Recent Review: Excellent experience. My call was handled right away, and the appointment was booked in less than five minutes. The technician, Donovan, wore shoe covers the entire time, worked quietly and efficiently, and even showed aesthetic flair when he asked at what angle we would like the handles to sit in relation to the curvature of our sink! He completely cleaned up after each installation, leaving no trace that he had even been there. It was an all day job, and he was polite and pleasant throughout. Before leaving, he gave us further information about services the Lee Company provides.

Recent Review: We pay the monthly fee and this allows us to have 3 different inspections conducted throughout the year - HVAC, electrical and plumbing. It was during the plumbing inspection that we asked that the shower be checked because the control handle wasn't working properly. We also had a new faucet installed in the bathroom sink. We have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the service and work performed. So fart we have had all inspections except the electrical.

Recent Review: He was great. There was a faulty part in the faucet we had purchased and he went to Home Depot and replaced it without charging for time.

Recent Review: Chris was fabulous! He was on time and very helpful with with questions about the installation, and the water heater in my new condo, which my Home Inspector thought might need to be replaced due it it's age. However, Chris assured me the water heater was an excellent brand and looked to be in good shape. He also instructed me on signs I should look for should a water heater require a replacement. Unfortunately, my new faucet leaked about an hour after Chris left. I calledHolt Plumbing to pass on this update, as Chris had mentioned there might be a problem with the pre-existing connections, not the new faucet. Chris returned at first opportunity to repair the pre-existing plumbing connection, and even had the courtesy to call me back with an update! Holt Plumbing was the only plumbing company the maintenance manager at my condominium could recommend, who also offered emergency services. I am thankful to the maintenance manager for recommending HOlt Plumbing, and glad I listened to his advice to hire this company.

Recent Review: Owens Wayne Plumbing is a family owned company. They are responsible and show up on time. Owens is very understanding of our needs and takes care of them.

Recent Review: They came on time, did a good job, & cleaned up. I already had the new faucet there (he had helped me pick out one that would work from pictures texted). Price was reasonable.
