He did a fine job. There wasn't anything wrong with what he did. He was friendly and chatted through while he was working.

Dave does an excellent job at our country house, and so far he has been here 5 times. I give him a list of items to be accomplished and he buys all the necessary parts to complete the list on his next visit. My wife was extremely concerned because a snake had gotten into our garage. Dave figured out how to snake proof our garage doors. Dave is very capable and I highly recommend him.

I wasn't too happy with him. He came by, looked at cleverly what I had for him and gave me an estimate. When he came back it was totally a different story like you know he said it was worth only for this he is a professional and he should know how much it cost. For every job he has done I have to get another guy to do it. I would not recommend him to anybody.

They arrived promptly. They were professional and courteous. They listened to me and offered advice. They cleaned up afterwards. I would use them again and refer them to others.

Brian and his son are top-notch plumbers. They know what they are doing and do it in a timely fashion. They also do a lot of other 'handyman' jobs. They are not cheap but are not high priced either. And are very personable and down to earth.

I was in a bit of a bind and Juan was able to help me out. I know I can always count on him. His prices are quite reasonable as he works with his customer?s budget.

When I first met with Josh Franks, he did a great song and dance about the quick service that he could provide and seemed knowledgeable about painting and general repairs, which I confirmed through a friend to make sure he was giving me a good deal and knew what he was talking about. Painting and repairs were to take 3 days total. At the end of the 4th day, there was still a lot of work to be done. I was assured they would come back the next day, but was asked to pay the remaining balance that day. Next day - no show. Text from Josh assured me they would show to finish the next day. No show. 3 days later, they showed to complete painting. So - a 1000 square foot house (that they didn't paint all of) took a week. Painting was shoddy in some areas (cabinets painted shut, didn't tape correctly so when tape was pulled, sections of the wall were unpainted, one area near window was not prepped and spackled so there is uneven painting around windowframe, several areas where they painted on windowseals (didn't tape prior to painting), areas painted that weren't supposed to be painted, wrong paint used repainting bathtub.) Repairs to bathroom are still incomplete, as they put on a handle that was stripped so I was unable to turn on the hot water in the shower for 3 days. When they returned, they put on handle that was the cheapest available and only replaced the hot water, rather than a matching set as I had asked. When brought to their attention, was told "Whatever, I fixed it" and the person left. I have now been trying to reach Mr. Franks for 3 days by phone and text and have yet to receive a return message or phone call. This includes messages as to the whereabouts of the remaining paint I purchased and the key to my house. Disappointing - had they been a little more careful and a little more professional, I would have hired them to paint the entire outside of my home. Oh well - I guess they don't mind the lost business.

I have a 14-year-old KitchenAid stand mixer that began leaking oil every time it was turned on. KitchenAid customer service was unable to fix the problem, and no other local handyman or appliance services seemed willing to tackle the problem since it was just a tabletop appliance. The handyman there admitted he had never worked on stand mixers before, but was willing to try to fix it. I provided the new container of grease (I wasn't sure if they offered this as well and didn't want to take a chance that they'd need it halfway through the repair). The mixer was fixed the next day and for $35.00 - far less than the $250 or more I'd be spending for a new mixer! This repair was performed approximately a year ago and the mixer has been running perfectly since.

Ed repaired the leaky shower faucet by replacing the Delta single handle shower faucet cartridge. He knows what he is doing and is very honest. I was impressed that he came in and did the job right and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I will be using his services in the future for all my Handyman needs.
