Modesto Sewage Ejector Pump Installation

Installed new heat pump. They were very professional and quick.They used the old sump pump and it had to be replaced latter on.

New heater did not produce and serviceman returned and discovered water pump had not been turned on.

They had to pull the pump, they used the pipes that went into the pump so they did not have to replace those, but they had to pull the pump and put in a new fuse box and they replaced the pump. I am very pleased with them. They came right away and did all in one day. I got everything back up and I think they did a fine job. They had to trim some shrubs to get their truck in and backed up where the well is, but they left everything neat and tidy. I have never compared him with anybody else, because I do not feel anybody else could do any better. Years ago we used the father and now the sons have taken over the business and they are just as good.

Original pump broke down and they put in new one. I asked him to also replace the sink and piping in garage. All was done as requested and works fine.

Replaced parts on pressure tank but no improvement on low water pressure. Called to have the well pump checked out. They replaced the pump and it appeared that water pressure had improved. Over the next couple days, water pressure was low again so they came out, checked everything again and ordered a higher volt pump. When pump arrived, they came out and discovered two cracks in the drop pipes so replaced all of them. Once installed, water pressure seem to improve. Once again, hours later, water pressure was low. I called explaining water pressure was low again and once again, Jameson came out to check what problem was. Pressure at tank was fine so he checked our water softening system for blockage. Filter on system was blocking water pressure to house. Problem was water softening system. Jameson was awesome. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. I am so impressed with him and all his persistance in solving our problem.

I was satisfied with the quality of the installation, but I had a problem with the bill. I wrote a letter to the owner and I was contacted quickly. The owner reviewed my concern and determined that I was due a refund. I was happy with the decision and amount offered. It seems a good idea to interact with the business owner before writing a review. They deserve a chance to correct any problems. I'm not sure if I will use Mr. Rooter again, but it depends on the project.

JC has done a lot of work for us over the last couple years. He's always been on time, worked really hard and charged fair prices. Him and his team are super friendly and go out of their way to ensure each job is done right. Most recently, he re-plumbed our kitchen and plumbed a new bathroom in our basement with an up-flush toilet / pump. We have an old house that we are renovating - I expect we'll be using him more in the future!

My well and pump created a huge flood in my backyard. I scheduled an appointment for Welborn Brothers Plumbing to assess the problem. The appointment was scheduled for the afternoon of Friday, May 25. By Wednesday, May 30, I had not heard from the service provider. I called and was told they were "too busy". I scheduled a second appointment for Monday, June 4. Today is Saturday, June 9, and I have not heard from the service provider. This is unacceptable. I will not call them again.

The visit was well worth the money spent, and they even patiently answered all of my questions, as well as allowing both my husband and myself to look over his shoulder as he worked. They were prompt, and dressed appropriately, and were respectful of our property confines.
