LOVE Ed! I bought a dishwasher from Home Depot, but they wouldn't install it since my old dishwasher was hardwired. I called Ed and he took out my old dishwasher, installed a new electrical outlet, attached the new plug to the new dishwasher, then installed my dishwasher. I am SO pleased with his work. Ed was honest, efficient and professional. He also didn't try to gauge me with fees. I will be calling him back to look at tiling my bathroom and putting in electrical outlets in my garage! He's amazing and you won't be sorry you hired him.

The problem was that the washer was leaking on the kitchen floor. A knowledgeable and personable repairman arrive. He found the washer was not level and leveled it. He missed the fact that one of the leas was leaking. It took a second visit to repair the problem.

He arrived at the time he said he would. Very quickly he diagnosed the problem as a clog in the drain of the dishwasher. After clearing the drain, he then ran the dishwasher through 5 cycles to be sure that it was draining as it should. During this time he explained the procedure, the quality of our unit and traced the manufacturer history to the various quality of models available. He was very professional and courteous during the entire process and was finished in under 30 minutes.

The repairman was professional and the repairs were satisfactory, but the cost was extemely high. The amount quoted for 15 minutes of labor was $200. The hourl;y rate would be $800. That is an outragiously high rate. Therefore I will never call Sears repair again.

They made an appointment 1-5 and I got an email at 4:50 saying they would not make it and they would reschedule for the next day. I called and was told a tech called in sick. I asked why they couldn't have called sooner so I didn't waste my time waiting. She said they would make it the next day and I told her not to bother I would call someone else. They still sent a tech out the next day and I turned him away.
