Great! John came out within 15 min of me calling. Fixed my outlet and gave me a quote for outdoor outlets. He is very professional, does good work and knowledgeable. I will be using him again.

The electrician was on time, very professional, and very considerate about my home. He did a great job and did it quickly and thoroughly. Everything he fixed is working great! I sent a message via Angieslist on Friday, had a call the same afternoon with an appointment scheduled for the very next day. Randy called when he was on his way and arrived just as expected in the timeframe provided the day prior. Randy quickly assessed the problem, discussed the causes and repair needed provided a cost for the service. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Exceptional service.

Chris and Eddie worked quickly and professionally. Took care of the failed outlet with replacement, as part of service checked main circuit breaker panel and found many loose connections which they tightened up. Sleeping better at night with more confidence in my home's electrical system! Were slightly late but found out a technician had hurt himself earlier in the day which put the team down a man. No problem, had told James there was no rush when we set up service call. Like other's, we appreciate the booties and care for cleaning up after work complete. We've found our electrician for Sumner County!

When calling to make the appointment, the receptionist was friendly and warm. I needed the service ASAP but had to wait a few days before next available appointment. Electrician came before appointment time. That was good but if he could have called me first before showing up at the door would have been better. He did a quick and excellent job. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable with him. He was a good guy! The only regret I had was I later found out I could have hired another company that cost less than $125.00 for the first hour and $85.00 an hour after that hour. Fortunately, the technician was done within the hour. Overall, what I appreciated the most was the professionalism of the electrician and his thorough explanation of the short in the outlets!

Needed one electrical outlet installed. They came out and bid three times the price of any other bids we had and then tried to charge the full service fee instead of the angies list deal price. Easy way to make a quick buck- come out, quote something outrageous and leave with $50. To top it off they couldn’t even have done the work today after the person making the appointment assured me that the work could be done same day. Should have known better as they did set our house on fire several years ago with the HVAC system. Was trying to give them another chance. Big waste of time and money.

It went very well. They showed up on time, worked through the day, was very professional. My only complaint is that all outlets were supposed to be changed and there were a few that got missed - I'm sure accidentially as the entire house was changed out.

They arrived on schedule, completed the work quickly and efficiently. They were polite and were helpful in answering questions about possible work in the future.

The worker was very polite and quick. I was missing some of the parts needed to complete the job, but he had them on the truck, so it was a quick fix.
