It went good considering the pandemic. Right in the middle of the whole thing my wife and i got covid. They have a good crew of guys each one has there strong points that get the project done. Mike overseeing the project and keeping me informed on what is going on while doing the plumbing and filling in wherever he is needed. Rick did our tile. Kevin did our floors, and darney is the finisher who makes it all shine. Honestly you guys killed it. I am not easy to work for. And most of all thank you for respecting our dogs. Ya we are happ

Great! The kitchen turned out to be more beautiful then I had imagined. The crew was friendly, respectful and professional. The job was completed in time projected. The total cost was more then the estimate, but some of that was my fault due to additions that I requested. I would hire them again for future projects if cost permitted. Thank you to Donovan, Mike, Dacy, Kevin, Jake, Rick and anyone else involved that I may have left out. They all did a wonderful job in completing my beautiful kitchen

Brawley Construction
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Mike/Brawley Construction for our remodel (kitchen, bath, entire downstairs floor). Starting with the bidding process Mike was very fair and reasonable and really wiggled into our tight budget offering ways to save time and money. We had four other people out and while his bid was very reasonable he ultimately didn’t wind up being the cheapest but came across as the most trustworthy so we chose him. Mikes wife Sarah was extremely helpful during my idea gathering/planning phase and was very patient with every change of mind I had and still didn’t have completely made up until the day we signed a contract just two days prior to work beginning! Once work began I was surprised that it was all Mikes own crew of actual employees not cheap laborers doing the demo work and Mike actually in the trenches with his guys doing the hard work. Work went by swiftly with as little disruption to us living in the home as possible. Great care was taken to look after our things and prevent damage. I was able to trust Mike and crew to be in my home even when we weren’t there and provided him with our security code so we could come and go as we pleased. As with any major job it wasn’t 100% complication free and there were a couple minor issues which Mike handled swiftly to our satisfaction. After the work was finished Mike came through with a fine tooth comb putting finishing touches on all the little details, trim here, caulk there etc. He even brought in a maid service to make sure not a speck of dust was left behind. Nice touch! I would use Brawley Construction again and highly recommend them to anyone

He is the kind of person that you can the leave the keys of your house with and feel good. He is very trustworthy and very good. I highly recommend him. We always have him doing something. If I save up enough money I will have him do more work on my home. My brother-in-law uses him on his rental property. He keeps busy. In this economy, he is always working. Over the last 5 years we have spent at least $50,000. He is dependable, honest, he doesn't gouge you and he keeps a clean work site. He is just a very nice guy. He works very quickly. He goes in and gets the job done. I don't know where he gets his energy, but he has energy. I can't think of anything negative about him, he does treat us very well because we have been very good to him. His specialties are not plumbing and electrical
