Were very professional and showed up when they said they would. Ultimately, got a cheaper price and was very satisfied with another company but would get bid and consider for work in the future.

Precision Air is truly one of the best companies that I?ve ever had the privilege to work with. The company employees are extraordinary. After my husband and I decided that we wanted to explore having a geo-thermal system installed at our home, I checked out companies on Angie?s List. Precision Air had great reviews so we called them first to see if installation was possible at our house and to get an estimate. We didn?t call anyone else. Why would we? Don Vogt was obviously knowledgeable and represented a company that had installed more geo-thermals than any other in the area. We also trusted him almost immediately. He?s that kind of guy. He wasn?t just a salesman. He was concerned about us as individuals who were getting ready to make a big investment in our house. He really cared. And never in the process of the installation were we disappointed. He did everything he could to make us happy with our unit. That trust deepened when the actual installers arrived. I?m never seen three men work harder or who were more focused. I don?t think that they wasted a second during the entire installation process. Tim Brewer, Richard Mays and Joel Rodriquez have to be about the best professionals around in their field. They were considerate, polite and just good all-round people. After installation, there were a few problems, as there will be with such a sophisticated system. But when it was obvious that some adjustments had to be made, Jeff Holland came out for a final inspection, saw the problems and had them remedied immediately at no extra cost to us. Now I ask you, what more can a client expect? As I said at the beginning, Precision Air is an excellent company because they have excellent employees doing excellent work. It doesn?t get any better than that. I give them five stars (out of a possible five stars) with no hesitation. They are the best

I never got a call back. I waited a few weeks and called back. This time the person that said he'd call me back did. He set the tiem for 10am today. At 11:30, my wife called to see where they were. She was told the person that was scheduled was sent to an emergency and they could come any other day this week. Customer service is #1 to me. This is a horrible story. I left work to meet this tech. And emergencies do happen. But a customer-focused company will call the customer and tell them there has been an issue. I'm struggling to get them to just pick up the phone. They called me all of the time when I was letting them get readings from my unit so they could get some sort of certification on geothermal installation. I met them several times to unlock the access. Right now, I could recommend the unit and the experience of geothermal but as far as this contractor I'd have to tell the complete story and let the person asking make their own decision. My builder picked this contractor. To do it again I'd look for someone with glowing reviews on being responsive to the customer

Gave us a good price compared to others. Kevin Boop was great to work with and helped with coordinating work as well as financing project and helping with tax credits later. Installation crew was great--showed up when they said they would be there and cleaned up after themselves. After installation had problem with damper getting hung up on insulation and came out promptly and fixed problem. Very satisfied with overall experience

Currently have a current service contract (3-year) with Precision Air. $22,000 geothermal unit installed 3.5 years ago. Still under warranty. They installed it. NES power failure for 3 hours -- unit quit working after that. TVs, Fridge, stove, washing and dryer had no trouble restarting -- person answering phone at local office 117 Spence Lane was rude insisting it was a surge and I'd pay for service even under warranty and with a service contract. The service tech was fine -- found the problem in five minutes and replaced the capacitor in ten minutes with one he had on truck -- though not factory spec. Rude person in office making it seem like it was my fault the unit quit because of a power failure? Had a service contract meaning only that they "check it" yearly. Warranty means nothing evidently. A lot invested in the unit and will find other company. Will pay bill promptly as always -- I am an engineer -- I teach people how to build these units -- thought I'd get better response having a warranty and a service contract for years with this company -- evidently not..

. This truly was one those rare occurrences when a company does a professional job from the initial phone call to the final start-up of the unit. The lady on the phone was helpful and seemed to remember little details about our situation even weeks later. I was surprised that the owner spent so much time with me on the phone answering so many of my questions. He never made me feel rushed. When he came out, he looked at our home thoroughly and took measurements of our ceilings and walls. He asked for a day or two to send us a proposal after he completed his calculations. Sure enough, the next day we got a highly detailed report on our options, including prices. When we gave him the go-ahead, the installation guys were on time and prepared to work. When they came inside, they took the time to cover their shoes so as not to track dirt in our house. Those little signs of professionalism told me we made the right choice. (We built this house and we had memories of less than reliable contractors) Overall, it was possibly the best experience I've ever had dealing with a HVAC company. High marks all the way around
They were very prompt. They either came the day I called or the next day. They were very professional and very reasonably priced. They people were very nice and very honest. They are excellent.
They are awesome- I could not even get another national-branded provider to even come and give us an estimate! Hydro-temp are professional, fast, fair and provide a high quality product and stand behind their work. HIGHLY recommended!
I'm with a company that I've been with for almost fifteen years and they provide me excellent service. They're the ones that put all the heating and air in this house when we built it and they have been very reliable.
I was very pleased with the fact that the technician, Ryan King, was polite, knowledgable, and also found the information about my thermostat that was misfiled in my Owner's Manual.
I requested a bid to replace my split heat pump. They provided a pomp response; however, their price was higher than I wanted to spend. I accepted a bid from another installer using different brand equipment.

I am so pleased to have found an HVAC service provider who gave me honest, straight information and was able to arrange a very timely installation of my new heating and cooling unit. Not only was Mr. Holtman informative, but in the process of installing the new unit, found a gaping hole in my ductwork that had escaped the notice of the company that had been servicing my unit for the past three years! Now, I can expect lower electric bills and a system that actually heats and cools to the temperature set on the themostat. I am ecstatic and appreciate the prompt, professional, courteous service provided by Maynard select
I had a small freon leak in my upstairs system. The other company said I needed a complete new system for $7,000. Choice fixed the repair and cleaned both of my systems. If I end up replacing this system I want to look at Geothermal.
