Pete shows up a little early and does nice work at a reasonable price. He has done drywall repairs, ceramic tile flooring, toilet installations, attic fan replacements, light fixture installations and other and quot;punch listand quot; jobs for us in past 2 years. He removed and replaced an and quot;unhandyman'sand quot; venting and flooring work in our laundry room, charging less than what I paid the unhandyman (who was referred to us by a neighbor)

I called, he answered, and I ask for an estimate on these jobs. He said he was driving and would call me back in about 30 minutes. He never called.

Workers were friendly and did a good job. Ceiling fan was very high up and was not about to attempt it myself. Painter did more than he had to because paint didn't blend too well with lower wall so he painted over lower wall and it blended it all in and didn't charge extra. Living room now looks like a new home

Juan showed up on a Wednesday when it was raining out and did all the basement circuit work, conduit prep for the outdoor circuit, and the installation of the new attic fan which he saved us tons of money on as he was able to find a smaller unit that he simply took the motor from and replaced the bad motor in our unit. He did all this work in a couple of hours. He said that he would be back the next morning to finish the remaining items on the list and the next morning he and another member of his team showed up and knocked out the remaining items before the end of the day. I can't begin to tell you how much of a quality-of-life improvement this was for us. We have been so happy with our home having had this work done. The experience was amazing and the RealHandy.pro crew were funny and professional

Colt Evans, owner of Superior Outdoor Solutions has been invaluable to my family and me as we have worked to prepare our parent's home for sale. He initially provided landscaping services and then repaired & painted the exterior of the house - both reviewed. In addition to these, he has completed a long, long list of handyman tasks and he's been just helpful in general. Each time we've needed help with a new batch of tasks, we called Colt. He always came to the house and looked at the 'can you fix it's?' and/or items to be installed. He'd leave ? do his 'homework' if he felt he needed to, then he'd e-mail us stating what supplies he would need to bring, and what his charges would be. When he arrived, always cheerful & smiling, on the day and @ the time he said he would, he had the supplies (with receipts for us) and equipment (his) that he needed to complete his work. He worked competently & efficiently, never leaving any mess or debris for me to clean up. Before leaving, he always showed me what he'd done to make his repairs & showed me how installations worked, etc. Everything Colt has done here looks great and works as expected. This means a great deal to me because I tend to be 'rather exacting' ? picky ? some would say :) about things being straight, level, on center etc. Colt Evans is a really nice fellow, but ? if he did a messy, sloppy job - or if his work was inadequate in any way, we would not have continued to hire him! Here is a list of handyman tasks Colt has completed for us: Electrical ? Colt inspected & addressed all of our electrical 'concerns'. Over the past few months he has installed two new ceiling fans; Installed two fluorescent ballasts and one new fluorescent fixture; Installed four outdoor porch lighting fixtures; and re-installed a dining area 'chandelier type' fixture that was ready to fall from the ceiling! Colt checked two bathroom vanity toe-kick heaters for safety and removed one heater that didn't work properly. There were at least four outlets that did not work anymore, including one GFCI safety outlet. He replaced these plugs and corrected the original installation issues that caused the outlets to fail... and finally, Colt replaced light bulbs all over the place ? all the ones in those hard-to-reach spots like the eaves of the house! Plumbing ? Colt installed two new kitchen faucets, repaired a toilet that was 'running' continuously and installed a plumbing access door over a hole in the wall that wasn't covered when the house was first built! Other repairs included removal of a large, broken ceramic floor tile & installation of the replacement tile; Colt fixed three or four kitchen drawers that had 'jumped' their tracks and tightened the drawer sliding mechanisms to help prevent recurrence

The two man team arrived, as promised, at 7am. It was necessary to begin early because of the very hot attic that they would be working in. The installation of the attic fan required a hole in the roof, a thermostat installed, and a power switch. It was completed in a little more than half a day and works perfectly. The recent heavy rain was proof of the quality of their work ... not a drop of water leaked through. The installation of the recessed lighting required holes in the ceiling, wiring carefully placed and pulled through to the attic, and wiring to wall switches. The same can be said of the installation of the bathroom exhaust fan/light. I anticipated a huge mess of dust and wallboard and plaster. That was not the case. They arrived with all of the necessary tools and equipment including scaffolding. They were fast and they were neat/clean. They worked closely with my husband and me to insure that everything was placed exactly where it was wanted and needed. The location of each recessed light was critical to give us the right amount of light in the right place for reading and working. We couldn't be happier. Their skill, competence, and pride in work was evident in each aspect of the job. We are already planning our next project and the Handyman Hit Squad will be the company we call to do it !!

I purchased a deal on Angie's list for a handyman. In setting up the visit I said that I had two walls that needed dry wall repair, a ceiling fan replaced, and a floodlight that I thought had been hit by a branch in a storm and shattered that I wanted looked at to see if it was damaged. The individual they sent to do the work informed me that he doesn't do drywall. When I showed him the flood light he said he didn't bring a ladder that would reach it (1 1/2 stories). Luckily I had a ladder and fortunately some shelves were delivered to my house the night before so I could get those items done. The worker was able to do the items he had the knowledge to do, but I was disappointed that I couldn't get the main thing I wanted done (the drywall repair). I also thought the price was more than expected (I purchased the new fan myself)

When we think about having just about anything done structurally, electrically or with our plumbing, we look nowhere else!!! Mr. Sharp is by far the most meticulous craftsman and a stickler for doing a perfect job. He has done a number of electrical jobs for us around the house from removing old fixtures and installing new ones around the house, to wall mounting our flat panel TV and routing our cable and plugs to the back of the TV and making the wiring invisible. He installed fans with lighting in three rooms, wired the lights to work with a dimmer, installed the wall plates and ensured everything worked as it should. His work is perfection from the smallest of details to the pleasing visual results. He completely remodeled our master bath and we could not have been happier with the results! His work on the bathroom completely transformed the look and the feel from dull and uninteresting, to a high end master bath the looked like it could be featured in a home remodeling magazine! Mr. Sharp also removed our 50 gallon tank water heater, rerouted and installed the plumbing from our crawl space to our laundry room where he installed a tankless water heater. This required him to update our electrical breaker panel to accommodate the power requirements of the new tankless water heater. We just love it so much more than the tank we had previously. There is nothing we would do without first consulting Mr. Sharp. From his expert opinion to his commitment to perfection, he is the first and last stop in getting our home projects off the ground to completion!!
The owner and assistant installed the fan in less than an hour. When he was on the ladder, he noticed that one of our gutters was not fit correctly. He was so kind to fix it for us free of charge!!! Really great guy and great work!! I am using him for another property and my next door neighbor is calling him this week for an attic fan, too. I highly recommend!

Andrew (Gas Fireplace technician) and Lee Company was absolutely great! Andrew took the gas logs out, and cleaned EVERYTHING! He showed me and explained everything he was doing. I'll absolutely use Lee (and Andrew if they can send him) for my Gas Fire Place cleaning and maintenance. *** The LEE technicians are all very professional, very friendly and helpfiul. Each service I need, they schedule near-term, are always ontime and text the day prior as a reminder and call before coming. They take pictures and videos for future reference that they provide. Once again today, we were very happy with Andrew and Lee Company

Showed up on time. Mounting box for fan had been modified so he figured out how to work around it and had to go buy a couple of additional items. Installed fan in professional manner and cleaned up. Went to second location where porch post was rotten. I agreed for him to locate and purchase a replacement and install it. His replacement post was far better than original and looks great. High quality work and easy to work with
