We had the interior of our house painted a couple of years ago by Lancaster Painting and were very pleased with the experience and the outcome, so, when we decided to paint the exterior, it was an easy decision to have them do the job. Again, the experience was great and the house now looks terrific. Everyone we worked with was most helpful and professional. Every step, from the estimate, power wash, and preparation, to the last coat of paint, was patiently and thoroughly explained (like painting anything any shade of red poses extra problems). Jeff and his crew always arrived on time, worked hard and efficiently all day, and provided so many extra little touches, to make sure that everything was up to their high standards. They really wanted to make sure we were pleased with their work. As with our interior job, Lancaster Painting doesn’t just apply a coat of paint. Their preparation, painting skill, doing stucco repair, and applying enough coats to ensure proper coverage, all within the original estimate, made us feel confident we picked the right company for the job. Fantastic. Donovan and his crew got the job quickly and efficiently. The came prepared with all the proper tools and equipment, and cleaned up after themselves before they left. There were a few areas where the deck paint wasn't thick enough, but they checked their work the following day and did the appropriate touch-up without being asked. Excellent service from start to finish. Worked with us coordinating their work with our roofer. Power washed the house, primed and painted with two coats of paint. Beautiful job. Provided a detailed job description. Professional, trustworthy, informative, neat and orderly, worked quietly - no loud radios. No hidden costs. They provided us with color samples. Left with us the remaining paint for touch up requirements for the future. Part of the project was to repair numerous areas of stucco. They did an excellent job. One cannot tell where the work was performed because it blends beautifully. They covered our neighbor's new fence in case of overspray, as well as the other neighbors car that was left in their driveway. They stayed on the job until it was completed. Will have them return to paint the interior of our home.

Several parts of the house haven't even been painted, the parts he has painted are already peeling less than a year later, and he neither cleaned nor prepped the house before painting. What's more is he hasn't returned to finish the project, and he somehow charged my mother for wood that he damaged himself. I've tried to elicit the help from the Better Business Bureau and the Contractor's Board, but he's managed to avoid them both. Ultimately, it was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Our THANKS go to Dennis, John and Jim for the excellent job they did of painting our house. John also painted my front door blue (a color that I wanted for a long time) and it turned out beautifully. They also painted our shutters. All were professional and hard working and we love our newly painted house, door and shutters. Thanks do much again!!!!

Our over all impression was that Lancaster wanted to provide what we wanted in a professional yet friendly manner. Our estimator, Jennifer, was on time and took the time we needed to make good decisions. She did not try to sell us anything, but simply gave us useful information when we asked for it. She kept her opinion to herself, unless we asked for it. Then she would share her experience. Raul, the Project Leader, was very professional. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. We sensed that he was most interested in doing a good job and satisfying our wishes. He went beyond the contract agreement which called for two coats of paint. There were two accent walls that required four coats of paint to meet Raul's standards. We know of no way the work done could be improved upon. Excellent work! The power wash was done in a timely fashion and removed the dirty areas that were bothersome.

Delta Bay Construction and Roofing Inc. did a really good job, the price was very reasonable, they were attentive to what I needed and I was very happy with their service. They are very friendly, we ran into a little snag and he went over the top to make sure it was resolved. He was slow getting started but that was okay.

My girls and I are very pleased with Tracys work.We only wanted the bathroom repairs done ,but after seeing his work, asked him to paint our entire interior. I had him paint every room a different color with accent walls in seven of my rooms ,as well as my Dallas Cowboy game room with hand painted stripes across the top. He also painted all of my interior doors and trim. My patio paint was peeling from the sun, and I had him pressure wash and paint all the trim. This whole job only took six days,Tracy and his crew were very professional ,and the quality was excellent.Best price in town !

Lancaster Painting is the BEST! We have used them for 12 years and they are the only painters I will call. Two weeks ago, we hired 1 man for their "Painter for a Day" to do some interior painting. It was great job for a great price. The next week we decided to call back Andre and his team to come out and pressure wash, prep and paint our exterior trim, accent and large patio.
