The first time the representative was scheduled to come out, no one showed up, When I called the office, I was told they had called me to reschedule (as they couldn't come out that day) and I had told them that I had other estimates and would choose someone else. They hadn't called me and I would not have said that, as they were the first service provider I called. The receptionist must have called someone else thinking it was me. I was dissatisfied as she was adamant she spoke with me and I know she hadn't (no on else answers my phone), but figured I would give them a second chance. The representative did show up on the correct day the second time around, but was over an hour late. He did call to let me know that the job before mine took longer than anticipated to complete. I was very unhappy by the time he arrived, but he was very courteous , respectful, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a loose screw, which he promptly fixed. He also gave me a written estimate to replace the shower faucet when I needed to in the future and waived any charges for the repair. If asked if I would hire them again, I would say "yes" The service professional did outstanding work in diagnosing the problem and not trying to sell me on installing a new faucet (I had already purchased a new faucet and it was sitting on the counter). He advised it wasn't needed at this time. I appreciated his honesty, his call to tell me he was running late and the waiving of fees. My advice would be to keep in close contact with the receptionist/scheduler so things don't go awry.
