Finishing Touch Flooring installed our hardwood floors in November 2008. Since then our floors have started to bubble. We've made several appointments for them to come remedy the problem. They have not shown/not called on multiple occassions. Finally, they did come out and ripped up a portion of our floor but have not been back to fix it. They also replaced some floor in the kitchen but this caused further damage to the floor in the living room. I had another contractor come out to look at the floor and he recommended redoing the entire floor because Finishing Touch did such a bad job

Abbey Flooring the experience went well. It was vinyl. It was about six weeks ago. I really didn't shop around too much because I had other things that I had to do, I kind of just went to another place, one of the box stores and I was not comfortable with the service I was getting there. So I went back, it's a smaller shop, I don't know who owns it, but it's local people and I was very impressed with the installers. The installation was important to me. So far so good. I just got through giving it a little mop right now

Overall good experience. I had shopped around and found the same floor for a bit less but the other provider (see my review of Lumber Liquidator) was less than professional and not interested in my business. When I met Patti (manager of Floors Plus), I knew I would be in good hands. Sometimes paying a little more is worth it in the long run. I did need a couple minor tweaks during the installation, but Floors Plus took care of them for me right away with no hassle

As you can see Huver has done several things for me. His pricing is fair and he works with you to give you what you need within your budget. The last job he did I was recovering from surgery. The first day I had to ask them to leave early and he said no problem and said if I wanted to skip the next day that would work. He said my health came first. We completely gutted our kitchen and remolded. Allied Tile and Stone installed our tile floor. When we made an appointment to get an estimate they showed up on time. This was a challenging job using a silver mica flake under the epoxy. It took more work than expected, but Peter followed through and even added an extra coat of epoxy to make it perfect. I'm very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Peter.

I hired Doug McConnell to install vinyl flooring in my kitchen after another worker had ruined the job. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was putting inexpensive sheet vinyl in an area where it was hard to install it in one piece. The previous guy (Ron Kilgore) put a lumpy seam in the middle of the floor, tore the vinyl, installed it so it wasn't level and left lots of shiny permanent glue on the floor. I bought more flooring and hired Doug to do it over. Doug's level of expertise was immediately apparent. He spent a long time looking at the floor and explaining what was done wrong and how it could be fixed. He quickly scoped out the house and figured out how he could get the vinyl into the kitchen in one piece (by rolling it up and inserting it through a small window!) For a very reasonable price he took up the old flooring and installed the new vinyl perfectly. He was kind, generous and so easy to work with. He's been installing flooring for about 30 years and really knows his work. He's usually busy, for good reason, so call in advance

Mike and his team are the best of the best! Before finding Integrity Home Repair, I was at a loss for finding a reliable contractor who provides great work. I’ve found that and more in Integrity Home Repair. Mike is extremely responsive, clear, concise and an overall good human being! We needed to close up our upstairs loft to make another bedroom with our 4th child on the way. We had two other contractors do the bare minimum to give us a quote, while Mike insisted on coming out to see what we needed. Mike provides clear expectations, and honesty in what he can accomplish. There were some bumps along the road during the project but none of them being Mike’s fault. He again was open with us in what was happening and when and how we’d be able to move forward. He was friendly, professional, and I instantly trusted his expertise to provide a good recommendation and plan of what to do. He and his crew arrived at my house exactly at the time we specified. They did an excellent job sanding and restoring the floors. I gave them a big challenge to match the tone of a (newer) floor nearby, and he mixed up a custom stain which matches perfectly. They cleaned everything up and left my home in great condition. Overall, the floors look great and everyone compliments them. I would work with this provider again

Pleased by the large selection of flooring in their small showroom. Great individualized attention. Was impressed that their installers have been with them for 20+ years. However, they were busy and sent out a different installer for my job. I assumed it was the long-time installer until I noticed air bubbles forming under the sheet vinyl/fiberglass several days later. By the end of two weeks there were so many bubbles that the owners decided to start over. They had their long-time installer tear out the mess and install new material. He had to come out one more time for a quick repair on some finish work, but the floor looks and feels great now. It was inconvenient for us, and an expensive for them, but the owners made it clear they would make things right, which was calming and appreciated

The price was very reasonable and the quality of the carpet great. We were told to check Big Bob's because they had a warehouse of carpet in stock and we needed the carpeting quickly. Other stores were quoting 2-3 weeks to get the carpet unless we chose the very limited selection of in stock carpet (which was not the quality desired). Big Bob's had a good on hand selection. I found what I wanted in the warehouse and within two days the carpet was arriving at my front door, delivery by the installer. The installers were very efficient, professional, and cleaned up very well after the job. Would definitely use them again
