He replaced the capacitor which was underperforming and put in a new black light to improve the quality of the air in my house. I will always ask for Justine when calling for AC service. Good job Lee Company in hiring the best!

He came to check out our air conditioner and he said that they have ran out of Freon and suggested a replacement of the whole unit. We agreed and he told us that he will be coming back the next week to install a new unit, and then extended a week. About 4 weeks of getting him to replace our air conditioning unit, My son-in-law called him and told him that we need the air conditioner to be installed already, and 2 days after that call, he finally came and installed a new unit for us.

The workers arrived at 9 AM sharp. They were replacing ductwork as well as installing a new air conditioner and air conditioning coil. There were two workers and both working independently. They were thorough and efficient and got all the work done in a single day. I was very pleased with the work and the cleanup. The air-conditioner cools well. I've had no problems and don't expect to have any at this point. Their price was fair, although not the least expensive estimate that I received. I felt like the quality of their equipment and the quality of their work more than made up for the difference in price.

I had a quote from another company who only suggested replacing the whole unit. John Walcott was able to replace just the evaporator coils at a much cheaper price and get our air conditioning working again. He is very knowledgable and I trust he knows what he's doing. The service technician arrived on time, was polite and thorough. When done he gave me a full report that the unit was in excellent condition. "Aging gracefully." He mentioned one minor issue, a fan capacitor, which he did not recommend servicing now, but said it would probably need to be replaced in a few years. My personal test is whether all of the panel screws were replaced when done. They were!

The air conditioner unit upstairs was not blowing cool air. David came out and found that the capacitor was out, replaced it, check the freon levels which were fine and was on his way in less than an hour!

The installation was incorrect. The supervisor came out immediately. He found the error and fixed it. Later that day, he sent out someone from the company and he was told to start at the beginning and check the whole thing out. Everything was correct and all was well! He sent out someone else afterwards to check for this as well. Everything was still fine! I would highly recommend this company to other members. They guarantee their work.

The promptness and expertise for the repair of my air conditioner were all good. I was however, unhappy with the cost of the repair. I have had a chance to research the cost of the Condenser Fan Motor installed and the requirements to install it. The Condenser Fan Motor can be purchased retail for $120. The cost for repair by this company was $623 with $558 for the fan motor and installation. $65 was for the service call. The installation of the Condenser Fan Motor was not complex and took less than 2 hours to complete. I did email the company for a reassessment of the repair cost. The reply about the repair cost pointed to various company expenses. They also stated that their billing costs were inline and less expensive than other major AC companies. They did offer to take off 15% ($84) of this repair if I would join the membership in their company. The cost of membership is $130. I requested an itemized bill, but the company does not provide this. In my opinion the cost associated with the repair was too high, although, I was satisfied with the work done. Update: I received an additional email from the company which said that a check for the amount of the 15% ($84) off the repair had been sent to me. They stated that the company membership discussed in the previous email was not intended as a necessity for the discount.

Recent Review: Bobby was very responsive for my call asking for him to come out and look at the damage to my house, give an estimate. He was professional and friendly. He came out within a couple of hours and took pictures, walked around my roof, looked at the gutters, A/C unit, damaged siding and fascia, also had some hail damage markings on the fencing and my kids' play fort. He explained the claims process in full detail and was able to come back and meet with the Insurance Adjustor to make sure they were on the same page regarding what needed to be replaced. After my insurance estimate came back, I contacted Bobby and he was able to fix everything on the Insurance estimate and even worked with my insurance company to make sure that my AC unit was replaced because of the hail damage. He even replaced some older siding on my roof for a small amount. Really easy process and he lined out the sub-contractors to come out and do the gutters, siding, and the AC replacement. The only issue I had was the siding guys didn't clean up the nails after their work but Bobby corrected that. Perhaps the one recommendation I would have is to be present when you have anyone work on your house in case you have a question about what they are working on, especially the subcontractors. I would use Trademark again because of how responsive they were to the first call, and making sure they job was completed in a timely manner.
Recent Review: AJ was courteous and on time. Unit went out on a Saturday night. AJ was here on Sunday morning. He diagnosed the problem and temporarily got the unit back on during the first visit, ordered the control board, and the next day (Monday) was on time to install the part. I'm a happy customer!

He personally did the work along with an assistant. I also got a 10 year warranty on the unit. He gave me a time and he was there at that time. He was very professional and has been doing this type of work for a long time. He's even been back since the work was been done to check on the work.
