While the doors were expensive, the company was very professional, prompt, and easy to work with. The only issue we had was that the first set of doors had to be sent back because the place where the handles were to be installed were in the wrong place. We dont know if this was a manufacturing issue or not? Other than that, the doors are beautiful. We would use them again

It was a good experience, but would have been GREAT if they hadn't brought and installed the wrong color threshold piece. However, after a bit of checking, they acknowledged that yes, indeed, it was the wrong piece, and they would bring back and install the correct piece in a week or so. As I recall, though, they had to reschedule the appointment they made to come and exchange it, because of a sick employee. But we rescheduled easily enough, and they came back and switched it out just fine. In then end, I would use them again

STEVE'S MOBILE SUNSCREENS INC
Steve's company made and installed 10 solar screens on our home. The screens are of great quality and fit our windows perfectly. We had problems with the caulking being applied too thick around the screws holding the screens on window frames so that when the screen was removed, the stucco was pulled off the house and holes were left in the area around the screw holes. I contacted Steves office number twice and set an appt for them to come out to give us an estimate on the window/screen washing and to check the reported problem with the caulking. The young man who came out looked at the screens on the windows and checked the application of the caulking. He took pictures of the one screen we had removed which still had the caulking on its framing and he took pictures of the areas where the stucco had been pulled off the house when the screens were removed. He said that, yes, he could see where there was a problem and he would report it to Steve and that Steve would get back to us. I've never heard from Steve nor from any other employee of Steve's Mobile Screens regarding this. The young man also gave us a estimated cost to wash the windows/screens but it was $80 more than his stated cost of $10 per window/screen. When I questioned that he said it was because we had some large windows that would take longer to clean. Well, then we have eight very small windows that wouldn't take hardly any time to clean. The cost for the window cleaning was much too high. We're pretty disappointed after spending $1400.00 on the screens that there was no follow-up by this company regarding our notification to them of the problem

I called Mike's Mobile Screen and Chimney Service on Monday. I got a flat-rate estimate over the phone and scheduled an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday. The representative was prompt, courteous, and was able to measure each window from the outside of the house. Several hours later I had 7 perfectly fitted screens and frames on the windows. It is a week from spring so I am so glad to be able to open windows and enjoy the pest free fresh air. There are no gaps, sags, or bent frames. True to their word, the final cost was exactly as quoted plus local tax. The employee even chased down my small dog who had sneaked outside and strolled down the street. Great work and outstanding customer service. I am definitely recommending Mike's Mobile Screen and Chimney

Came right out to give estimate and take measurements right away .We were impressed with the design on the product. Gave a 50% deposit. we were told it would take three weeks to get materials and build the products. Waited for 41/2 weeks , finally I called to ask how much longer, I was given a date of about 1 1/2 more weeks.. Waited no call, received no calls from the company to keep us update as to how much longer or if they were having problems. Finally after 10 weeks ! We called not happy with what was going on... Told us they would be out the following week to install... Day came ,installers showed up 2 hours late. all in all not impressed with customer service. I do like the fit on sliding door, the windows screen cover are less desirable , there are gaps between the screen and where it is attached to the wall. So big the my fingers can fit in between

The installation took 2 days. It is a premium product but, worth every penny. We all rest better at night knowing that no one can break into our home. Plus it is a hurricane protection as well. I have had this company do pervious work for me and was very please, so I called them again for some minor adjusting around my house. Again, I was very pleased. Bennie the Service Tech came out, it was the first time I had meet him, he was very pleasant. He walked with me as I was explaining to him what I needed done and he went right to work! He explained everything to me when he finished and I was very satisfied. Pricing was very fair! I just can't say enough about this company
