I have used this company for the last year, and have been quite satisfied with it. In recent months, the work has been done by the new owner, Humberto, who does a fantastic job. He is meticulous, and really keeps on top of everything--mowing, weed eating, pruning, leaf blowing, raking, trimming, and whatever he sees that needs doing. He keeps the driveway and patio leaf-free. He also hauled some trash for me. Everything about my property looks perfect! I highly recommend this company

It's him and his wife. He is a Hispanic man who speaks some English. His wife is a little Oriental lady. They do a wonderful job, and they're so reasonable. I have a lemon tree that needs pruning, and I will have them out again. I have left two messages, and they haven't returned my calls. Their pricing is very reasonable. They are punctual. They come out every Tuesday morning, and they do a marvelous job

Junk Removal Services
It took 2 days to clean the properties. He and his associate did a great job. The property had 2 renters. The renters moved and left the properties in a mess. There was junk and trash every where. I also needed some weeds mowed down and he was able to do that for me as well. He is a very hard worker

Alphonso was very responsive and punctual. Came out with estimate within 24 hours of my call and was willing to do the work within 48. His estimate was extremely competitive for not only the one time yard clean-up, but for monthly maintenance. My partner had already hired someone else for the work I discovered, so I had to cancel with Alphonso. In the Modesto area his prices deserve an A, not the B's seen in other reviews. Highly recommend you giving him a call

Frank's Landscaping
We have not been able to do any yardwork (cleaning, weeding, etc) for most of this year. Frank came & gave me an estimate. When it started raining early in the week, Frank called to say that if it rained on Sat. we'd have to reschedule. Luckily, it didn't rain, Frank was here before 9, and they finished by 2 pm or so. Yard looks great, neat and tidied up. Weeds were out of control after the rains and not being maintained for 8 months. Joe and crew pulled and sprayed weeds, mowed and edged and used blower. Very professional and I appreciated the time Joe took after he was done to explain how he would maintain the yards monthly if I chose to use them as a maintenance service. Maybe at a later date, but not in budget at this time

AAA's crew showed up a few minutes early--a very good sign. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and very good workers. They got right to the job and did fantastic work. They even knew not to prune the citrus trees at this time of the year but to wait until after the trees had gone dormant when the first frost arrives. Trees, shrubs, rose bushes, and vines were all expertly pruned and cleaned up. Too often, a yard maintenance crew will get too zealous and over-prune to the detriment of the plants. AAA knows what they are doing. We were so impressed that we've hired them to do our regular ongoing yard maintenance

yard clean up ok..hired him as lawn maintainence..that's when everything went bad. a 10 year old child could have mown my lawn as well. didn't edge or trim around trees or at fence line. called owner to complain. took 2 days to get back to me. fired him that day. then he tried to bill me for work he never did.called it a computer error. what a lousy business. what a pompous owner. Tim stated the project should take about 3 days - starting Monday and finishing Wednesday. And even with the insane rainstorm on Monday, Troy and Armondo came early as promised and worked in the rain. They always left our property clean when they finished for the day. I am so pleased with their work and how professional and courteous they were. Tim was easy to work with and takes pride in his company. I will definitely call him again when we have more work, and will recommend to everyone. :
