Les Howell responded to my inquiry and arranged a time to come out and perform an evaluation of my needs and give a cost estimate. We discussed option and their associated costs and agreed on a scope of work to be completed. He gave me a written estimate of the work required on the spot, and got back to me before the end of the day with a date that they could start the work. I accepted his quotation and the crew arrived when they said they would. The work was performed efficiently and with high quality within the agreed upon time frame. I was very pleased with the work and will use them again.

Rob Howell and his team did a wonderful job on our December installation. On time, a competitive quote and a professional installation. We also contacted them in January to quote on another project. After my first call to their office, I had not received a follow up call to schedule a and quot;look seeand quot; at the job for about 3 days. So I sent an email through their website on a Saturday afternoon asking why the delay. That evening, I received a phone call from Rob Howell, the owner. He was extremely apologetic and explained that their office person had come down with the flu the day I called and with a lot of their staff becoming ill, my message had not made it to the sales manager. I was impressed with the Rob's quick response to my email (on a Saturday evening no less) and his attention to Customer Service. That Monday morning, the Sales Manager had given us a call and came out that day to quote the job. Mid-South Insulation will be our first stop for any future insulation quotes in the future.

I am very happy. Owner quoted and inspected. When some touch up work needed to be done before final payment, owner inspected again and had it fixed right away. Workers for efficient, on time, respectful and polite. The cost was a little higher than some other providers, but it got done quickly and correctly. It's worth it for the customer service the owner provided.

Job went fine. Tim was always prompt and professional and knew the best subs for the particular job. He double-checked their work and communicated with them to be sure the job was done according to specifications and addressed all my concerns. Price was reasonable for the work involved.

We had an unfinished room that was converted into a playroom for our kids. It has a window seat, a play nook, and a small kitchen area - cabinets, bar sink, refrigerator - in addition to the larger room. So our project included HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, hardwood flooring, door removal & installation, insulation, & some custom woodwork. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Tyler did a great job on all aspects of the project and was just a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, flexible, tidy (which is hard with drywall dust), and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He had good ideas & worked with us to come up with the best solution for our room. I would hire him for another project or recommend him to my friends without hesitation.

Chad has done work for us in the past, so we knew what to expect. He simply does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. There are never any issues or concerns to worry about with Chad or his subcontractors. He seems to price his work very reasonably. We will use him again.

I initially purchased the coupon for an attic energy evaluation and blower door test. Jeff provided a detailed report of his findings including pictures. He also provided a detailed breakdown of the cost to cure each of the issues that were found. Once I selected the things I wanted repaired, Jeff set up a date and time to complete the service. On the date of service, Jeff and his crew were punctual, polite and very thorough in their clean up. Jeff also worked with me to complete the required paperwork to receive any and all rebates that I met the qualifications for.

Builders quoted price for doing the same area was considerably more than the price we paid.
