System Pavers
After weeks of waiting patiently for the transformer to arrive (which was no fault of System Pavers) my project manager called ahead and informed me that he could do the installation on Thursday if that was okay with me. We agreed and the project manager showed up and installed the lighting together with the transformer. One of the light diffusers was broken but the project manager assured me that he would order a replacement and return to install it. The professionalism with which the project manager went about the installation was commendable. He completely cleaned up the area upon completion of the installation. I also noticed that the downpayment which I gave him more than one month ago had not been cashed which it was noted that the payment would not be cashed until all the work had been completed satisfactorily. That was a big plus for me and I would highly recommend this company for others who are interested in landscaping their property

It is a complete service. They do excellent yard work. They are awesome. The owner is super responsive, knowledgeable. My yard looks better than any yard in the area. My grass looks like a carpet with no weeds in it. It is dark green where everybody else's yard is brown even in the winter. The quality of service and quality of product that he uses is excellent. If he takes care of your yard, your yard looks perfect. I would absolutely use them in the future

As a busy professional they were incredibly accommodating with my schedule. Fabiana had everything laid out in detail and was always available. The quality of the work far exceeded my expectations and they even went the extra mile by fixing and resealing a loose electric plug AND brining in a delivery that would have sat outside. It went great. I was trying to do the work myself, but I wasn't having much success. When I called, I told them what I was doing and they tried to walk me through the work to help me out. I wasn't able to figure out the electrical lines and I didn't really want to have any problems come up from my do-it-yourself approach. The electrician showed up about an hour later and knew exactly what to do. The job was clean and looks great. The price was totally fair and reasonable

Kelly Hayes was topnotch and did exactly what I expected. He is nothing short of terrific. In fact, I asked him if he went on Angie's List to see the reports and he said no, and that he didn't want to do it because he didn't want to have any influences. He prefers to just go about doing his business and let people make their report the way they want. He is the type of person who is always on time, give you accurate estimates. The last time when he came, he was at my place all day and charged me $800. Even though it was late spring or early summer, and it was already getting pretty warm up in the attic, but he didn't complain about it. He was very professional and I would recommend him, without hesitation, to anyone and I would also use him in the future if I need him

We also felt that Jonathan, who handled the actual install, was great too! Very professional, working hard to make sure we were kept up to speed on the crew’s timing and progress. The crew was super talented. They worked around a few design glitches that popped up, and our yard looks magnificent! We have already spent so much more time outside, we love it! They even helped me choose (a much better) light for the outside and installed that. They are a great, family owned, company and we will, without a doubt be using them again.
