No fault to him, we ran into problems with the material. One of the ca-modes had a crack in it! He hung in there and did a real nice job. He was very courteous and came back out when there was a water leak. It was defective parts to start with, but he was very professional and got everything taken care of for us

Chad and his team took care of our remodel (which included kitchen, floors throughout, bathroom vanities, light fixtures throughout) very quickly. They maintained great communication throughout the entire process. Chad went back through at the end of the project and tied up all lose ends. Would definitely hire again

A+ service from start to finish. Office answered phone promptly and scheduled service for next day. Tech (Joe) arrived on time and gave us an estimate for installing new faucet, shutoff valves and drain pipes. When installing the drain pipes tech showed us the severe rust on inside of sink. I Ok'd replacement of sink (which I knew would have to be replaced soon) , and sink was delivered within 1 hr. The techs were very professional, did the job well, explained everything re costs of repair. We are very pleased with this company and will certainly use them again

We were supposed to have 2 guys for 4 hours. One man, the owner showed up, dirty, hungover, did not give me a confident feeling. Said he would go get a helper but thought it would take him all day to find someone. I said just stay and do the best he could. He dropped the cabinet and put a huge dent in my new stove..UGH Very unprofessional. Penny Bryant I will not use Angie's list nor will I recommend it since it is obvious that your listed providers are not prescreened.Since that is why we joined Angie's list I do not see value in your services

The tech quickly removed and added new taps and repaired the pipe. In total he was there for about an hour. They have a fixed level pricing system one was a level 1 and another was a level 2 repair. I thought the price was high, however the work was professionally done and they were available on a Saturday. I would use them again, but perhaps would shop around for a better deal

Matt had helped me before, so I already knew he was wonderful. He is knowledgeable, skillful, innovative, professional, accommodating, conscientious, and personable. The quality of his work is always excellent, and I trust him to give me his honest, educated opinion about work that needs to be done. He's an expert in many areas, and all of his work is fast and solid. However, I was especially grateful for: the beautiful job he did re-caulking my bathroom vanity, which had been done (and re-done!) so sloppily by the installers; discovering and repairing the hidden danger causing my ceiling fan to wobble; taking the time to determine the source of my dishwasher leak and help me locate the part number that needed to be replaced; and allowing me to add jobs that I hadn't thought to ask about before. I feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered Punchlist Plus

Just as he had been in March, 2015, when he repaired a leak for us, Mr. Shirley was prompt, professional, and his rate was reasonable. The jobs which, on their face, appeared straight-forward became much more involved, as projects often do. Loose Toilet: The ring which is supposed to allow the toilet to be bolted to the floor had broken allowing the toilet to wobble. The tile flooring surrounding the toilet had been installed improperly by the builder. The tile completely covered access to the broken plastic ring so that the ring could not be removed for replacement. After unsuccessfully trying several approaches to fix it, Mr. Shirley came back the next day with a replacement part which allowed him to secure the toilet without removing the original broken ring. Replacement of ribbed bathroom vanity drain pipes: The drain piping under the bathroom vanity was again installed by the builder originally with an unusual bend in the piping and was glued together behind the drywall rather than having threaded pipes so that it could not be cut off to put new piping in place. Mr. Shirley figured out how to make it all work and returned the next day to complete the job. Lintel Plate Caulking: Mr. Shirley suggested using a type of caulk which looks like mortar so that the repair does not look like it was caulked, but instead looks like the original mortar. We are extremely pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone needing home repair

Look no further - this is your man! Bob Moran was as competent and trustworthy as you would ever want.. He was good to communicate with and I appreciated his suggestions that saved us money in the long run. He took our two front doors that had been severely damaged by the heat and made them look new again. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future. He's a good man

We are extremely pleased with the remodel/repair Mr. Hernandez did. He does things right but was always cognizant of saving money whenever possible because we are preparing our home to sell. The bathroom vanity he created and custom made is beautiful. He ran into some unforeseen problems with pipe vents when the old vanity was demolished and he made adjustments necessary without affecting the visual appearance. There were two ceramic floor tiles which had to be replaced after the old linen closet was removed. He was able to save some tiles as the closet was demolished and use them for the replacement which saved us from having to replace the entire ceramic tile floor. He suggested repairing a hole in a closet door instead of buying an entirely new door, which worked very well; his repair was so good that you could not even tell that it had been made. As for the painting, after he repaired the popped nails and cracks in the walls, he not only repainted the repaired areas but spackled additional bumps and holes in the walls he found and repainted them, also. Mr. Hernandez was responsive to our phone calls, took time to listen to our needs, came up with cost-conscious solutions, and paid close attention to detail. He was a pleasure to work with

We've owned our homes for over 20 years. Sharp Home Improvements has renewed our faith in home repairs. This is a business who provide great attention to details who makes your satisfaction their priority! I will keep his business contact information so we could use them time and again!! I don't usually leave reviews, good or bad, but I felt compelled to do so as a result of using this business for several projects, some minor and some major. He completely transformed our entire bathroom!!! The most recent work being a complete rewire of my kitchen lights, removing a single fluorescent light and adding two pendant lights on one circuit and several recessed lights in several areas to evenly distributed light throughout the kitchen. We were, once again, over the moon with the results. I can easily bet that everything Sharp Home Improvements is hire to do, will be of the greatest quality and top notch in every way with your satisfaction assured each and every time you hire him. Once you find a true gem like this business, you will rely on them over and over again. I know I am!! No need to look further! You've found your best guy for the job! Any job!

Ron shows up immediately when there is an emergency. For scheduled work, he is very flexible with your schedule and is never late. Before commencing a job he will give you a price quote. He does not leave until you are satisfied with the results. He always leaves the job site immaculate when he leaves. We have never had to call him back to repair or adjust anything. He also follows up with a call a few days after the job to make sure everything is working to our satisfaction. I cannot recommend him highly enough, especially after experiencing the ineptitude of two other plumbing companies

Superior Outdoor Solutions

Colt Evans, owner of Superior Outdoor Solutions has been invaluable to my family and me as we have worked to prepare our parent's home for sale. He initially provided landscaping services and then repaired & painted the exterior of the house - both reviewed. In addition to these, he has completed a long, long list of handyman tasks and he's been just helpful in general. Each time we've needed help with a new batch of tasks, we called Colt. He always came to the house and looked at the 'can you fix it's?' and/or items to be installed. He'd leave ? do his 'homework' if he felt he needed to, then he'd e-mail us stating what supplies he would need to bring, and what his charges would be. When he arrived, always cheerful & smiling, on the day and @ the time he said he would, he had the supplies (with receipts for us) and equipment (his) that he needed to complete his work. He worked competently & efficiently, never leaving any mess or debris for me to clean up. Before leaving, he always showed me what he'd done to make his repairs & showed me how installations worked, etc. Everything Colt has done here looks great and works as expected. This means a great deal to me because I tend to be 'rather exacting' ? picky ? some would say :) about things being straight, level, on center etc. Colt Evans is a really nice fellow, but ? if he did a messy, sloppy job - or if his work was inadequate in any way, we would not have continued to hire him! Here is a list of handyman tasks Colt has completed for us: Electrical ? Colt inspected & addressed all of our electrical 'concerns'. Over the past few months he has installed two new ceiling fans; Installed two fluorescent ballasts and one new fluorescent fixture; Installed four outdoor porch lighting fixtures; and re-installed a dining area 'chandelier type' fixture that was ready to fall from the ceiling! Colt checked two bathroom vanity toe-kick heaters for safety and removed one heater that didn't work properly. There were at least four outlets that did not work anymore, including one GFCI safety outlet. He replaced these plugs and corrected the original installation issues that caused the outlets to fail... and finally, Colt replaced light bulbs all over the place ? all the ones in those hard-to-reach spots like the eaves of the house! Plumbing ? Colt installed two new kitchen faucets, repaired a toilet that was 'running' continuously and installed a plumbing access door over a hole in the wall that wasn't covered when the house was first built! Other repairs included removal of a large, broken ceramic floor tile & installation of the replacement tile; Colt fixed three or four kitchen drawers that had 'jumped' their tracks and tightened the drawer sliding mechanisms to help prevent recurrence
Chaz showed up on time, briefly looked over the job, and informed us that he could do the job but that there was a risk the mirrors would not survive the taking down of the old countertops. He then went to work and finished the job in the projected time of five hours, with the mirrors remaining intact. His price was very reasonable and much lower than the quote we got from another contractor. We were very pleased with his workmanship, and we would hire him again
They had the wrong address and were 2 hours late. However actual job was excellent and staff was extremely nice and professional. I have already inquired about replacing a basement sewer pump and will schedule when I can budget the repair. They quickly approved a credit card online for repairs.

I gave Mr. Cook a printed detailed list of the work to be done. The estimate did not include filling holes carpenter bees had made and painting the unpainted wood on my screened porch. When I called the office to inquire, I was told that if he had a paintbrush in his hand he could go ahead and do that part of the list even though it wasn't on the estimate. Everything else on my list was cosmetic but this job was by far the most important. The first day they phoned to say traffic was bad on the interstate and they were an hour late. To be fair, Tuesday I was ill and asked them not to come. Another day I waited two hours past their scheduled arrival and called them when I hadn't heard from them. Mr. Cook told me the work I wanted shouldn't take more than 2 days but he ended up being at my house part of 4 days. His helpers did not show up except for the first day when someone painted my bathroom. Everything had been done except the carpenter bee job when Mr. Cook told me it was impossible for him to get to the unpainted wood on the screened porch. I reminded him that job was on the detailed list I'd originally given him and how very important it was to get it done. As a solution, I suggested that he make a walk board area off the small stoop in order to accomplish that job. The next day he showed up with boards and started that job. I provided plastic drop cloths and tape to protect the expensive screens ($1700) I'd had installed last year. There is now a white blob stain on one screen which I am not happy about. Professionalism just wasn't there and I expected more from the company. I didn't expect to have to suggest solutions for problems they encountered in order to get the work done.. Mr. Cook lacks serious attention to painting detail. I'm 69 years old and my painting days are behind me but I could have done a 100% better job painting my bathroom. There are quite a few areas in the bathroom I'll need to touch up to make it look like a professional painted it. He is a pretty good carpenter and the medicine cabinets and folding doors he installed in the bathroom look fine. He also did a good drywall job patching the hole in the wall where a heater had been removed. He's also not careful about keeping paint off where it shouldn't be. Cleanup was sketchy unfortunately. He forgot to bring his wet vac the last day to clean the drywall dust up in the bathroom. He swiped around with a cloth and left a dropped spot of drywall mud on the floor. The two medicine cabinets were also left behind for me to dispose of. He also charged me $130 above the estimate for the carpenter bee ordeal. It was a stressful week and I would not have the company back

Started off well, then it got into some problems. The framework for the floor went in without a problem. the framework for the walls went in without a problem. Now comes the part that it all goes south. I added up around 18 sheets of drywall were installed it took 4 weeks and countless trips from the owner and his flunkies to do the finishing on these said 18 sheets. The glass surround on the shower had clear silicone caulk all over the place it leaked in 3 different spots. The shower head leaked inside the wall so i had to cut a hole out from around it and fix that. The work done by the contractor and his help is beyond horrible. i do not recommend nor will i ever hire him again, not even to mow my yard

I am very happy with the resluts of all of these projects. Each time I hired them I was provided with a detailed written estemate and the price never exceeded the estemate. I asked for and was shown the contractor liscence as well as proof of insurance. I went to the Maury County Courthouse to ask if there were any judgements against the Co., there were no judgements. Bob does not mind all the questions I asked and answered them completly. He does not mind me showing up unexpectedly, changing a small detail of a big job, asking a lot of questions. The DePysslers are very good at solving special problems to suit the purpose of the final result, they had some ideas that I had never thought of. In this case it is important to preserve the integrity of the building while at the same time update it to assure future continued use as a single family dwelling. Several times during these projects things did not go as planned, when ceramic tile needed to be exchanged I was out of town, Bob saw to it that everything was accounted for and the supplier did not short change me. I grew to trust them enough to not worry even if I was not there. The house was always secured. If something came up and they could not be there when they said, they would call and explain it to me. Bob and his son, Chad, really did more than I expected every time I hired them and I will happily not hesitate to hire them again. If you want a contractor who does what he says and says what he does, means what he says and says what he means, this is the one
