely blew us away with his customer service, saying the main thing was that no one got hurt and that the dogs were alright. He said all the right things to make us let our guard down and we believed everything that was said would happen. He said that he wasn't going to worry about waiting on insurance, because he knew they were at fault and taking care of the customer was Family Leisure's first priority. We explained to him that we did not want a hazardous burned hot tub sitting around our house,and he was more than happy to get someone to come and move the burned hot tub. ***** told us that he could not wait to meet us when he got the chance, and that we should come to the showroom and pick out a new hot tub. ***** told us that Monday was going to be the day that someone from Family Leisure would come get the burned hot tub and clean up. He told us he was going "out of town" so ***** would be the person that would be taking care of us while he was gone, but we both had his cell phone number now and we could reach him if we needed, he would make himself available. Monday March 28th comes and noon was the time they were supposed to get the hazardous material off our property. ***** called us and left a message that while they were moving the hot tub out, their insurance company called and told them the needed to do an investigation and that no one should tamper with the hot tub in any way until the investigation was done. When I arrived home at 3pm I saw that Family Leisure had come onto our property, cut wires on the hot tub, took all of the paneling which was now evidence for the investigation, and propped the burned hot tub on a couple of OUR pavers they got from somewhere else in the yard. There was an understanding between us and ***** that it was unnecessary to have an investigation and that they would deal with the insurance. At this point in time Family Leisure only came onto our property without anybody home under the guise of removing our hot tub and instead tampered with evidence, or as Family Leisure's insurance company stated "spoliation of evidence". There were actually two separate occasions where someone from Family Leisure came and cut wires, took pictures, and were with the hot tub by themselves with no one around. Luckily my girlfriend caught one of the people ***** sent over opening up the circuit board box with a screwdriver and taking pictures. She was at home and the person walked straight into our backyard and began unscrewing the circuit board cover. After multiple times trying to call and text ***** who said he would be available, there were no returned phone calls or text from him. He also did not reply to email at that time. Attached is three times where I sent him text messages where there was no response. The insurance company then contacted us saying that they were not going to take any responsibility for what happened until an investigation was done to see the cause of the fire. At this same time they told us all parties who had touched the hot tub would have to be contacted and we needed to contact our parties involved and they would contact theirs. Attached is the letter where they maliciously lie about who was involved in the incident. They said the manufacturer, installer, and two service techs were involved. They said that none of the parties that were involved in setting up the hot tub were insured by them as they were all subcontractors. This is either Family Leisure falsifying the facts of this case to their insurance company, or the insurance company blatantly lying about who worked on the hot tub, because *** ****** who was the customer service manager for Family Leisure and not a subcontractor, 100 percent was hooking up wiring on the hot tub. I realized at this point that we had been deceived by ***** and *****. Family Leisure was now doing everything they could to not take any responsibility for what happened. They were going to try and put it off on one of their subcontractors. Your response to our complaint is completely unacceptable. Both insurance companies are now involved yes because of the devious and malicious way Family Leisure handled the situation. The truth will come out about who is at fault, the problem that FAMILY LEISURE EMPLOYEES OR SUBCONTRACTORS FOR FAMILY LEISURE ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO TOUCHED ANYTHING ELECTRICAL ON THE NEW HOT TUB. We did not want anything above reason. We really just wanted our yard back without hazardous material in it, we really just wanted everything to be taken care of back to the original state before the fire incident. Your response to our complaint is also appalling. Attached is also the copy of the letter that ***** tried to go behind my back and talk to my girlfriend about and get her to sign, after he stopped taking my phone calls. It was not what ***** had promised. They offered a hot tub at 25% greater value with two years of FAMILY LEISURE in home service or our money back that we spent on the hot tub. The document says that us signing will release them from any future claims or responsibility. This was the slap in the face we received from them as an offer. The fire report says that it was an electrical fire and the only people to have touched any electrical wiring was Family Leisure. The fire report is attached as well. It is an official report from someone other than parties involved. They have gone above and beyond to not take any responsibility for endangering our family and disrupting our lives in the most malicious way. We believed it was important to contact BBB to let people know about the lies this company will tell to protect them and their own interest. The insurance companies are involved now and there is absolutely no doubt who will be found as the culprit, it will be Family Leisure. We just don't want anyone else to fall victim to *****, *****, and Family Leisure. This has been a horrendous experience and will continue to be as they lie and falsify evidence to try and get their desired outcome

4/18 - We went to Blue Diamond Pool and Spa and ordered and paid for a new hot tub cover and lifter. We worked with Adam and he told us we would have it in two weeks. Approximately 4/25 ? I asked Adam if we could add an extra strap on each side since the cover wasn't done yet. Approximately 5/14 ?I spoke with Adam asking why the cover wasn?t ready yet and he told me he would pick it up Friday and bring it out to the house Monday or Tuesday. No show, no call. Over the next two weeks we made several calls to both Adam and Jeff, the owner, but none were returned. On May 24th ? I called and Erika said that Adam said to schedule the delivery. I scheduled for Tuesday, the 28th, at 9:00am. May 28th ? they were scheduled to deliver our cover and lifter at 9:00. No show, no call. My husband called at 9:48 to see why they weren?t at the house. He was put on hold for a very long time three different times. After holding 17 minutes, Adam came to the phone and his only excuse was that they were too busy. During that phone call, Adam said that we could get our money back. My husband told him that we wanted our cover and Adam said he would be out to our house by noon. Again, for the third time, no show no call. Between May 28th and June 7th ? We both called Adam and Jeff many times, no return call. No explanation as to why they didn?t show up. At that point we took our old cover to an upholstery shop to be repaired. June 7th ? We went to Blue Diamond to get our money back. We spoke with Michael who said that he was only filling in for Erika and couldn?t do a return. He called Jeff and Jeff said that he would ?deal with it tomorrow?, which would be Saturday the 8th. While we were there we asked to get the lifter we had paid for, that they keep in the store. The one that was there was missing the side mounts but we were able to make it work. June 8th ? No call from Jeff June 12th ? we went to Blue Diamond again to get our money back and Jeff had just left. Erika called him and told him that we wanted our money back for the cover and that he needed to come back and deal with this. He finally came back very arrogant and said he was not under any circumstances refunding our money for the cover because it was a custom order and that was a company policy. We were not told about this policy when we ordered the cover, we weren?t given any paperwork only a receipt. We didn?t sign anything. We weren't given a written copy of this ?policy?. We reminded him that Adam had told us we could get our money back but he still refused. He said that he had just talked with the guy making the cover and that we would have it by Monday, June 17th. June 17th ? no show, no call for the fourth time. No call or product as of today's date, June 24, 2013

Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above
Justin was prompt and ready to work when he arrived. The company was also willing to work with my home warranty (which many were not), and called to request an additional hour to diagnose the issue. The warranty company okay'd it and the problem was found (melted wiring). The problem was quickly fixed after another company already came out and couldn't find the issue. The issue was shown to me first-hand, and good advice was given to help prevent it in the future. Again, great work guys, and THANK YOU for working with my warranty company! I did ask what the total bill was that the warranty company had to pay beyond my $75 copy and was told that was private info. Understood, didn't hurt to ask. ;-
They temporarily fixed it for the rest of the season, but may last longer. They also sent us an estimate for a permanent repair. Two people came out and took about two hours to survey and fix the leaks. They did good work; were very efficient. They knew what they were doing and came highly recommended by Angie's list and our local pool guy. They showed up when they said they would, the person in the office responded to my call with an email - communication was good and they called before they showed up like they said they would. I appreciated them being honest with me about doing the temporary fix, which saved some money

Designed a roman style pool from our pictures and sketches. Pool is not only unique, but a showcase to our home. Pool is salt water and is self-leveling and self-cleaning. It includes bubblers on the steps and fountains on the sides and LED lighting, all controlled from a hand-held PDA. Every inspector and contractor that came to our home said there is no other company with Anderson Pool's quality. We already knew that as they installed our last pool 18 years ago and it looks the same today.. They use the highest quality commercial equipment which may cost a little more, but will save money overall as you use your pool. We have used them in the past and would definitely use them again and advise others too as well. Ken Frizzel
They came prepare to change a pool pump I though was not working. However they found a simple fix that cost me a fraction of the original estimate. They could have easily told me I needed a new pump. Very professional and helpful. Plan to use them again.
Very well. Adam arrived first thing in the morning and began work right away. The job was done completely and professionally by lowering the pool level adding chemicals and draining and blowing out all water from pipes filter and jets.
