Mr. Worley is the GREATEST. He did repair at our home and I have put his number on speed dial for future use. Mr. Worley did drywall repair, rewiring of light fixture, hanging new fixtures and interior painting while at our home. He also began involved in my furniture refinishing project and added crown moulding to the top of a highboy I was working on. We were completely satisfied with his work. He is a perfectionist, shows up for work when he says he will be there, courteous and on top of all this cleans up after himself. Mr. Worley is very professional. Charlie was wonderful! I received his name and number from an appliance guy at Sears and he was awesome. He was very quiet but when he spoke he had very good ideas. I wasn't sure exactly what to do and he helped me through the process. He actually came up with the idea of putting doors on the back of my island to increase my storage and to make it look more up to date (more like the furniture pieces you see in kitchen cabinetry now). He also came up with making a drawer in my kitchen deeper since he had to remake it anyway, also increasing my storage! I am extremly pleased with his work. He was timely, super polite and very professional. He actually also gave me recommendations on other people to use for the rest of my renovations

I contacted Randy by phone- he was prompt in coming to give an estimate and I was impressed by his knowledge and attention to detail, unlike other contractors, he was the only one to look under the house, and on the other side of walls to make sure that what I was asking him to do was possible. We received a written estimate the next day that we felt was very reasonable. We had them working on our project within a week and a half of notifying them of the go ahead. We are so pleased with Randy and Allen, their work and work ethic, and their integrity. I have a very curious 6 year old boy, who 'supervised' the work, and Randy and Allen were kind, patient and answered questions( the why do you do this? and they could explain to him 'why) . They worked hard, took limited breaks- and worked until they finished what they had planned for the day. They completed the project within the projected timeline, and within budget. I was thankful and impressed that there was no foul language, or unbecoming comments or behaviors that I or my observant kids witnessed. This to me is of great value. Randy and Allen were respectful, and professional. Their work and attention to detail was excellent- best I have experienced in TN. I will be using their services again without reservation

Denny went out of his way to accommodate us after the February ice damage destroyed our gutters. We knew we needed the trim painted, so he worked with the schedule of the gutter installation to paint trim before they installed new gutters. Additionally, we decided to paint the whole house, but by the time we let him know, his schedule was already filled until May. Nevertheless, he made room for us,and now we have a freshly painted home that looks completely improved. When I asked him to come back and paint something that I had previously decided I did not want painted, he happily did so. When I pointed out one missed spot on the entire house, he thanked me. Paint was additional, but we were able to use his discount at a major paint supply company that made materials very competitive for such a high quality product. Denny is punctual and task oriented, and his prices are very competitive based on two other bids we received

Work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Dustin and his team were extremely professional. The only reason I did not give them an "A" overall was because they were suppose to add some trim work to a dormer and this was not completed. The trim work was to cover up a previous contractor's poor job cutting siding that was sitting on top of the shingles. I thought that Bone Dry was going to place the trim over the siding. They cut the siding to fit the trim board between the siding and the roof. The fellow doing the cutting hit an electrical wire between the siding and the inside wall. The work stopped there. Dustin was suppose to get back with me with a plan to install the trim, but he never did. He did reduce the original estimate by $300 from $1,125.00 to $825.00 which was good. Now I have to find someone else to do the trim. So far as the roofing repairs, I highly recommend this company. For anything beyond roofing, I would go elsewhere
