Jose Fregoso of Bob Leonard and Associates saw this job through to a perfect completion. From the time Jose came to the house to provide an estimate to the completion of this job, Jose scheduled and ensured all work was completed to our satisfaction, within our schedule and on time. All flooring, paint and stucco was matched perfectly to existing materials. Jose made recommendations on door styles and types and we couldn't be more pleased with the Pella door he recommended. There was a problem with the screen door and Jose worked with Pella to ensure it was replaced. Jose was very professional, responsive, and so easy to work with. All of the employees of Bob Leonard and Associates were professional, and pleasant to work with. The final measure of quality - you would never know that there was any remodel work done here. It looks like original construction (inside and outside)

I have an old house, with the quirks that come with them. In the course of having my kitchen cabinets replaced, I found first that I needed some electrical repair, and then that the drywall that had been behind the old cabinets needed to be replaced. I was not happy, but when I called Tom, he responded promptly and gave me what I thought was a fair bid. When I was ready for the work to be done he was able to come the next day. He was professional and friendly, did a great job, was careful of my floor, and cleaned up the job site beautifully. The installation took one day. When he came back twice more to sand and texture, he was willing to come early in the morning to accommodate my work schedule. I am happy to recommend him

His attention to detail is horrible. I had a gap between my new bathtub and new drywall. New light fixture he installed was not hung correctly. My new pocket door had a chunk in it where the cut to install the hardware. Also the new frame for the pocket door had chunks missing out of it as well. Subbed out the electrical without my authorization. Over all it was a terrible experience and I will never use this company again

I did most of the demolition but they did have to demo my floors and replace some bad wood and also fix some plumbing in my kitchen. They did drywall, paint, floors, counter tops, electrical and cabinets. I informed them that I do not like being surprised with cost without informing me so the small errors that they ran into that required additional cost was communicated right away. They also finished construction a week earlier than estimated which helped me out a lot especially only having one bathroom. They did not remodel my shower, that will come later, but they resurfaced the walls, updated the electrical and installed new cabinets and counter top in the bathroom. All in all I was happy

This project was a complete do-over of a handicapped shower that had been originally established in 1990 and had suffered repeated damage through the years due to disabled son's lack of mobility and balance. It also entailed repairing damaged walls and floor. My son Rick picked out the tile for both areas and Donovan consulted both of us on every decision that was made with a sensitivity to limitations in the process. Could not have picked a better contractor for our project and highly recommend and commend him as a true professional

Don showed up and started the work himself immediately after us discussing what needed to be done. He totally isolated the area by installing a plastic tent around the area needing the repair. Later 2 of his workers showed up to finish the actual patch. After drying over the weekend they finished the job on Monday perfectly matching the texture to the surrounding area. Mike and his team are the best of the best! Before finding Integrity Home Repair, I was at a loss for finding a reliable contractor who provides great work. I’ve found that and more in Integrity Home Repair. Mike is extremely responsive, clear, concise and an overall good human being! We needed to close up our upstairs loft to make another bedroom with our 4th child on the way. We had two other contractors do the bare minimum to give us a quote, while Mike insisted on coming out to see what we needed. Mike provides clear expectations, and honesty in what he can accomplish. There were some bumps along the road during the project but none of them being Mike’s fault. He again was open with us in what was happening and when and how we’d be able to move forward. , Mr. Bradley and his son arrived on time the next day, removed the damaged area of sheet rock and baseboards. The area was left open for 24 hours to dry out. They returned the following day and repaired the walls and baseboard so perfectly that you can't tell that there was any damage at all to the area. We will definitely hire them to do any future work or remodel that we need done. We are extremely HAPPY!

The job went better than expected and came in on time and at a very fair price. Disruption to tenants was kept at a minimum and no complaints. All phase made sure the job site was cleaned up and made safe every day. David communicated with us every day as to progress and what could be expected and more importantly what might be unexpected. This "best to worst scenario" helped us with keeping the tenants informed and things running smoothly and they did. We were pleased with the attention to detail, courtesy to our tenants, the quality of the work, the ability and knowledge to complete the job on schedule, the daily communication and of course the fairness, honesty and value in regards to the final cost

I had a blocked shower drain and when I snaked it, it had seemed like I had cleared the blockage until I heard water hitting the ground in the crawl space. Figured I had hit a weak spot in the decades old pipe and broke through the pipe wall. I called Martin Plumbing on a Sat afternoon and they had a plumber out here on Sun afternoon and on time. Eddie was friendly and professional. After crawling under the house it turns out one joint in the drain from 20 years ago wasn't glued (only pushed into the slip fitting) and I had popped it out. He glued it up and tested for leaks. He was here for about 20 minutes on a Sun and did the simple fix for no charge. Seriously. So after that I asked him for a quote on redoing the whole stack which is about 40-50 years old and I know needs replacing, I've just been putting it off, all the drains are slow. He came back with a very reasonable number. Great service

Had an exterior wall damaged with dry rot and drywall damaged by old AC. Donovan was prompt with the estimate that fully detailed the scope of work, materials and costs. I was warned in advance that once the wall was opened there could be more damage that would required additional costs. (there was, no surprise to me) I was also promised that the wall would be closed and the AC installed on the first day. Workers were prompt, cheerful, professional and very tidy. Area was spotless when they left. Second day drywall was finished and facing replaced, sealed and painted. The exterior was also painted Again, prompt, professional and not a speck of mess. Third day was interior painting. The work was excellent and actually a bit cheaper than my own guestimate. Very clean workspace which is important with small children in the house. Will hire again for any other work. Great crew.
