We called Barton Overhead Door on a Monday and the provider was available the next day to repair our garage door. Our garage door had been broken for three weeks having tried to repair it ourselves. We had an idea of what needed to be repaired and the Barton receptionist quoted an estimate for the repair over the phone. We were told the serviceman could arrive between 2-4pm. He arrived at 2:30 and was done at 3:10pm. We also received a phone call from the office to announce the serviceman's arrival. The serviceman was polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He found that the bearing was broken and the sprocket had sheared off. The cost of the repair was exactly the same as what was quoted on the phone the day before. The repairman left us a can of lubricant spray to keep the door running smoothly. Our garage door now runs perfectly smooth and quiet. An excellent experience all around.

Garage door would not close, so I called several local garage door repair services from Angie's list. Affordable Door was the first that could get to me on the day of the call. Their service person, Dan, arrived within the promised time window. Dan was able to quickly diagnose and suggest the needed repair. Two of the panels had small cracks in the back near the hinges due to fatigue. These cracks compromised the structure, causing the sagging which resulted in the door binding when trying to close. The repair was to install a supporting steel strut along the entire width of the door near the weak panels. Repairs were complete in less than an hour, and he also inspected for other problems and performed door tune tune up. Very satisfied with his professional, friendly and prompt service. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Great! I was having a problem with the door not going down without me holding the button down. Sometimes it would stop halfway down and go back up. He replaced the rollers, fix the sensors and lubed everthing and it works great now. I will have this company do a yearly maintence on it to keep it running the way it should.

TECHNICIAN WHO ARRIVED DETERMINED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS ELECTICAL. HE DID MAKE SEVERAL REPAIRS TO THE DOOR SO IT WOULD OPERATE BETTER. HE HOOKED UP AN EXTENSION CORD UNTIL THE ELECTRICIAN COULD COME IN.

this was set up my american home shield home warranty. first time they came out before they did anything they said I needed to buy their package for a new door, new tracks, new garage door opener. then he proceeded to clean the lense on my sensors. there is nothing wrong with my door or tracks. I complained. they sent out another worker who tried to sell me the same package without even checking anything. both workers lied and said my home warranty would not cover a garage door opener, which they do. so I have lost 100 dollars for them to come out
